Hey guys, it's been a while I've hummed in a while, because I have been just crazy busy lately, but I wanted to talk to you about my hair. So clearly it's different. Let me stand up and show you see how long it is I'm not wearing pants. I'M only wearing onion soup, don't look that close. This is a new hairstyle that I have been waiting to have for ever. I have been researching hair extensions online for months and I, as you guys know, if you've seen any of my previous videos, I have been I've been using clip-in extensions and I've also used the little eye tip or the micro bead extensions in my hair and I've Tried all sorts of extensions before, but I've never really found one that I've fallen in love with. I was looking for an alternative because I wanted something more permanent, but that was not really going to damage my hair because I have such thin hair. You guys don't quite understand how thin my hair is, because you can't feel it, but it is like wispy cotton candy. It is so thin that, like my ponytails are like 20 strands thick, it's really really really thin. It makes me not feel feminine and I'm not one to really complain about. Oh, oh mine looks oh not really, because I don't really give a to be completely honest, but I wanted to feel like a girl and I've always wanted to have really super long hair and now I have it and I'll explain to you how so what I Did is, I went on a hunt online and I found out about what are called tape - hair extensions now, if you've never heard of them. Basically, it's a weft of hair, that's about two inches wide and the top is really super flat and a little later in the video I'll show you the web, so that you can see what I'm talking about. But the top is very, very flat and it's got tape on one side and then the other side is sort of a dull shiny. At the same time, it's kind of confusing I will link you down to the website and you can look at the pictures of basically it's a long weft of hair and I got the 22 inch. So that's what these are here and, as you can see, when I pull up my hair, this is how long my natural hair is and very very thin, and this is how long the hair that I have is what you do. Is you take a slice of your hair, that's pretty thin to where you can see through the hair, but not so thin that it's going to pull out with the weight of the extension and you have a hairdresser do this? Obviously, I would not recommend doing it yourself, there's no way you could get the back of your head no possible way without it being painful and they take a slicer here. They stick the tape up underneath after they've peeled off, and then they stick your hair to the tape. Then they peel another one and they stick that on top basically scanned watching your hair in between the two extension webs and the because the web's are only two inches long. They move like regular hair. They don't I mean you, can put your hair in a ponytail and you can see like you cannot see anything. It'S not like. You can see the extension track. If you ever had extensions before, then you know that you can always see the tracks or you're, always aware that people are looking at the tracks on your hair or that your hair separates in a really weird way, because you have extensions in with these. It does not do that this doesn't damage your hair. Really. I would say I read on a lot online, a lot that it doesn't damage your hair at all and I would have to say I've already experienced that that's not true. I'Ve only had these for maybe three or four days, but um there's a couple little places where it hurts a little bit and it only hurts because it's like pulling one hair here and there or it's a little too tight in one spot in a little too Loose and another this was the first time I was the first person she ever experimented with these hair extensions on. She had not heard of the tape extensions before so she applied them to me, but she did a fantastic job she's, my normal hairdresser. Basically, you get them all put in at different spots of your hair; they do them in sort of a bricklaying pattern and the wefts are so invisible that you can put them up here. Where is with normal hair extensions? You don't want to go above. You know, above the top of your ear, really because you'll be able to start seeing them through your hair. With these, you cannot see them. You really cannot see them. It'S the weirdest thing they there's they stay in, so they stay for about two to three. I would say people say six to eight weeks some websites say 8 to 12 weeks. So really, I think it depends on how fast your hair grows. How well you take care of them and just how well they were applied and how you know, I think, there's a how much you wash your hair if you use a lot of product in your hair, I've been washing my hair about every other day. So today is my second day here. I have not washed my hair today. I just use a little bit of dry shampoo and basically that's it there. They are permanent, so you sleep with them in you. Just put your hair in a braid at night so that you aren't tangling your extensions and other than that. I absolutely love them. You can see. The length is amazing. I got them from locs and bonds calm. The hair is 100 % remy human hair. That'S European cuticle intact, so that means it doesn't tangle. It doesn't get nappy is if you've ever used hair extensions before they get kind of nappy and dry, and these aren't going to do that. They'Re, really good quality hair. No one can tell that. It'S not my hair, it's really long and really amazing quality. As you can see, let me show you one of the wefts here. My cat she's alert is screaming and knocking on the door. So this is one of the wefts here and you see how small it is and it moves with my normal hair because you put it about a quarter of an inch away. This is one of the ones that hurts a little bit. I think there's a little pulling piece of hair, but basically right there, you see that's the weft and that's how big it is and it moves with my hair. So if I want to put my hair in a ponytail that works and then you can see once my hair covers it, that's it so! That'S it you guys. I hope you guys like it. I am absolutely in love with it. I feel so feminine and having long hair is it's a lot of work. I think the cons to it are takes a really long time to dry, because I mean I've never had thick hair like this before and sleeping on. It is a little bit uncomfortable, but not nearly as bad as some of the NEADS and the glue and tape extensions that I've had as well. So I would say definitely try these I've only had one for a few days. So I'll do a couple of other update reviews and then once you're done with them and they're ready to come out. Basically, you just use an alcohol solution and let it sit on there for a few minutes. They slide right out. You peel the tape off. We tape them after they're dry and then your hairstylist can reapply them. So that's, but it pretty much it. They are reusable. I don't know how many times you can reuse them. I think I've heard three to four times. I think, as long as you take care of them well and the hair still looks good and it's not breaking apart. You can use them for her as long as you see fit, and if you would like a tutorial on this makeup, look in a couple of days. I should have this tutorial up and it's very simple, very easy and I've had a lot of compliments on it. Lately, it's been what I've been wearing with this sort of hairstyle that I've got going on here. So yes, I love you guys and thank you for being patient with me. I know it's been a while since I've uploaded, but I will start trying to upload more regularly. I'Ve been getting my life back on track and getting my things taken. Care of and my phone's been cropping out and it's been so hard. So I had to get a new phone and dear god, this thing's about as big as my head. It'S the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and I mean it's really nice. It'S a nice phone, but it's it's a beast. It'S a beast! I I don't know I'm not! Quite used to it yet and we're trying to get everything set up in our house as far as you know, trying to get Wi-Fi and getting laptops and getting things to get more organized with my videos. So thanks for being patient with me guys, I love you all and if you won't have any more hair extension questions go ahead and ask in the comments I was trying to answer them. Otherwise, the description. The video should have a lot of information and links and I'll type out everything that I talked about in the video. So if you have any questions, they should be answered in there and other question. If you have, you can style them, cut them dry them curl them straighten them. You can do everything like normal, wash condition. Everything like normal, so there's really no downside other than a couple of hairs pulling here and there, but really I don't care because it looks so good. So I hope to talk to you guys soon. Thank you so much for watching. I love you very much and I will see you in my next video bye.

