Hello, welcome back to setup art-style, I'm lash amber and today, I'm gon na show you how I go from my freshly washed hair here you can see it's all nice and clean and it is not stretched at all how I achieve this style. So this is my high path with bangs at the front. This is an awesome style for the wedding season or, if somebody who wants to do the high path, but you kind of want to maybe cover your forehead a little bit. So this is a really really simple style that you can achieve, and I'm gon na show you how. So you will need some sort of leave-in conditioner, I'm using the one from karekare, and if you came to my recent event, you would have got it as well. In your goody bag, so this is such a nice product to use on the 4c hair. I love it during this style from weave dry hair in your hair is not washed, then you might need some sort of spray. I used the one from strands of faith and a specular freshness spray and it's great to just kind of revitalize your curls before you do a style like this coconut oil to seal in the moisture from my hair and love a bit of coconut oil, flaxseed gel For the edges, if you're not interested in using like an eco styler gel, then aunt Jackie's, flaxseed gel, if not just use the classic eco styler gel, which is awesome for natural hair as well some sort of edge control. I love the one from cream of nature of argan oil inside and AFRICOM to detangle after they've done it with your fingers as well, and I also like a tangle teezer brush to do my edges. Bobby pins must have a tire that you're gon na use to actually put your height off up, but I'm gon na talk in more detail later on about how to achieve that and of course, a headscarf. So I t-shirt dry at my hair after I've washed. My hair, I don't use a towel. I just find that is so much so much easier on my curls so unravel it, and I always wash my hair in sections ever since my hairs got longer and thicker it's so much easier to wash in sections. So then I'll apply my leave-in conditioner the character, one that I showed you earlier one and section by section I'll just go around my head making sure every section is detangled even more. You know, after conditioning ID tangley, even move my fingers before then using the comb. So I'll just make sure that you know from the roots right into the tips especially ends of my hair, because that's obviously the oldest part of your hair. I make sure that the conditioner, the leave-in conditioner, is thoroughly unsaturated throughout all of my curls, and I just make sure I do maybe about the pea size per section, and so I'll just do that on both sections always be sure to get their hands right at The back, it's so easy to make your edges look really nice at the front, but don't forget the hair at the back as well. Others can become I'm quite tangled and yeah. It can break so I like to have hair all around the edges. Make sure i detangle and right here I was so jus a trim, so I had a little dead hair kind of attaching itself to my hair. I says I've had a trim. This will not be happening anymore. I just he tangled further with my fingers, still applying the leave-in conditioner throughout all of their hair and yeah. I was just feeling so nice and soft at this point and my hair is so thick, so it takes ages to kind of dry here. I'M just massaging it then, of course I use my coconut oil to lock in the moisture from the wash and from the leave-in conditioner and make sure I put it right on that. The tips of my head, the oldest part of my hair, and also a massaging my scalp and then do that on both sides. I just love how close not only just drips. I love the smell of it, but if you don't like coconut oil, of course, you can use it another way. You can use olive oil, you can use argan oil and even an issue on a detangle further. You can actually use avocado oil. It was really really good for detangling as well, so it's up to all you use, I just prefer to use coconut oil, and so my hair now is nicely detangled. It'S nicely washed. It'S feeling nice and soft. My scalp is clean, and so now I know that I'm very very ready to do the style. So now it's time my hypothesis way too small just to show you what I mean when you're actually doing your high-poverty to actually ensure that your band is a lot longer than this. Although this is something I could use, I can still pull. It would actually hurt. My head in the middle, because it's way too short, it's a bit too thick as well, when doing the hypotenuse have a much thinner band like the one on the right hand, side rather than the one on the left. So the one on the right is actually twice as long as the one that I was holding before, and so this is just to show you the difference between the band that I use for my high-profit gel. This is the flaxseed gel that I'm now applying on my edges. I have the band around my neck and I make sure that my nape and the front of my hair and nicely has the gel that I used my brush, whether it be a hard brush. But these days have been using this tangle teezer brush and it's been amazing for my hypothesis, the band just over my ears on both sides and I gently just kind of thread it once through at the front. I hold it in place and I start to gently pull the band up all at the back, making sure that I straighten out my hair, and this part is so simple to do honestly guys. I can do this in like a minute or two, and the band is just there at the front as you can see, but the thing is because I've got so much of the band left over and I go around a few times. It'S not too tight. Therefore, my head does not hurt. When I do my high pass. I tucked the high. I talk to the band within itself, so I don't use a bobby pin or anything like that, and that's literally how I do my high pass and that you normally see me do but now, of course, to achieve the bangs. I'M going to show you how I take. You know how I changed a firm. I pull the hair towards the front exactly where I want it to be, and then I use my bobby pins just to pin it in place for this look of like the third bobby pin for bobby pin and that's about it for bobby pins later, and I Just fluff it up using my afro comb, and this is the part which actually makes my fruit stand out even more, and this looks so full and just look. I'M having nice shape overall, and I just kind of use my fingers to lightly tuck it in looking at my mirror and I'm so pleased with the way it looks right now, I'm so pleased with how the bangs are falling at the front now is when I Apply of my edge control so after put the gel on I've, now positioned my hair, exactly where I want it to be, that's when I then applied the edge control. I start with my fingers and I do the edges and I also do the nape at the back. You cannot forget the nape. I think your hair needs to look good at all angles from the back and the front and with this hairstyle, because the back then the Front's that will be covered with the bang, the back is actually gon na, be seen a lot more. So you have to make sure that your edges are looking nice and clean and I love slick edges. So here I'm just thinking it with the toothbrush which I used just for my hair, and it just means that you know everyone looks lovely bringing out my nice. I'M a big silk scarf, which I'm now gon na fold in like half just so that is it some kind of a rectangle shape. I put it towards the back to make sure that my edges are nice and slick. I tie it over the front of my bangs and I have this in place for maybe about five minutes. Then I'm back and Here I am and I'm all ready to go out, so I'm ready to take that head scarf off. I just continue to fluff the front of my hair for it to be in place because some sort of the head scarf makes it kind of thin at the front like it makes it kind of go in. But this is the finished. Look, it's so simple and I'm sure you enjoy doing it if recreates it, please. Let me know how you get on, but I love it. I love how it falls on my face and I always get asked questions of how do you achieve it? So this is how I do it. So, yes, thank you so much for watching this video. If you liked it, please give it a thumbs up and I'll do more. Videos like this, ask any questions below and I'm so excited to keep bringing you more content on hair and I'll see you at my next video
