I will always share my honest opinion so that you know when I tell you my opinion of products/methods you can trust what I'm sharing. Love you XOXO, Alexsis♥♥♥

In this video you're going to see how we do a entire head application of extensions now, these are tape and extensions which are so awesome for your clients, because you can reuse them, they don't do damage to the hair and they look so natural. This is my first time having a full head and I am so excited it looks so awesome and I feel like a mermaid, so the extensions that I'm using are by clam seamless I'll have all of their information linked down below, for you guys, I'm using the Remy tape and extensions in the shade 24 and it's a length 18, so I'm going to be using those along with these extra virgin hair extensions. These are super super thick amazing, hair, extensions guys this is in the color 60. I did tone both of these with some purple shampoo, just because my hair is super super super ashy. So a good idea is, if you have some extensions, that need a little bit of toning try using a purple shampoo. I do have a video that I can link in the bottom of how I tone my extensions with purple shampoo, so I'm going to bring all of these extensions out guys. These extensions are incredible. Do you see how they're double sewn, so the weft is super strong, and I love these extensions. I won't use other kinds because they just the quality, isn't there and the hair falls out and the weft fall apart. So these are the kind that I like with the double stone, and these glam seamless are incredible, so we're going to be starting in the nape area. This is where I always start extensions and we're going to kind of be pulling the hair up and down to see exactly where we want these extensions to sit, because these are actually on myself. Yours truly, and I pull my hair up a lot when I do like a messy, bun or updos. So I need to be able to pull my hair up in the extensions to be hidden so we're putting in our first section in the nape area and we're going to be doing this quite low on me, because I do have very short hair. So Brittany is taking these extensions, taking the tape off and putting them very close to the scalp. You know you guys can see how close these are. You want to be able to lift the extension up like so freely and that's how you know when you have the extension close enough and not too close, so she's going to be adding a tiny bit of hair in between the sandwich. So you have a hair extension on top. We light ours on top first and then your hair in between and then another extensions 2cm which your hair, so you guys can see. I created a little head diagram for you guys to see exactly how we put these extensions in we're going to be doing two in this very small bottom section, just because I have a little bit longer than shoulder length, hair and those underneath bits. If you didn't add hair there, then because of the length of it, it would just show whenever you pull your hair towards the front, so we're adding in two extensions here again, since these are tape and extensions, you want to press these on pretty good, especially when You have your sandwich together, so putting the pressure on it like she is right now is really going to ensure that they stay really well in your clients here now these tape extensions are done with surgical grade tape, so they're going to be pretty awesome and there Are some tricks to keeping them in a longer that you need to teach your clients but choose just checking right there to see and make sure that you can't see those when you are pulling my hair up? So I put a little note on this next diagram. You want to leave enough hair around the hairline to ensure that you don't see the extension. That also means the size of your hair, because those are going to show when you put it up as well. So in this second partying she's going to be doing three extensions, so one in the middle and then two on the sides doing the same process, putting the extension on first. The reason why we do this is just it's another way. Another technique. I know some people put the extensions underneath, but for us this is kind of the method that we have chosen and the one that works really well for us. So she started with two extensions in the first section now we're going up to three extensions. The second section and just applying the extensions like we did before, because I have really thick hair and I'm doing a full head of extensions guys. I mean I feel, like Rapunzel, we're adding in a lot of extensions, so this next line we're going to be doing for extensions, and if your client has finer hair, you can do single sided tape. If you guys want to see that I can share that with you guys in another video, but single sided tape is really great for people that have a little bit of hair or a fine amount of hair. You guys can see these are thick from roots to ends. They are absolutely amazing extensions. I was so excited to see these at when I first got that so we're going to be doing a total of five sections in my hair. Remember that you don't want to go higher than the round at the head. The reason why is because that's where your hair starts to split or people have splits in the hair, and you want to be mindful of that. Luckily, for me I don't have any so she's just checking here when we put in that very last row of extensions to make sure that you can't see any of it through my hair. Otherwise you would need to move them down. So in the front, you want to keep in mind that you want to have two fingers above your ear and two fingers away from your face, so that's kind of what we're just doing right there and then I'm doing a slight diagonal back section. This just helps to when you pull your hair up. The extensions are these extensions. Are the coolest thing ever so, if you're a client, these extensions are so cool because they lay flat against your head. So if you do a diagonal back section or your client, this is going to allow them to put it up in a messy bun super easy and just makes everything a lot easier than doing a complete straight section. So we're going to be sandwiching these in the front again, if your hair, if your client does have a little bit more fragile hair, you can do a single sided tape in the front and then just add a few more so once we do that, we're going To comb it out and go on to the next section, so in the front we did a total of three sections and also keep in mind that you don't want to go past the recession line or too far in the front. So we did put mine up a little bit higher in the last row, just because I have super thick hair. So we don't have to worry about those extensions showing in the top or be doing a braid or anything. Because I wear my hair super loose and I know how to style it a certain way, but if your client does or has never worn extensions before or styles the hair very tight, you want to show them a few ways to adjust their hair when they style It so they know that they're not going to be showing those little extensions popping out. The reason why I used two different colors is because my hair has a little bit of warmth as well as a lot of coolness, so we use two different colors and you guys can see this end result when we're styling, my hair, it blends so so good. So what we're doing is we are just curling, my hair. Brittany is using the curling iron, either as a wand or using the clip so we're doing both, because I really like my hair to you know have a little bit of fun and I like it to look very natural. In a sense. I guess you could say so. I like to have multiple different types of curls going through my hair, so he just kind of went through and left my ends out because I like that really modern. If you guys follow habit salon, they have some of the coolest hair, colors and ashy colors, and this was my goal, so that is what we were using as kind of our desired end result. All right here is the finished. Look guys. Oh, my gosh talk about mermaid hair. Wait till you see the braids and styled I can do with this. I hope you guys have enjoyed this video and seen a different way to do tape. Applications which are so awesome for your clients, hair and the best extensions ever

