Hello, my name is Christopher box and I am the hair extension geek today. We'Re gon na be talking about one of my favorite products and it's a product that I did helped invent. It'S a tape and hair extension system called easy links by easy hair, and this is I just I always like to have a little bit more organic to show you guys like what this actually looks like. This is the box that it comes in, which is sleek and sophisticated. It'S to me, it's very Apple. Very you know I I pod or iPad. Then, whenever um there is a treatment of hair and there are six panels that are attached to a kind of a little plastic thing here. That just holds it in place and you know here's another thing and the back here, like the easy hair, allows you and you know. Basically they have like a batch number, a tracking number. So they can, you know, just ensure that quality stays where it needs to be. I think that's very smart. This is let me pull one of these off, so you can see. This is what one of the panels look like very super thin paper-thin. Actually, on one side, you got the polyurethane base on this back side. Here you have. Am, it is a medical grade tape, it's the same stuff, that's used in surgeries, that is on the back here, so it's laid over that polyurethane base, it's very, very sticky. Basically, how this works is this gets cut into. This is how we do it in the salon. This is not exactly how easy hair recommends doing it, but I love it in it. My clients really enjoy the thin panels or the not as wide panels. So what this does gets cut into and basically we make a little sandwich almost like a hair extension sandwich. A layer of your own hair gets put on the inside of this, and this gets pressed down and sealed it's super easy to put in, and so what that means is like time in the chair when you come in, it's going to take for a full length Application, which would be basically three to four boxes so three to four this amount of hair would give you a full length application. So it's gon na be about two hours and that's gon na include. You know the application cutting educating you on how to take care of the extensions they can be reused. So you'll come back in in about six weeks and what we're gon na do is we're going to remove them and we're gon na put new tape on and we're going to put them back in your hair and then you'll be able to go for another six Weeks and then you'll have to get new hair after that point, what I what I like about these, as I say I have many many things it's you know it's good for people who have maybe thinner finer hair. So you know traditionally these people may not been able to wear hair extensions and with the easy links you definitely can, one of the things always tell people is that you know I don't recommend it for the top of the head like this little u-shaped area. Here I know right my bald head, the bald guy who sells hair extensions right, so it's really not meant for the top of your head, but if you, if any extension system could be put on the top of the head, easy links would be one of them. So that just will depend upon what your stylist thinks and, what's appropriate for your lifestyle, a little quick tip that I always tell people with these like once you get them in. You know it has a rumor little hair packet for the first week. You won't be able to shampoo for 24 to 48 hours, I recommend 48 and then for that time period, probably the first week we're gon na take, but have you press your fingers and what this does? There'S no like harsh glue or weird chemicals to keep this in place is pretty straightforward, so that's gon na. I call it the curing period. So that's going to just really make sure that these extensions stay in your hair they're. Never just gon na fall out when you're walking down the street or busting a move on the dance floor. If anything happens, it'll happen when you're, shampooing and blow-drying so just be really careful when you shampoo and blow-dry. If anything does happen, the the thing about easy links is that you can make an appointment with your stylist and probably take about five or ten minutes to to fix it, so it's easily fixed. So for someone who is a little freaked out about? Oh, my gosh, you know what I'm going to do if something happens or - and things do happen from time to time, easy thinks is pretty secure and it's it's a rare to have anything happen. So they're just awesome. I love them. I think that you'll like them too, if you have any questions or comments, please do leave me. ProvocatuerBarbie25: So cool! Its about dang time for something like this to come out!

Kat Ernst: Hi Christopher, Great video. I just got microbead hair extensions applied to my very thin/curly hair. The first week was so painful that I couldn't sleep on my head and I had soars/irritated scalp from wearing the micro bead extensions that I had them taken out. I'm opting for the tape in route. Are they as painful or if not at all painful then the other types of extensions?

Hairxpert4 Florida: These are a professional product. You cannot get them on amazon. I've been using tape in extensions from Hotheads for over 7 years now and just started using the Easilengths. My second client says they are starting to come out after 1 week. Not sure why but I never had this issue with Hotheads. I did use the adhesive with them as well, and she is using shampoo and conditioner for professional hair extensions. She waited 24 hours to wash. Not really sure why they are coming out. Any ideas??

BridieGem: I have been considering getting tape in extension for a long time and done research, I have a few questions. When you take them out does alot of your natural hair fall out with it, does the glue damage your natural hair, I have medium length hair and it's all one length and cut straight across. It's got a wavy/curly texture too it. So would the extension blend, especially since my natural hair is all one length and cut blunt across? please help me with my questions!!

Madison: Hi I've been wearing tape extensions for 3 months now and I found that they are so weightless and there is NO pain involved. The first few days they were in I felt (not painfully) them when I was laying down but your scalp adjusts to them so quickly. For damage Im unsure of what my hair is going to look like after I have them takne out on friday but I've lost a few and inspected the hair it was on and I didn't notice any difference. Hope this was helpful

Alma Gonzalez: You can get them on amazon for under $70 and they are 100% human hair.

Mandie Thiel: I live in denver, Colorado. Where can I go to get these?

debbie: are these really worth $300?

Joey Weller: I was wondering how they work if you have to wear a ponytail,l I am a security guard and have to wear a ponytail at work. Also are they flexible for updo's?
