And so welcome, hey youtube, hey facebook! It'S your girl kimberly! I know i have not been on live in a while, there's been so much going on with me and the world and life and everything. So i've only been doing my recorded videos. I haven't been doing my live um for most of you on here. This is probably gon na, be your first time seeing me in glasses, breaking news. I wear contacts, and now today you guys get to see me in glasses, but the real reason why i'm here is because i i we're here for bloody and at first i was like oh set up the camera. I'M gon na do the whole video unboxing i'm like. Let me just do it live because then it will be less work. It'Ll just be up here, it'll be a real first impressions of me opening it instead of kind of looking at it. Real quick and setting up my camera and then opening it, so i'm gon na get a real deal. Hair review, unboxing first impressions for real, like i literally haven't, even touched the hair. I just opened the bag to make sure hair was in it. So we're even going to see if i got what i ordered, because i could be wrong too, but i know you guys, like hair hair, hair hair. Where did it come from? So i got this hair from yummy extensions, so yummy extensions have been added for a while a lot of people. People always have positive things to say about their hair and you can see them at yummyextensions.com, but my personal life hack is that you purchase weave when it's on sale, so um. What i, because of years and years of making wigs and wearing wigs, i have enough hair to start going to this side. I have so um. There'S no need for me to buy full price hair. It'S not like. Oh, i have an emergency wedding or something - and i need it next week like no. I always get it in advance, so um. I can wait for black sales mother's day sales, everybody in their tax refund sales. I just wait for a sale so for black friday. Yummy had a sale 30 off of their weave right, so i ended up getting five bundles, i'm going to go through all the prices stuff now, because the first thing y'all say is like how much did it cost before you even show me the hair. That makes sense, you know if the budget is outrageous, you don't want to really do that. Then i totally get it. So let me send since here i got five bundles. I got those uh 24 inch and three bundles of 26 inch. 24 inch bundles were 180 before the 30 account. They were 113 and 30 30 per 24 inch bundle so times that back to 22, 226.60 matthew, but just hang in there with me. Okay, then next was the 26 inch bundles. They were originally 190 30. Then they came down team 45. The three of them were 355.35 okay. In order to like hair insurance. They have this thing called route package protection and it's the extra dollars that you have to pay now granted, i'm sorry i'll, just eat popcorn, i'm gon na have a weed package stolen or lost, but i really understand that there is definitely a need for this insurance. So, even though i was tight tight when i saw that extra 20 i mean that added to the price, i understand why they put the protection on because a lot of people do get their weave stolen in the mail. It'S crazy and it's really sad, but it happens so much out here so then, of course, i'm in new york, i have to pay new york tax county tax and borrow tax. I'M like new york city's going on. I thought they weren't taxed, but that's just closes up. Fortunately, weave is not in the same category as closed, so the total with the pen, the 20, the 224 inch bundles, the 326 inch bundles. It came up to and with tax 65.81. Now that is not the most i spent on here, but it's definitely not the least so um this paper is working. You know i have that in my hand, so um we're gon na see if this hair is really about what the coins cause. So many people say positive things about yummy, hair extensions, though so that yummy extension, so i'm not worried about it. So the first thing that came in the box was this: it says um, oh so i live in new york. So i'm guessing they put this in my package, especially because i live in brooklyn, so they probably the brooklyn store - is going to reopen july 6th. But i'm like july 6, 2021 like sheesh, so i actually haven't gone past this so that maybe they're doing the stores to facilitate orders and not you can't go in there and shop so they put this in here. But if it's really not open into july, like i thought it was open, it was open precoc, i don't know, maybe they have to close down but um. Oh, i don't even know if this is the same address as before. This might be a whole new store who knows, but they gave me a little 25 on full price items which is cute um, we'll see if i ever use it like. I said i like to buy my hair on sale but um. This is what it came in. Actually it came in the little fedex pouch and then the fedex pouch. This was inside not gon na find i kind of like um i used to like the special packaging that was branded, but now i know that thieves can easily spot like if it says like some such hair. They know to steal it, so i know why they put it in the plain fedex packaging. I totally get it so inside this little baggie is like paperwork and then each bundles in its own individual bag. So there's one two there's three different post-it cards, so we'll go through those really quick um. So this says thank you for being a yummy girl. Oh and i have a whole message: hello, beautiful