How many times behind a chair are we actually in the situation we're dealing with normal to average hair straight and what we're dealing with is multi-dimensional color, so we're going to do right now is we're going to go in with four different colors different variations of reds Brunettes and blondes, and what we're going to do is we're just going to create huge voluminous human hair, which can actually be colored on top of everything else that we have going on. If, for some reason, we wanted to go back and tweak this out a little bit more, so I'm going to show you a really cool basic fun application to totally go from this. Just a total sexed out, glam diva! So we're going to use a bunch of different colors with this and we're going to go ahead and really build up the nape area. I got to see where I really want to go with this, I'm going to start off about right in the center. Once again, I'm going of a quarter of an inch lower than the part line. So I take my tape. I pull back and then, when I go in there, I want to make sure that I'm not pressing firmly, because if, for some reason I decide to go ahead and adjust it, it's very forgiving and I can go ahead and move it if, for some reason, I Want to go a little bit lower a little bit higher, depending on what the case may be. Remember we're working with the natural shape of the head in every single situation, so I like where that's at so I go ahead and go in and seal it. I lately just kind of round out the very very bottom, with my index finger and it just peels off. So what we're going to do now is I'm going to add two more pieces to this area, we're going to overlap and through here and really make sure that we have a really nice strong, solid base, especially because we're dealing with length. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to go in here and use something which is going to be a little bit more brunette we're going to go ahead, we're going to take the tape off and we're going to lay it right in through here now. I don't want to go completely into the actual side itself if she pulls this back in a ponytail or decides to wear it up. I don't want to see anything sticking out so once again we go ahead. You take our double-sided tape, isn't as fun and it's easy. Okay, I'm telling you this will change your life. If I can do this, anyone can do this. This is great for any experience level, any age level I go in there and I overlap. Okay, I don't push down crazy hard right away, because if, for some reason I want to adjust, I want to give myself that freedom. I go ahead and I push down. I bend it back from the underneath. The double-sided tape comes off and now we're going to go ahead and move on to our third section to really go ahead and create some weight and some length in the bulk. So, like I said, I'm going with like a try tone, color pallet here, so I go ahead and hold this up to it. Everything'S, looking the way that I want it to look like I said. If, for some reason, we want to go in there with some demi-permanent and make something a little bit darker ten minutes piece of cake, no problem, so what I'm doing is once again I'm using control. I don't want to go right into the side of the parting line, especially back behind the ear, because if she pulls it back, I don't want to see anything sticking out. This needs to be seamless the whole time that we're doing it. I go ahead. I pinch down, I take my finger from the underneath bending back and I go ahead and I pull off the double-sided tape and look at that just from that right in through there I go ahead and pull it up. I'M not going anywhere she's really solid. I don't want to go ahead and pull super hard right now, especially when I'm putting them down, especially after I put the liquid tape on so when you're doing it, you want to make sure that you're taking your time and being clean, but let's face it every Once in a while, we make mistakes here and there when it comes to application, but we have a band-aid for this with our in-between powder. This is applied directly on the tape on both sides. It will dry oils and gives volume, so it will dry the sticky tape. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to go up underneath and I'm going to go ahead and secure it getting rid of any air, pockets or air bubbles that we might have from the application with the liquid tape, as we can see, I put multi-dimensional Color into the hair, I used four different colors to go ahead and offset what she already has going on. So after a 20-minute application, I want really heavy in the back making sure that we had a lot of just really beautiful long, solid lengths. I want a really nice straight line back that I want this to look super natural. I'M really really happy with the way that everything blended I go ahead and put the head down. I go ahead and just kind of toss it around a little bit. We get a nice little blond color, that kind of pokes through we're dealing with Burnett's we're dealing with rich Browns we're dealing with blondes and reds. I think it's beautiful. It took me 20 minutes with the actual application, we're going to go ahead and finish her up. We'Re going to do some cutting and it's going to bring us back to styling.

BridieGem: I have been considering getting tape in extension for a long time and done research, I have a few questions. When you take them out does alot of your natural hair fall out with it, does the glue damage your natural hair, I have medium length hair and it's all one length and cut straight across. It's got a wavy/curly texture too it. So would the extension blend, especially since my natural hair is all one length and cut blunt across? please help me with my questions!!

But it looks like a total mess with the liquid glue sticking on the rest of her hair, and layering them like that is just horrible! There is no movement in the hair and the liquid tape is unnecessary. This is definitely a bad installation technique.

He's not only a very talented hairdresser but also one who was on a very well known show that landed him in a competition. In this business everyone has their own versions of products, (this is directed at the person crying and using the word "copy cat") and everyone has their own method of installing extensions.. passionist: he is not doing it wrong!! this is just the other system you guys dont no nothing, there are 20 kind of tape in systems and this is one of them, this alows you to blend your hair with your own hair and you see nothing iff the wind blows or even your hair color from dark to light blend in, i have this method done and its absolutely amazing!! you cant see them they are very flat you can swim with them in, make a pony tail.... a have seen vids they are much worse like glueing weaves on a whole head hot gleu or weave gleu try to get that crap out! this comes off easely with a solvent or remover.