thatdamnstarship: I've been wearing extensions for years and am trying tapes for the first time. this is extremely informative

Mear Squared: Those extensions look AH-mazing on you! Can't wait to order some and get my coworker to put them in because I have been dying to try out a new brand! Thanks for the video, girl! Awesome, as always!

Sam Schaap: Thank you for this video! I love it! I am now offering tape ins in my salon and am so excited about it! Yours look beautiful! The single sided tape is a great idea as well! I'm assuming instead of sandwiching another piece of hair you're just saying to sandwich another piece of tape right?

Sara Michelle: Mermaid hair for the win! It looks great, Alexsis! Habit Salon is one of my favorites that I follow on Instagram. I love their cool toned blondes and the braided styles that they always post. Definitely draws inspiration in to a hairstylists' brain, I think. Awesome video!

Jazmin Martinez: I literally love your work!!!! I would love to be your apprentice

Hair Chat: This was a fabulous Video about tape in extensions and I love the little hair Diagram :) Thanks for sharing XOXO

Angel Lavinder: You talked about styling the hair differently when having extensions. I'd love to have extensions but I also need to be able to wear my hair up from time to time. Do you think you could do a video on something like 5 different ways to style/up do hair with extensions? That's something I'd love to learn! They look beautiful!!

Michelle Conner: thank u for the tip on only using 1 sided tape for thin hair, ive been doing my own tape ins for like 3 years and never had anyone tell me that and my hair is hella thin

Eliza-Jane Fogg: This is gonna help me soon much with the diagram! Thanks so much for sharing that, i have pretty short hair so I want to make sure I get the color perfectly to match and blend and the amount of hair to be thick, full, and long. Considering the virgin and 1 pack of remy too!

Cantalope Pizza: Hey, Alexsis! I'm also a licensed hair artist, and I was wondering how these are removed. I'm debating ordering these for myself and my mother.

