Hey beauties, this is Sam from instant Beauty, so I just wanted to make a quick, quick, quick, quick video about sleeping with your hair extensions um, not like sleeping with them like in a romantic way. Haha, I'm just kidding, I mean I'm going to bed with your hair extensions. Anyway, you say that comes out wrong. Anyways um. The best thing to do before bed is to koma all your tangles. If you have a lot of tangles use a leave-in conditioner or a detangler to carefully comb them out, so that you don't rip any of your of your extension hair. Oh so comb, your hair out and then put your hair up in either a really high bun. So it's out of the way or two pigtails or a loose braid or something whatever is most comfortable for you. I usually tell people depends how you sleep. If you sleep on your back, try to get it so that it's not you don't have your braid right hitting your back, so it's not comfortable for you. Maybe then do the two on the side. If you sleep on your side, you know vice versa. Then just get your hair, basically up and tied away, so that way it's not loose. Most people find if they leave their hair loose. They will wake up with a lot of tangles in the morning because when you're lying down and you roll around, the hair can kind of rub together and tangle and wrap around each other. So you want to avoid that just for a less time in the morning. Trying to deal with it, it will also keep your hair extensions, healthier and, and you can keep them in longer without having any problems. Another thing I just wanted to quickly mention was the hair tie that you use shouldn't, be one of those elastic hair ties that can rip your hair out, try and find either a ribbon tie or a scrunchie, or something that isn't very, very tight. This way you won't rip any of your extensions out or it won't get tangled, and then I just quickly wanted to mention as well. If you style your hair, like let's say you style your you curl your hair like this, the next day, you don't want to re-watch it and style it again. The best thing to do is put your hair up very sleeve possible or even in a braid. This way, when you take your hair out the next day, it still got the beautiful curls and you don't have to rewatch and restyle your hair, and that's really important for extensions that you don't wash your hair or in style your hair every single day. Just so that way, you again, you can get more life out of your extensions. Okay, guys! That'S about it! I was a quick one, so I hope you learned something. Hannah Anderson: I have tape in 18 in., wore in loose braid the first few nights, then purchased a silk sleeping cap, sooo easy just twist hair and put cap on and viola. It's light and leaves hair without waves or crunches and protects your natural hair as well.

Custard Cream: i have long ringlets in i styled this morning but if i braid it the curls tonight this would mess them up. curls you get with a three strand braid are not as pretty and there more kinky. how would you protect a lush sexy wedding ringlet style??