you're, going to be the talk of the party with your new hair extensions. The little extra personal touch that probably cost them like one penny, definitely worth it. I feel special. Thank you um. Oh yes, yummy, hair, extensions, hair care tips, scan the qr code on your mobile device and access our recommended hair regimen. So, basically, you can scan this code and it tells you how to take care of the hair. Now i usually always look at this and review it before i co-wash my bundles and before i make my wig to see what they say, because i've been wearing hair for so long. A lot of them. Um say things that i already know just from wearing uh virgin, hair extensions, so um there's another card and it says um more information about royal burma hair during the process. Excess thread is left on all the bundles to make sure you're sick. Your weft is secure. It'S not that it's unfinished or a cut bundle. You can simply cut this small piece out. So there's an extra piece of thread. I guess people were thinking that this was like. You gave them a piece of a piece of a piece of a bundle and they were tight, so they spelt that out. On the other side, it says wash me and then um conditioner wash is required before installing your hair, so they're, just letting you know you need to co-wash this before you just put it in a sew-in and i'm telling you. I cannot at least 30 40 times how i've been in the hair salon and see people come in with the bag like this like. Well, i'm ready to get my weave done and i'm like girl, you didn't even co-wash that hair. You don't know what what's about to happen so, like i said all the hair came in little individual bags, so that was three i'm gon na take out two so and oh, and then this little bag with all the little fillings i'm gon na put to the Side so individual little baggie um, the baggies are not marked with any information about the inches or anything. It just says yummy and it's all black, but i could feel a card in there. So i'm pretty sure that the card inside is going to say what the inches and stuff are the hair okay. So this is a 26 inch bundle of the cambodian wavy, oh gosh. This is a beautiful bundle. She is shiny and pretty definitely looks like the full 26 inches. Let'S look at the ends. Oh, the ends are super straight and cut um. Oh, she smells like real hair. So thank god for that she smells like real hair she's soft um. I feel like this section - oh my oh actually, i feel like this is probably 12 inches, so then this would be and it's a little more than another 12.. So that has me thinking it might really be 26 inches um. I might get up and get a tape measure we'll see, but she looks long enough, she's, nice and straight. She has like a natural little wave to her and doesn't smell like feet. The wefts look really solid and a lot of wig makers are people who recommend yummy and not so much. People who do leaves, and especially people who sew wigs in sewing machines is really important. Like, oh, are the wefts well made? Because if you put it under the sewing machine and then it just automatically puts then or bridge your sewing machine, because the wefts are too hard or they're full of glue, so um the fact that wig makers like a virgin hair company. That makes me more even more excited about it than when people who do leaves do all right, so second bundle bag. These bags are really plush and it does make you feel like a more luxe experience. So that's cute, so i hate when they put the hair into. I mean granted. This is not real silk, but i'm i hate when they put in the tool plastic bags, and i'm like this was a hundred dollars each you gon na put in a two plastic bag. How or 200 300. However much it is for bundle right. So this is another 26 inch bundle and um. Here we go, let's see if there's any shedding. I didn't really do a shed test for real okay. Oh, what is that um? This is thread from the bag. This is not from the hair that scared me, though i was like if the whole chunk just came out, hold a minute: wait: okay, yep so back to the hair, nice and smooth. Now, let's see what we get nobody? Okay, so i got five bundles, because um these longer bundles, i know, can tend to be so. This is another 26. These longer bundles can tend to be thinner, so those are the ends super pretty. So, that's why i got five um and what i do is i get the shorter. The longer bundles are going to be in the back, so it'll be like 26s in the back and then the 24s will go in the front and that's how i make my wigs. So again, if you don't really watch videos on my channel, i make a u-part wigs, i'm wearing one now and then, if you can see hold on, let me see if i could grab her so like this is my real hair and then like this cascading lovely Locks are my wig and the hair i'm wearing now is diamond luxe hair. I love diamond, looks hair too, but right now we talking yummy because that's what we're unboxing, please let this be a 24 inch. Another 26 inch. I probably took them out in order and didn't even realize it, but this is more of the same. Another 26 inch um, it's funny back in the day. Bundle companies used to hit you with the ounces, and this is going to be 3.2 ounces and how much abundance away and stuff. But then they realize that for these longer bundles they want to give us less hair so that what that, in the whole industry threw that out the window. So this is the 