Hi welcome back to my channel, I'm Joanna and I love to make impulsive hair mistakes. So this is 2019 and it's the seer, where I start telling people how to actually pronounce my name and that it's not really Joanna and it's show on probably not. No. I probably would not do that because it makes me feel bad when I correct people more people, say Joanna and said: Juwanna, that's fine! I! Yes, that's fine! It'S fine! I really. I really don't care, but this is here where I give myself bangs like basically every year of my life, consistency is key. So last time I cut myself. Bangs was last January and, as I get a little bit upkeep on them in May, and I just let them grow out since then - and this is the end product basically they've come down to a little bit past my chin, as you can see, but shrinkage. Obviously they go kind of at your level. I don't hate them right now. I don't think they're terrible, but every year I usually set out to cut myself curtain banks and they never turn out to be curtain. Banks cuz, I screw up somehow. So I usually always end up with a fringe, because fringes are fairly easy to cut. Just can't accomplish the curtain. Bang task, that's something! I'Ve got remission, it's not act, coy about it. Let'S get right into it. So the first things first is. I need to give myself apart to start with, but before that, let's discuss the scissor situation so for my last two cutting videos, I've cut my hair with these. These little handy dandy scissors bought these for about. I think five dollars at Walmart. They are haircutting scissors. They did the job, I won't complain. They did the job just not as well as they probably could have in comparison to other scissors. I now use them to cut my Maine Coons, but Curtin you. Let me cut your black curtain. She doesn't think they worked very well. I think they worked just fine on her hair didn't mean to get so blue there about my cats but Curtin um. So I went ahead and a couple of weeks ago I bought these named a more destructive duo. I'Ll wait. We'Re gon na start off with sectioning off of the bangs part, and I will get right into that. Oh I hear dogs are pretty sorry things stuck up in here, pausing, it is that you it's gon na move. You cuts a little bit to the sides. We catch, I see what I'm doing my hair right now. So maybe, when you want to go, do this yourself, you won't make the same mistakes. I will I tried to make my part for like 30 minutes, so we are just gon na skip that nonsense. Okay, so I think I have the general shape of the beginning. This will be the first time I cut my bangs with a good chunk of my natural texture, not with I brushed out frizzy wavy hair, my hair still frizzy, but you get the gist. I don't know how curtain bangs look on curly hair, don't know they look great or anything. I might not even look like curtain bangs. My hair is like curly wavy, but we will see. I watched a couple more tutorials and I got it all in order. I think I made it a little bit more trying you learn that part area which was not easy. They were right here. It'S certainly quite far down and see how it looks. Oh I'm so happy they look so nice here then we get like a hairbrush to brush him out and they actually I'm gon na be very honest. I came out a lot shorter up here than I had actually wanted them to be uh. That'S okay, though. They'Re gon na grow out, and I will correct him at that point on so now I'm going to move on to the face framing bits, I'm just gon na kind of trim. Those up like I usually do anyways. I think my face just looks a lot better with bangs, because I have a fairly large nose and I have a fairly large forehead as well. So I think it just kind of evens out my face and makes it look a little bit more. I don't know aesthetically pleasing easy on the eyes, but anything to help honestly, I feel like it's kind of okay, and you know what denial is key and recognizing that hair is here and hair will grow back worst case scenario, I go to a barber and I Go help lift a little baby who had wasabi like I'll, just go to a barber and be like that and they'll probably go what's wrong with you and then I'll explain my situation like I won't just say helped. Then I won't make it weird. Maybe I will no it's looking a little kooky in 2019. I won't, I don't know I think they'll okay, I could be completely and utterly delusional and in denial. Okay, so I know arey from the outro for this video and completely cut away from that, but I figured the video was fairly incomplete without me, giving you guys an update on how the bangs looked after a wash. I think they had come along quite nice. I will go ahead and pull forward a little bit more. I tried to get them dry in a more wavy kind of way. I think I was fairly successful with that shading the smaller bits cuz. These were just plain old after I had scrunched and just let it air dry and then diffused for a little bit on low low heat. They were just little twisty curls on my forehead, and they were much shorter than this. They were probably a little bit above. My eyebrow, maybe when they grow out a little bit more, I will let them do their natural ringlets situation, but I think, having just like a little tiny, two ringlets off my forehead is a pretty weird look, especially since it's not a full fringe. It'S just on the side, so it looks. It looks a little funky dunky and this is purge styling, my hair, it's very kind of 70s fashion styled so just bring these. For my longer bits are trying to do. Ringlets stuff and I've been very adamant about also getting these longer pieces to be more wavy, so I'm trying to get them to be face-framing bits, and I really can't frame my face if they're, just plain old, ringlets and also I just look like again not to Look I'm going for not that I have a problem with it. Just not the look I had in mind when I thought I'm gon na give myself curtain bangs. Well, let me do this overall, I think they're like super duper cute, probably is gon na. Let my hair grow out before I touch it anymore. Oh, Who am I kidding me this next video will be me. I made myself a buzz cut, I'm still playing with the idea of having a pixie cut, because I keep seeing Becca from The Bachelor the previous season, I believe, of The Bachelor. I don't watch The Bachelor. I just know that's what she was on, but I had there watching this recent season love and watching breed caps of this recent season. I mean that shows wild. I don't it's always been wild, but I'm trying to get into exciting. I just just all over my my social media feeds, and so I got into it we got into watching recaps cuz. I can't sit down for an hour and watch people date. Other people - I just there's - not an appeal in that, but there isn't fuel I'm watching women who are tipsy or men who were also tipsy, discuss the matters at hand that she was wild but yeah. That'S what she was on and she's the cutest little pixie cut. Ever in her my camera battery, it died. While I was talking about The Bachelor and that God, how much I want to maybe give myself a pixie cut um, which makes me think it's maybe time to end this video did. You know you're more likely to be attacked by a polar bear than you are to die in a plane crash. I read that statistic somewhere. I don't know if it's true and I know, maybe it wasn't a polar bear, he was a grizzly bear. I don't live anywhere where there's Christopher's, though Christmas was to kill a fine. It'S late. I shouldn't have stayed up filmed

Both are fails btw and i have shoulder length-ish? hair) a week before you posted this!!! I tried to make curtain bangs, but they turned out shorter than I thought...
