Hi guys, I just hopped on the shower, and I want to do a quick tutorial today on how to properly brush your hair extensions when they're wet and whenever I have problems with clients who are having issues with their hair extensions or their tangling, or they just Can'T seem to get them to do what they're wanting it's usually, because they're brought they're, brushing them improperly. So the first thing you want to do when you hop out of the shower to spray your hair with a detangling spray, a detangling spray and a and a heat protectant. Usually there are two in one products. I really like Kevin Murphy untangled, another one that I really enjoyed is my Cara, sauce and evaded style. Prep is also another really great one. So what I've done is I've already put in my my heat protectant and nice detangler. I sprayed it in through my end here and then I worked just a little bit up through the top. You can see my real hair, it's fine and so it tingles really easily and that's really. Where have the issues, my extensions don't tangle nearly as much so what you want to do is you want to start on the ends? First, so I'm going to brush here and I want to remove the tangles from the ends of my hair. First, the reason for that is is because, if you're, starting from the top and you're pulling those tangles all the way through you're ripping those tangles through your hair, your hair is the most vulnerable when it's wet, so it breaks the easier you see like some of My blonde client or I've seen climbs in the past that they brush their hair and there's hair all over their lap. It'S because they're brushing improperly or you know their hair isn't moisturize enough. So you want to brush, through the end first get the tangles out down below and then work your way slowly up to the top, I'm just brushing that out and once I've removed the tangles down below it's a lot easier to kind of work. Your way up, the next thing is, if you have hair extensions, your wets can get kind of bear, hair, there's so much hair. A cast where your weft is that if you mint combing that hair there you it it will tangle easier. So what I'll do is I'll kind of split my hair and I'll make sure that I'm combing right, where my weft is that is that'll tip? I usually clip those. I didn't grab a clip before the videos, so what I'll do is I'll, usually kind of smooth and pull that when you're combing your hair, you shouldn't be jerking through it and you shouldn't feel like your whole head is being pulled off. You can see, I'm being really pretty gentle. If I run into a snag, I'm just I'm just going a little bit softer on it. So that's it! The other thing is, you want to kind of comb underneath your hair extension if you're using a wet brush or my really good friend, Ally, just produced about backpack brush and it's very similar to the wet brush except for the bristles are stronger. So I really like it if you guys have any other questions honestly brush your hair is super simple, just make sure that you're being gentle you're starting from the ends and you're working your way up. So thanks guys talk to you.
