How To: Faux Bangs Without Cutting Your Locs

Hey guys so it's been a while, since I have been on YouTube. I know it is a new year a new year, while I haven't been on here since last year in February, happy Black History Month to all my black folks, positive people. I'Ve been getting a lot of comments about this hairstyle and I wanted to show you how to do it. This particular is that I did not do, but I do know how to do it, because I'm watching and it's not that hard and it's just yes if you already know how to do my bun. This is really simple and I'm going to show you how to do it. So this particular style I wore at a conference that I was speaking at at the flora pedia conference Chateau Margot Sasha, for asking me to be a part of it and it was so dope. Like can, I just say I was beyond nervous, but she asked me to be a part of it and I was with some other great entrepreneurs in Miami from Miami, and I just shared my story. I was just authentic and I was just real with life. My journey, so I got a great feedback but yeah. So I went to my stylist and I was like yo. I think I'm not vain and she's like, because the reason why she was like tripping is because I do follow me on Instagram. You would know that I'm not really a style girl, I color my hair, but I'm not with the whole style. So sometimes I'm like I'm feeling it. You know, and I'm just like you know, like I'll, see a girl with some weave and I'm like. I can do that because a lot of people think when you have locks you're, not you can't do anything, you can't you can't. You can always just wear your hair straight or curly or whatever, because maybe but hoo-wee action. So I want to give you my people, just click break down how it was done. You separate exactly where you want your bangs to lens, so I would take as many blocks because you don't know how far back you want it. So as many Lux as you will like, take it out so at first my stylist had it here and I think now, because I wanted my hair to fall back. So when you take your hair out right, you take your hair out. You separate it put your hair back in a ponytail to see how you want it placed on your face depending on you know. Everyone pair everyone's face is a different shape, so this will work for me as it went. So you know those bantu knots that all of your lot crushes do on YouTube. This is exactly what it is, so this is out house, don't look when it comes out, so what I was doing, if you grew here in there, I would do this first style. Just first so you let it dry, so it can sit on your head right. So you take this, you take it out and you can point it to where you want it to be right. So I want it right here, so you loop it like this right and you just sips it around um. You see twist it around twist it around flips it around a regular, not flatten flop, not to sit around, and then you put it through that hole and then there you have it so, like I said um do it. If you'd like to hear you're washing your hair, make sure you do it this first, so a kit when you drop when it dry, they form your same form and then you know, put your hair back through your bun, your ponytails. Oh, I don't have anything paying this blood, you know, I really don't I just twist it around I'll. Probably I don't know how long I'll wear this hairstyle, but I'll probably wear it. Maybe take the pumps of the bun out and just wear it as a ponytail and see how that looks. I think I'll, probably queue um, but when I wrap it I wrap from here. Well. First, I write to your month. First, I wrap here depending on. If you have a long scarves on that model and like I have that, but I do have the short one, so I take my silk scarf, make sure my back is tight and make sure my son is tied because um, because it is just if you tie Your hair, like this, those look crazy. So it's like annoying. How I feel I might put a scarf around my bun, but I have this head scarf. It'S like a drag cat that I just put on my head and I'm good to go. So even when I work out, I put a sweatband under ribbing and I'm I'm so good to go but um I think, that's it and then I make sure my hands oiled, but it's so simple. Like so simple, I just got lucky that my stylist do this. For me, but this is exactly how it's done: um yeah.
