How To : Curtain Bangs W. Layers On A Curly Wig .& How I Style My Curtain Bangs.

Hey guys welcome back in this video, i'm going to be showing you how i achieved my curtain bangs with layers, and if you want to see how i achieved that look, please stay tuned, apply some styling, serum and styling cream just to give the hair some memory. So i decided to use curly hair because i wanted the hair to still have that texture, look and texture feel to it. This hair is from some extended. This is the tsunami curly in 20 inches and normally i would cut the hair wet, but because this is curly hair and we don't know where the hair is going to spring back to, i prefer to cut dry, or at least i feel, like i'm more precise When cutting dry - and i know where my hair is going to stand even when it's wet - i'm gon na go in and blow out the hair with my blow dryer, then flat iron, it just to get it smooth enough to start cutting. So so what i'm going to be doing is trimming the ends of the hair, and i'm going to do so by cutting the hair in the angle going down. What that's going to do is create, like a v-shape of the hair. Also it'll give me a base of what i want the shape of the hair to be, and the front angle will also give me a guide as to how short i want my layers in the front, slash the curtain bangs that we're going for to also lay. I try not to cut it too short, because i do know. If anything i can always go back in with my razor and shape to the length. I need it to be so now that we have the base shape of the hair. I'M just gon na go in and make sure everything is even and cleaned up, because we don't want to have any loose pieces just hanging out. Hmm. So now that we are nicely cleaned up, i'm going to be sectioning the hair from the middle and bringing it to a 90 degree position and just connecting the front layer or front pieces to the back pieces. And i'm going to do that all around. To just make sure that everything is well connected and even oh and as you're doing this you're gon na start to notice that some pieces will fall out. Don'T worry about that because that's where they're supposed to be - and like i mentioned from before you're you're, going to be connecting the hair all around to the front pieces that we created, which is like our our guide. Like you see here, those loose pieces hang in you're, going to cut that and connect it to that. So that way everything is all even just like that. Your hair is going to fall in a very nice layer, so do, and i don't have a format of like really plucking my hair. I just kind of eye it and where i feel like i need the most hair off i take off and if not, but for the most part i like to keep it not too thin, because this is good hair that i want to last me a very Long while so i tend to be cautious as to how much i pluck off okay, so i installed this last night. I just went ahead and sprayed this ag uh firewall. This is our. This is basically a heat protectant. I went ahead and sprayed that on there. I don't want to use too much of it, because i want the hair to have um maximum volume. Now i'm gon na go ahead kiss blow dryer, because i want a lot of volume in the front. I'M going to click that right here i got ta get that crease out; okay, that's better and i'm gon na. Let that sit first in minutes! Oh you guys! I'M struggling at this point. I'M just glad we're getting somewhere, because this just this was not what i was expecting, but but it was a good reminder that i should do this more often, so that way this doesn't occur. That'S basically what this is. This is the lesson from today words as i have been foreign, so, okay. So now that's done. I like how this looks, but this needs to be styled better. I'M gon na go a little shorter, really just like right here yeah, so i could. This is really how layers love that so this concludes it you guys for today's tutorial. I could roller set and wrap under the drier, so that my hair can get straight and maybe add large rollers or pin curl it and sit under the hooded drier. Let’s see how it’ll come out. Ps: I don’t want to use a flat iron or curling iron cause if I’m able to figure this out without using direct heat then it’ll be my bi-weekly routine.
