Hi guys welcome back to my channel so today I'm gon na be showing you how I take out and retype my type in hair extensions. So if you're interested to see how I do it, then just continue to my channel and if you're new here welcome. My name is Juliette and I do all sorts on this channel. I did lots of beauty and fashion and lifestyle. So if that's the kind of thing you're interested in there is a little subscribe button down here in red somewhere. I really love for you to click that and stick around it's completely free and entirely up to you, but without further ado, let's get into today's video. So a few of you guys have asked me about my type in extensions. You'Ve asked me how I retyped them. So when they grow out, you've asked: how do they work? Do they lose their stickiness? So what I thought we'd do today is: I would just take one out quickly, retype it for you and reapply it into my hair, so you can see exactly how it works. So I'm going to get straight into that video now, ok guys! So I'm going to show you now my hair. This isn't how I do it in the sense of what I normally do is I will take all my tapes out and wash my hair. I will retake them and put them back in and mainly the only reason to do. That is because I have my hair dyed, but because I haven't been having it dyed, I've just been like leaving it. Excuse me, it is greasy and I just thought I would quickly show you how I read your tape, so I'm going to go, they've grown out quite a lot. I'Ve had these in now for at least 6 weeks, maybe longer so I'm gon na start with this one at the front. Just to show you exactly how I take it out how I retake and then how I put it back in so let's do this one at the front, so it's easier for you to see you can see there the growth on it. Now it's quite a lot of growth, so what I tend to use is the Zeiler tape solvent and get all the solvents I just like to use whatever type extensions. I get a lot to use the manufacturers tapes open because I just think if anything goes wrong at least you can go to them and say I used yours, because if you use somebody else's that might say well, it was the product you used, so these will Tend to come off pretty easy anyway, what I like to do is just spray a couple of squirts on and let it like work in to the glue you'll find that it'll start dissolving anyway, but then you see how you can just take and get close. Take the corner off of it and then put your nail in and see just peels right off. If you do get - and you shouldn't be talking or anything, it should just smoothly come up. If you find that you put in put some more solvent on so that's the one side out, I should get the other side like I say they should just peel away. If they don't put more solvent on you, don't want to be talking or pulling it your hair at all. You just wanted to glide out like that, so for any mine. This has been in my hair. Now about eight weeks. There will be some solvent in your hair, and this is why I normally - and I wash my hair and and stuff, but for the purpose of this video, I'm just gon na show you how to retain its, what I'm do start at the bottom and work. My way off and you want to be really gentle and then you're, going to lose hair because you're going to you, lose like your natural hair loss for the last. However long the extension has been in your hair, my hair is pretty thin and fine. To be honest, sir always lose some so now that it's all it's all brushed out now - and this is the hair loss from it little bit of glue in there as well at me. So that is how much hair I've lost. There got a bit of solvent in there as well. Personally, I think that's just your natural hair loss, so that is it now, so that is where my type has just come out of, don't think of gone bald. That is literally just how thin my hair. I would be the time that you would probably wash your hair I'm going to show you how I do this, so you okay, so the first thing you want to do is you've got the glue on your tape. So what you want to be doing is you want to get this glue off? It'S really stickers. We discussed him and I hate this bit because it just goes everywhere. Okay, so you can see now the glue is just paid in. Oh okay. So there are a couple of options when it comes to buying tapes. Now, up until this time around I've always used the pre-cut tapes I'll leave a picture of what they look like here. They work out obviously twice the price of thing because they're already pre-cut there, unlike a little sticker sheet and you peel it off they're already cut and you stick it on your tape, and that is done now. I was doing that because it was easier, but then this time I have bought the actual roll of hair extension tape, because I think it's best to see whether you like the extensions or not first before you invest in, even though it's the same price. This one is just a bit more work to do, but I've actually read that a people find it easier. So I'm gon na open this up. I think it's 1699 who's very sticky, so I'd keep the packaging it comes in and pretty much in it. So there's no stick and pick up loads of hairs and everything. So this is your real and these your extensions and it's pretty straight forward, so it's got the cover protecting the sticker. That is the white thing. So what you want to do is you want to find the end, then get your extension to stick the tape on your extension. You want to make sure it's not coming over the top. You want it and not coming over the edge either. So you just want to, and then you want to run it across your extension like so like that, and then what you want to do is get a pair of scissors push down right by you extension upon this is actually better because you can cut it to You extension and it actually looks a little wider. I think, but yes, that is it, and that is the one on then. Obviously, when you come to use it you'll just take off the white bit and some with your extension together. So I will just do the other one. Essentially tight I'll, show you exactly how you just pop them back in so Swan and here so we'll get my okay and make sure your line is nice and neat. So it's got your piece of hair there. You want it as wide as the extension not too thick, but thick enough date-like will take the weight of the extension. So then, what you do, Denis not too close to roots. You want movement and you pop it downwards, like so push the hair on top. What you want to do is you want to get your second bit peel the white sticker off this one and then place it on top together, and I see now. This is what you want. You want movement. You don't have B to be too close to roots. Also, if you do want to give it extra security, you can put the straightness on for, like a couple of seconds to, like heat, activate the tape. Now I never do it with mine, because my hair is really thin and fine and I diet and Apple extensions in, and so I don't actually try to put as much heat on my hair for con. But if you do want to pop a bit of heat on just to make it a bit more secure, then I would do that now, but then that is it. That is literally how you V tape and it's back in my hair that my hair doesn't need a wash now and but I thought I would quickly show you because I've had so many people ask me if they can show me how I retyped them, and it's Really really easy: that is how you do it and yeah well. I really hope you enjoyed this video and I hope it answers a lot of the questions you guys had. If you did like this, video don't forget to give it a thumbs up, and I would look for you to subscribe and stick around and until next time guys take care.