26 inch and i don't really see that many like hairs fraying and the ends. Don'T look like bleach, they're, old or dry, or anything crazy, so um again smells like clean hair does not smell like corn chips or feet. That is always a good sign, so um. To be honest, when i first started wearing virgin hair, i was i mean i i first started in grad school right, so i was. I went to grad school right out of college on a budget, so i wasn't really into all of the things like is: are the what's well created um? Does the hair smell? Does it look like this? I was more of. I cannot get the hair in my budget. Can it come here on time for me to make my wig and then um? How long will it last after that so now, of course, i'm older and wiser and realizing that if you go to aliexpress and you get the four bundles for 200, it's gon na last four months, six months, then you're gon na spend another two hundred dollars and It'S gon na last four months, six months and the thing is, i'm also making you part wig. So it's a four hour five hour investment. Every time i make a new wig, so i can't just be making wigs with this cheap hair and then the hair disintegrates, and now i got ta waste my time all over again. This is a 24 inch bundle. You guys can see this one is a little more hair. It'S a little thicker. We can look at that west west, again, nice and tight. They look like and then this is a 24 inch bundle. Look at her ends. This smell check so she's. This hair is looking good and i'm excited because i'm getting a touch up um. What am not getting a touch up, i'm getting the touch up next weekend, so i will have straight edges and new weave. I'M not gon na know how to act. Y'All. This hair feels so soft and lightweight, like i'm pretty sure that when i put all five bundles on it's not gon na be a heavy wig which is gon na be good. My neck will be thankful. My neck will be thankful all right last bundle. I'M really excited i've been plotting on this hair for real long. I wanted yummy hair. My next hair that i want is the russian fidei jace beauty hair, but she got like a waiting list and it only comes out once a year and i'm not even signed up for the email list, i'm probably playing myself but um. That'S the next hair. I want to get is the jace beauty, because i want to see if jay's beauty is about the hype, because i don't know if i believe it. To be honest, i want to see it for myself. Nobody is coming out of this hair. That is interesting. I'Ve never had that happen before. Usually i get one stream between the five or four bundles. This hair is nice and soft smells good. I'M liking this hair y'all. I'M glad i got it again. This is a 24 inch there's a little bit of hair sprayed off this one, but not too crazy. It'S probably also why i need to co-wash it like they say co-wash when you first get it, so i'm excited excited about this hair um. In terms of my personal tips, when you're making but wigs uh wash the hair before you make your wig um, don't clip the bundle clips off wash it see what happens before you put conditioner on it put water on the hair? Okay. So since i bought many a bad batch from other companies, yummy is good, but you know i'm going to give you guys some more tips, because you know it's not just yummy. There'S other companies out here that you might purchase from and have a situation and i just did unboxing. I didn't wash this hair. I don't know what's going to happen, but the first thing i'm going to do is i'm going to take all the hair and i'm going to wet it with medium temperature. Oh, these little fuzzies from these bags are everywhere and i'm gon na wet it with medium temperature, water, the water not too hot, not too cold the kind of worm temperature that you would give to a young child to like wash their hands. So like warm enough that it might kill some germs, but not too hot, that it's gon na scolds like it, won't be like scolding, hot right reason i want to do. That is because i've had experiences where i put water on the hair and the hair went through its own little chemical reaction, because there was stuff on the hair. That was not it wasn't virgin. It was like they had chemicals on it, and the water activated a chemical reaction that made the hair change texture. So it's almost like they steam, pressed it or steam, did some kind of steam process to the hair. And then, when i put the warm water on it, the hair went back to how it really wanted to look which was not wavy. It was a hot mess. So that's. The first thing i want to do is just put the water on the hair. Leave the hair for a little bit i'll, put it on a towel, just wet, not washed. Yet for like five minutes, six minutes i'll just go, get something to drink check. My text real quick, come back 15 minutes later and see what happens to this hair, because if the hair you just put water on it and now the hair is starting to do backflips and change the game. That means that there's something wrong with this hair. You need to let it dry put it back in the bag and mail it back and send them emails saying i need my money back, because this hair just went crazy. Two take pictures of the whole process. This seems ridiculous because um, when you pay six hundred seven hundred dollars for something you expect it to work and for everything to be fine and to work out but um, i did have a bad experience with some hair and the