Mia Reitz: Thank you for your useful video! I just recently bought some of the same extensions from Locks and Bonds. How many bundles do you have in?:)

RawBeautyKristi: Thanks!! :D i am so glad you enjoy the videos! My old channel just used to be so spur of the moment, its much different, but i am so glad you are sticking around! <3

Monica Noone: So happy you found some you love! They look awesome on you! And your makeup is gorgeous here by the way :)

Kristina Anderson: This video helped me soooooo much, I love that you seem like such a real chick thanks so much for a great video ! xx

Madison: You're Beautiful & the hair looks so natural and pretty on you:) the tape won't damage your hair, when you go to take them out the only hair you will lose is the hair that will shed naturally that gets caught in between the wefts. x

Kayla: Looks beautiful Kristi! I love it

Skye Seaforth: I love Locks and Bonds. I've been buying their clip in extensions for 3 years now. I just purchased my second set of ombré extensions tonight. They ship so fast I know I will have them by the end of the week. I haven't tried the tape extensions.

Graciecatmeow: Love your channel! I found your original channel about pcos because I have it too and then I started following you on here. You are very real and down to earth. Stay classy! ;)

RawBeautyKristi: Thanks!! :D Yes i bought the color that i wanted my hair to be and the stylist matched and dyed my hair to them. She matched it to the T!

Suvi -: The hair looks gorgeous!!:) Love from Finland.<3

TheThriftyMommy: Love it!

Justcurious1029: Love it! Gorgeous! Kristi would you consider doing a house tour? By what I se in your background your house looks so nice!

Paige Rose: OMG I love them! How many come in one pack?

Ashley Jew: Your hair looks AMAZING!!!!!!!

