So today I am doing this um take on victory, rolls that include things for you gals and have bangs. As you can see. I have them now, so I think it's really easy and it's pretty similar to the one that I did without bangs, but it just kind of shows you how to avoid bangs and all that - and I have this cute little accessory I'll, show you how to put That in there so let's get started. Oh basically, I'm gon na part, my hair and do everything the same as I do in my normal victory: roll video. It'S just I'm going to leave my bangs alone. So I'm going to start on this side and you're just going to curl your hair, like you did in my basic pin, curl, video and brush it out, like you, did in my basic Maryland style video. So you can watch both of those videos to get to this point, but you just basically want your hair ready to go in vintage curls. So now I'm going to start my part from where my ear starts and I'm going to go all the way up to where my part ends. Just take your thumb and then part the hair. It should be a nice straight part and make sure that your bangs stay out of that part. Now, for most of you guys that have watched my videos, I all usually use a pink smoothing column but or smoothing brush, but I found this Paul Mitchell, bamboo, smoothie or a teasing brush, and it's got kind of like a boar bristle, like whatever that I used To smooth - but I like it because it's all-in-one, it's got a little point, so you can use it to park and you can tease with it and you can smooth with it. So this is my new tool. Just so, you know introductions, so I'm just going to comb the hair up and then I'm going to tease the crap out of it and you don't have to worry about the curls staying pretty on the end, because they're going to get rolled up anyways, but just Backcomb against the natural grain of your hair and the more you tease the easier going to be tap-in and then you're going to give the outer layer a good spray and then you're going to smooth the top layer of the hair. What'S great about it, you'll see what holds it up that bright in the wintertime, so the lot and block. Let'S talk about my bed now you're going to take the hair, that's curled and kind of try to make it all go in the same direction. If you want, you can take your comb and kind of brush it out and you're just kind of going to give it the right idea of the right shape to go into, and this is where you're going to start the size of your roll. So if you want a big start, big, if you want it smaller start smaller and then just roll all the way down. Bottom, stop directed knocked out of that ball right up well and once you get it rolled down, take your bobby pin and I always do my first pin on the part of the roll it's closest to my part, because that's going to be your real anchor pin. So now you see the roll has its basic shape and you can put a couple more pins in there to really hold it down now. The placement of your role of your role is really up to you. I like for my roles to touch each other. Some girls like for him to be bigger, some girls like firm to be one bigger than the other, I like to um, evenly size roles that touch each other in the center. So it's really up to you. What you think is the cutest, then you're just going to take your smoothing comb and smooth that top layer - and this is when I take my wax - is made by pure ology. You can use any kind of pomade or wax whatever, but I really just take a tiny little bit. I get it warm on my hands and then I smooth my baby hairs with it make sure, like I said, to keep your bangs out of it. This stuff is also good to smooth flyaways in your bangs also, and the key to uniform rolls is looking at them from all directions, so always take another mirror and check how the back of them look make sure you don't have any weird hairs like poking out Anywhere and then we're basically just going to do the same thing on the other side, work hard, you've, no respect killing me my friend girlfriend drinks, okay, right now, okay, so on this side I have some bangs that are different layers from these, because I had side Slit things so just make sure that you get them all in there make sure you spray them down. If they don't behave, you can always take a curling iron and just curl them, so it kind of gives them the suggestion to go in the right direction and they usually will behave from there and also make sure that you hide the pins that you're putting in There get pins that are the closest as you can to your natural or cannot be your natural, but to whatever color your hair is I use blonde ones because they don't make them red. They seem to hide from your well. So so, then, once that's done, you kind of just fluff up the back of your hair and it should be pretty close to ready to being done. If you have used my pin curl tutorial, but just give it the general correct shape that you want it to be in sorry, one here's a little fuzzy, it's really really humid in LA today. It'S really humid and hot. So once you have it all done, you can take whatever accessories you want. I actually just got these accessories from vintage box 1947. I think, are super cute and I haven't used them yet. So I'm going to see if they'll fit in with my victory rolls we'll see, then it's basically just this flower and further combo perfect, so just pin it. However, it fits best. I think this is thank. You lays flat against my head. You can do something on either side if you want or something on just one side of it. This is the basic hairstyle, so I hope you guys liked it um and if there's any other styles that you want to see with bangs, please let me know I will only have them for a limited time. I'M growing them out already so I'll. Try to do styles while I can - and I hope you guys liked it, and I hope you find it easy.

VivienMcall: Lovely tutorial as always. :) About the bobby pins, one thing you can do is paint the bobby pins with nail polish that matches your hair color. My hair isn't dyed but I wanted red bobby pins just to use as subtle accent pieces for my hair and it totally worked. The polish doesn't chip off or anything. Just a suggestion.