first thing everything everybody was like Was like oh where's, the pictures you don't have any proof. Take pictures take pictures. So now, if i'm washing hair - and i feel like it's about to do something crazy - i make a video and i'm just like all i put in there with clean water. This is what the hair is doing just so that way, i can have some kind of um proof about. What'S going on with the hair, it's really annoying and you really shouldn't have to do that. Company should just give you good products, but unfortunately, a lot of people are using the weaves as they get quick skip, get quick, get rich, quick schemes and because of that um it ends up having a negative effect on the hair. Sorry, i'm hungry. I had a negative effect on the hair, your experience, all of that so take pictures that way you can try and fight with them to get your money back, don't automatically make your wig or your sewing off rip. A lot of companies say that if you cut the bundles or anything that they're not gon na give your money back. So that's why i said: watch it before you do anything um and first start off with that that warm water, if the hair doesn't start doing backflips after you put warm water on it, then what you could do next is follow the hair instructions and take care Of it, so this one is saying: conditioner wash before you install conditioner wash before you install check to see if it says like no alcohols or no. What'S the other card use the hair tips information to see if they give any recommendations um, if the recommendations are too specific, that hair is chemically treated so if it says use um matter of fact, i want to see what the hair recommendations are for this right. Now i got my phone because there's some of them where they're, like you, suzy, q's mixed, chicks, deep conditioner and i was like if this is wavy indian hair. Why am i using the same conditioner that uh mixed people use that'll, make no sense all right. So if you don't work, i'm bringing up yummy extensions website how to properly care for your hair, read more. Let'S see what it says. Remember you purchase raw human hair straight lady texture, so i was saying um what to expect with your package: free installation, okay, pre-installation, wash your hair extensions, while in the zip tie with the zip ties intact, evaluate the bundles detect if they're any abnormal abnormalities contact us Blah blah blah use the over and out method. With installing your hair, we recommend double the track: folding weft in half to ensure beards are inwards and not touching the scalp conditioner wash only that's that's what i was about to say, but you know, every hair is different. Do not push it on your version here. So the reason that you use shampoo on your real hair is because your scalp is making oil and your dandruff is flaking up and body are coating the hair right. But these hair extensions, although they're on your head, they don't interact with your scalp the same way as your real hair does so the shampoo just strips it because it's expecting dandruff and oil and stuff, but your wig doesn't really have that. So, even if you do have dandruff, my wigs have so much dandruff in them after two weeks, but just really take conditioner and scrub that top part of the wig or the weave, but do not put shampoo in it by any means necessary. Like there's no conditioner in your house and you own a shampoo, don't wash your wig or your extensions, just wait till you could buy some conditioner. If it's not conditioner, don't do it um, and i can't say that enough. You will destroy your hair. Um recommended two to three times a week. What i do is, i do it every two weeks, kind of the same time when i wash my real hair. So it's like: everybody comes out like the wigs get washed, my real hair gets washed and then we have like a dry day where everybody drives and then we start all over again but um. I don't know about them two three times a week. That'S a lot of time. It takes 24 hours or weeks to dry, so um, i'm saying once a week. If you really feel like you bought that like twice a week, you'll be fine, it says it's not madding. You should be combing your wig every day. So i don't know why it's gon na matter use a thick d conditioner to deepen your bundles yeah you're gon na. Do that too? Also so then some tips on how to wash, but it's a washa install, and i think that's really really helpful for people who still wear these and you know want to watch their install. That'S cool um, but if you make it to you part way, you could just take it off and then you can watch the thing at once. Let'S take care of your real hair, i'm just saying: okay, so then it says to shine it up. Use alcohol-free, glossing polish or hair serum for shine and frizz excessive product will lead to stiff hair to get rid of product. Buildup make sure you co-wash use the heat protectant when styling to the void, damage um. It doesn't say it on here, but also you want to use 400 degrees and below not even 400. You want to come, you could cover it at a smooth 360 and still get that curl or 380.. I'M just saying: don't fry up the hair, you just bought it so um that is my unboxing for um yummy hair. Let me know if you guys want to see more hair things technically, since i haven't made this wig. This would be a good point for me to start by making a wig on youtube and all this stuff.
