Hey guys, if you have been watching my videos for a while, you will probably know that brigitte bardot is one of my biggest hair icons. I genuinely think she has the best hair in all of history. I said it so obviously now that I have bangs. I am super excited that I get to recreate her hair a lot more and do more kind of Brigitte Bardot inspired hairstyles. So today I thought I would do a video where I show you three different, very iconic kind of typical Brigitte Bardot hairstyles and show you how to get that look for yourself as well. So it does help a lot when you have bangs bangs. That are a little bit longer. Definitely work as well short us a little bit more difficult, but it's all up to you. You can do some foam banks as well, if you like, but let's get started so just before we begin, I am wearing its own hair extensions. Just a little bit, I'm wearing just two strips today to give my hair a little bit more volume, since my natural hair is a little bit thinner, absolutely feel free to skip hair extensions. You do not need them, so I am going to start by curling. My hair with a 25 millimeter curling iron Brigitte Bardot's hair, is mostly not a little bit textured wavy slightly. So that's the look. I'M going to go for and I'm going to start by spraying my hair with a little bit of heat protector, just to make sure that I don't completely fry it alright. So I am going to curl this quite casually. I'M not going to be in sections out of the way or anything like that. What I am going to do is curl this in a little bit of a different way than I usually do. I usually like to curl my hair away from my face and this time I'm going to cool it towards my face. So how I'm going to curl my hair is, I just pull all of my hair forward and then I'm going to start at the back here on one of the sides and every time I finish a girl, I'm just going to kind of let it go behind. My shoulders, but I am going to start curling like this and then I'm just going to release the curl. I don't really want very defined curls, I'm more looking for some texture and follow you in my hair. So don't worry too much about letting cool down in your hands or anything like that. You can just let it go as long as it's a little bit. Textured you're good! All right, when all of my hair is curl, I am going to take a brush and just brush these curls out again to make them a little bit less like defined curls and more like this kind of messy texture. And then I'm going to take a volumizing dry shampoo and I have the booties XXL volume here and I just need to spray a little bit of that. Next, to my parting and on the other side as well, but especially here on my crown all right and I'm going to brush that in massage it in make sure to get rid of the white cast, that it does lead a little bit and of course, massage That ball, you went to my hair and it's okay. If all of this looks a little bit messy cuz, that is the look after all, then I'm just going to split my banks in half and kind of comb them to the side a little bit. Then I'm going to go back to my crown again just take a big chunk of hair from here and on top of the volumizing powder, I'm just going to back on this a little bit not too much. I don't want anything crazy. Just a little bit more of a lift right here and then comb over this, I am actually going to spray my bangs with a little bit of hairspray because this won't hold otherwise. My pegs are a little bit stubborn. So here we go, and here is your kind of basic Bardo or the foundation, the kind of the way she used to wear her hair just down. It is a lot of volume, a little bit of a messy wave, somewhat split bangs, so yeah hairstyle number one. The second hairstyle is only a small step from this, and it is her iconic haul. Up to this is, I think, the most curved Brigitte Bardot hairstyle, what people think of when they think a hairstyle of hers. This thing what Bridget Bardot hair is it's all about. Being messy effortless casual kind of as if she just threw it up in a hurry which she may have done actually, so I'm just going to grab kind of this back part of my hair, a little bit more than what I just teased. Just pull it back towards the top of my head right here, make sure to leave plenty of hair in front of it, and there I'm going to fasten it with a clip with a big bow. This is just one of these clips that have kind of like this metal thingy in the back. You can tie it with a hair elastic or with some bobby pins and then choose the play, bow on top or just leave the bow out completely. I am going to use one alright, so then, I'm going to kind of tug at the top here to make it a little bit more poufy, but we don't want anything too big. She didn't really wear the gigantic sixties pouf. All too often her hair was more just like voluminous, then actually teased up to the heavens, like they used to do in the 60s. So, with this front hair, I want it to be just a little bit more prominent, so I'm going to again back on it. Just a little bit right here, just to give a little bit more volume to this section of hair, which is actually my thinnest section of hair that I have that's all. So I can use a little bit of teasing here and again just smooth over the top. So that it's not as noticeable and for this one I'm going to split my bangs a little bit more to the side. She often had her hair like that as well on the shape of her bangs changed all the time. I get a little bit of variation. I can now feel that I have completely hairspray down my eyebrows. This is the second roberto hairstyle done for the third hairstyle. I am still starting with the basic, and I am just going to pull all of my you know what I mean she's going to flip. My hand forward pull all of my hair up right on my crown. There so gather everything and again I'm going to leave it really messy kind of loose side up here. The first thing you're going to do as always with Richie Berto hairstyles, is make sure that I have enough hair and front here. Pull up some strands like that always want to have something framing your face and now, with the rest of this hair, I'm just going to do something really simple, just punch it up or right here on top of my head and now there are several things you Can do you can take a hair elastic to this kind of just tie it up? I like to use bobby pins. They allow me to leave this bun big and voluminous as it is now, so I'm just going to stick in boy pants until it feels secure. Now, I'm literally just leaving it bunched up like this. Nothing fancy going on here, just sticking pins in to make sure it holds, and the curls and the dry shampoo will really help with this as well. So you shouldn't need too many boy things I have three and right now, it's already kind of moving and there you have it a really big voluminous messy Brigitte Bardot inspired button. So those are three hairstyles that I wanted to share with you today guys. I really hope you enjoyed this video if you don't forget to give a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel, you can do that by clicking here or on the right button below. I have another video here that you may also enjoy it and go which next. Thank you so much for watching, and I will see you very soon in my next video bye.