Ofelia Torres: I would like to see a video showing how to do a pony tail with this extensions. Thank you.

xojosieelle: Love this video! Definitely would be excited to see a check in type of video on how the extensions hold up in your hair, and how you like them, since you said it was your first time with a full head!

PurpleDragonxoxo: What made you decide on this brand? I have been looking at different tape in companies and I came across Bombshell Extensions, but I was curious as to why you chose those extensions? Are they just the extension company the salon uses? Thanks!

HockeyMakeup: Looks gorgeous!! I wish I lived near you and could have you do my hair. :)

Melody Patterson: I'd like to see a video on installing these on someone with bangs and how to blend to look natural....

Fallon Zoey: Do you get a pro discount w/ glamseamless? I have Zala clipins that i love and im going to order tapes from them after summer. Ive heard good stuff about GS too though. Whats the difference between Remy & virgin?

T: That's so so so gorgeous! & you're beautiful with ☆amazing☆ skin! I rly want tape ins but my hair right now is pretty short, very fine, brittle & cowlick straight :/ I had beautiful, long, straight, thick, natural ultra light blonde hair & now, pver 1yr after heavy chem medical treatment...it has awful texture, breaks out of nowhere, it's growing out a different color and ugh :( I'm scared tape ins would ruin what's left of it

sav halby: This video is amazing they look so good!!!! I want tape ins but I don't normally style my hair, will these extensions get a wave if I braid them? I normally just braid my hair at night to create a wave and wonder if the extensions would blend well if I did this!

Melissa M: Looks beautiful..I'm getting mine done tonight so excited..

Shelby DesJardin: It blends so nicely! What size of curling iron did she use?

Deborah Wallace: Great job on the video. I’m also a licensed cosmetologist. Was wondering, what is a good base charge in the salon, for taped in extensions?

Gina bina: It looks amazing! Do you think one pack would be okay for someone with very fine hair?

Erica Posadas: Thanks for this video. It helped me a lot to put in my hair extensions my self

Lindsay Sanders: I'm doing my first tape ins on a client today and I am SO nervous! She bought all one color so I'm unsure of how to make it blend. Should I add some extra tones into the extensions?

Cristina Orlando: Love this your hair looks amazing!!

Lily Skye: I would love to see how to use single sided tape ins! I have super thin hair and can’t find any videos regarding it

MS T: Love your extensions !!! I have extensions :))) my only issue is working out..... Any tips you can suggest on keeping my hair nice without having to constantly wash my hair .......

Justin Wright: Please tell me what brand the curling iron that is used and name. I am a licensed stylist and would love to buy a curling iron just like the one used in the video

Amanda Felix: I'm a licensed cosmetologist would you recommend me getting certified with glam seamless I have the a good understanding on installing them but what do you think? Did you get certified ?

Nayz Anduze: Hi just trying to follow and OMG I have never seen tape in's before!! I live in New Zealand so its not something I see everyday LOL You look amazing!! 1 question - For every tape in, do you always put a 2nd directly beneath the first, or was that only in the nape area? Look forward to your reply :)

Random Me: You need 40 pieces minimum. Also, most of the time people who do extensions don't go below the top of the ears. However I do since my hair isnt long enough to touch my shoulders so it will bend in however only a few pieces at the edges so my real hair doesn't show thu

mara ioana mihai: U look so great!!!!

Corinna Thompson: How many tape-ins did you end up using total?? I'm looking at getting some for myself but my hair isnt supper thick and but thin either.

keilly g: 5:13 *these are for me when i do my own haha

Cristina Tigu: Frumoasa realizare ,felicitari o zi buna iti doresc !

Morgan Boyd: Would you recommend their clips-ins?

Kelly Maron: How many packs of each did you use?

JessicaR: Did you put the 18” towards the bottom or top?

Michelle Kaufman: Can I put in lowlights on the extensions to match my clients hair she's platinum with 8n lowlight

Isis Carolina: Cuantos pares de extensiones te instalaste?

Ashley Morgan: Did you tone before or after you applied them?