LadyTrayce: So lovely! I am very tempted...however my hair has been falling out all over the place..I suspect from medications..and that would probably make having these very difficult.

Kate Lynn: Gorgeous !

Chloe Potts: You look amazing!

Allison Escalante: How did these hold up can you do a review it a video talking about how these worked for you

Amanda Goodwin: Baby Kristi! Absolutely love dark hair on you

RawBeautyKristi: Ahh thank you, love! <3

Alice Jones: Beauuutiful!

Dixie Mae Rankin: Actually i do my own all the time even in the back and it turns out just fine.

tarynb84: Loved your video! Thanks, you are great. Please update us!

jo34576: Your hair looks so beautiful.

RawBeautyKristi: Actually, in the video i explain the removal process, also posted some links and information in the description box of the video. Basically using isopropyl alcohol and putting it on the tape parts, letting it sit and then sliding the hair off removes them. They only remove after about 6 - 12 weeks of use. :)

Island Family: They look great! Did you buy them in that colour and then dye your natural hair to match??

RawBeautyKristi: All of the information regarding the amounts are on the website that i linked in the description box, but roughly 40-60 grams of hair per pack. Because i wanted length, it took about 4 packs to do my whole head and look natural.

pamela maher: how do you take your extentions out with?

Ashley Jew: What color did you dye your hair?? I am absolutely in love with the color!! Such a rich deep brown .)

Simply Meredith: I ordered a set from this company based on your opinion of these hair extensions. I'll let you know how they hold up

Jess: You look so nice!

Naidalis1: Your hair is like mine. It's very thin and ponytails look ridiculous on me so I never do them. My hair flies in the wind cause its so light.  I can't wait to try the tape. I ordered tape on ebay and will be sticking them to some curly extensions I own. Since I have curly hair which makes my hair look thicker.  :)

Sabrina Martin: what kind of shampoo do you use with the hair extensions? thank you

cheesencrackers: Love your extensions!!..could you please post how you remove them!!...

Christy Christy: Are these extensions double drawn?

Tigea Bee: I have microloops in right now (1st time). Usually use clip ins. Defntly going to try the tape-in now. Looking for somethng i can learn to love as well.

RawBeautyKristi: Batiste Deep Dark Brown Dry Shampoo. My fav, by FAR!

Emily Squire: You look so beautiful x x

Lisse A: aww, the kitty in the back :)

Jessie Malin: How many did you end up needing for your hair?

Jess: The extensions are really pretty

allie gibson: Is the hair quality of locks and bonds good??

anne marie: I feel that the dream catcher hair extension is better

RawBeautyKristi: I have done one before on my previous channel, but i could maybe do one again! :D

Martha Sparrow: You look so beautiful!!!:-)xxxx

Melody Patterson: oh shit...I noticed the cat moving in the background LOL

Christy Christy: Are these extensions double drawn?

sarola_: Hey! How did this extensions hold up?

leola davison: Very late comment I'm sorry, but I'm researching micro bead extensions because I've heard they're best for your hair, could you give me any advice about them seen as you have had them before? Any advice would be so useful

Kyla Ahn: I've used several different kinds of extensions but I've never tried the tape in ones, I was skeptical about how they actually meshed with real hair. My hair is super thick so I don't have too hard of a time having extensions mesh but I do have a hard time with the comfort and the way the extensions move. Beads feel awkward, I like clip in but they grow uncomfortable quick and move awkwardly with certain styles. After watching this video, I'm definitely going to get tape in extensions though. I can deal with a little tugging for a longer lasting feel annnnnd I'm totally in love with how they move with your real hair. So pretty!

Cathie Guiterrez: WHAT COLOR IS YOUR HAIR??

Ann D.H.: Do they close you bad headaches cuz mine do

Alexandra Morris: Do you think these caused any damage to your real hair? I am super interest din doing the tape in method, I am NOT a fan of my clip in :/

Star_☆〜(ゝ。∂): Do NOT get tape in hair extensions!! I had them put in for a wedding and thought they were beautiful.. BUT when I had them removed from my hair stylist she was yanking and pulling them out when I got home I realized most of my hair was pulled out!! My hair is so thinned out now it looks like I'm a cancer patient ..so now I'm going to have to get my hair cut very short cause its ruined :_(

Shelly Neeser: do you have a before picture of your hair?