Caitlin Glore: Hi! Did you ever do a video for fine hair like you mentioned around the 4:30 mark?

jessica beining: Can you put your hair into a high ponytail?

Chrissy Bietler: How long do these last in the hair?

Suzy Lithavong: can u do a tutorial on how to remove these?

Any S: You put it so close to the front, mine is not as close and it shows when I do a ponytail

mei jalleh: Is there a video for single sided!

Olivia Daniella Yannello: how many extension did you use

Lorena Higdon: HOW CAN YOU DO IT WHEN THEY HAVE REALLY FINE AND LOW DENSITY HAIR CLIENTS?? OR IT WNT EVEN BE A OPTION TO PUT 2 SINCE IT WILL BE SO HEAVY?? HELP

Helen Arbogast: So how do you wash these? and I have naturally curly hair how can I work with these? and how does one remove these?

Lorena Higdon: WHERE YOU ABLE TO USE YOUR HAIR IN A PONYTAIL??

Melody Patterson: I tried Glam Seamless for the first time and only got two wears out of them....they tangled worse than any other brand I've tried. I will stick with Bombay tapes from now on.

Mayra Bravo: Beautiful color is your root ?? I want to obscure the root

DebMorris1971: Alexsis, I am sending you an email on more info on getting tape in extensions from you. I am in Southern Cal just south of Riverside and it looks like you are in Newport Beach.

Hollie Calvert: How many pieces did you use in your hair

Liliana Ii: Where is the purple shampoo for toning?

Scary Bookkake: So its either $600.00 for virgin or $500.00 for remy. 80pcs each for a full head. (60 pcs per head is probably most ideal but they don't have that option) Or spend almost $500.00 for 40pcs virgin and 20pcs remy for 18 inches. Uhm that's A LOT. Wow. I get they are seamless, that's really cool but tape extensions are already pretty transparent and are so thin and easy to hide. Full shine/full hair, moresoo and the other popular Amazon brands look the exact same quality. I had to take them back because they looked too healthy for my hair lol! Its just really hard to wrap my head around this one. Beautiful hair style though!

rosanna rolletta: wouldn't it be easier to put first the underneath and the top after? what is the difference? thanks

priiincessaviles: how long do they last?

Liverbird 55: *They were put in way to close to the hair line so that will create a hump and not lay flat like the naturel hair lays, a small space is needed from the root so they lay flat and not humped out all over her head, Guy Tang shows how to do this correctly on Tori Spelling, and they will feel alot better aswell, iv had them done both ways and leaving a space is much better*

Laine Richart: Hi did you sandwich the two different colors or did you sandwhich the same colors

Ananda Bricker: Great video

solomon henry: Best tutorial

Alexis Howard: My glam seamless extensions were awful. I spent over 300$ and mine were completely frizzy and fried at the end. I couldn't tell in the package because of how they were placed so I had already opened them. I was sooo sad, had to do the whole process over again with another company.

Abbie Willoughby: How many packs did u use ? X

Nekita Carvalho: Can i use any shampoo or conditioner?? please reply as this is the only query that has put me on hold from purchasing

Luna Cakes: How many packs did you use?

Kiersten Lum: How many bundles of hair is it on average head

Leighann McGowan: Can you get these for short hair

Abagail Moore: I'm really think about getting tape in extensions. I have shoulder length hair and it's has a medium thickness. I was wondering how many wefts should I need?

Robina's tips: Thanks

Angel heaven: so your really puting in 8 and not 4 so when you buy them do you need how many for thick head full all up?

Brittany Lowder: How many packs did you have too purchase?

Lina Abdallah: How many pack u needed for ur hair

rosa lina: hello , sorry for my english im frenchy ! your tape are so close your scalp is not safe for your hair , its really a pity because you have really beautiful hair naturally ...You really dont need those extension .Have you see any dammage after the remove ??

Kate Rooks: Woaaaaa $379.99 per pack

Miss: sorry but her hair is already very very thick...
