✰How To Do Bubble Braids | Easy Hairstyle✰

Hey everyone, it's yocelyn and welcome back to my channel for today's video i'm going to be teaching you guys how to do bubble. Braids, it's going to end up looking like this, and i thought this hairstyle was really cute, so i decided i'd make a video on it, so i could show you guys how to do it so without further ado, let's get started so what you're going to need To do this, hairstyle is a brush. I'M going to use this just so i can comb my hair. If i need it, i have one of these to help me part. My hair and the most important thing for this hairstyle is little clear elastics. So i have these i'm using clear, but you can also use black hair elastics if your hair is darker, but i'm just going to be using these ones. Since i have these i'm gon na start off by getting this section of hair, i want one piece of my hair out, so i'm gon na do that and i'm also gon na part this down the middle. If you like your hair to the side, you can part it to the side, but i usually wear mine down the middle. So that's just what i'm doing. I'M gon na get this piece of hair in the front. You can use this to help. You make this a lot straighter and then it should look something like this. I just have a really small piece of hair in the front. These are actually my curtain bangs, but it'll still work. Then i'm going to get a hair elastic and i'm going to tie this and then i'm going to tighten it like that and we have our first part of the bubble braids. Now i'm going to get another section behind that and this is going to help. So the braid doesn't like stick up, so i'm going to get the next section. This would be this one, so i just did this with my hand, i'm not going to use this just so i can make it faster and i got a little bit of the hair in the back and a little bit of the hair right here. So it looks something like this and then we're going to do another elastic, i'm going to tie this on the hair and then i'm going to tighten it and you might get a little bubble right there. But that's okay, because that's what this hairstyle is and then this is going to make it a lot easier, but now you're just going to go down along the whole section of hair. So i like doing these about one inch apart roughly about one inch. I kind of just put the elastics where i want them to go so like that and then we're gon na bubble them up in the end to make it look like bubble braids. So i'm just tying these elastics down this whole section of hair, my okay. So this is my last hair elastic. You could put another one if you wanted to, but this is the last one that i'm putting and your braid should look something like this. The longer your hair is the more elastics you're going to use. I used eight elastics in my hair and my hair is like medium length, so it just depends on how much hair you have, but now i'm gon na puff these little sections out, and this is going to give it the bubble. Look just puffing these little sections out until i like how they look and then it should look something like this, and this is why it's like a bubble braid, because they're like little bubbles, it's really easy to do so now, i'm going to do the exact same Thing on this side of my head: if you wanted to you, could just do it on one side, but i'm going to do it on both. Here we go again. I'M gon na get one section of hair out this side's more damaged, so my hair is shorter. On this side, so i'm gon na have to get more like that, so they could look even, but i'm gon na get this section like i did on the other side, the section in the front of my hair. You can use this comb if you want to make this a lot neater. I usually just use this for the first section and to part my hair and then after that i usually don't use it anymore, but i have this section: i'm going to get a hair elastic and i have a little bump. So i'm gon na use this to help me. The brushes are more optional. If you want this to look neater, but you don't have to use one, so we have the first little hair tie looks like that and now we're gon na keep going now. The first section done, let me do the same thing. I did on the other side and get a second section of hair. Then i'm getting my hair elastic and i'm just gon na tie this. This hairstyle is so easy to do because you don't have to be super neat with it, and now we have our second hair tie now. I'M just gon na keep doing this on this section of hair. Like i did on this side, remember i just do it about one inch apart or just kind of see where i want the elastic to go foreign, i'm done with this section of hair, and i tied my last hair tie on it. I did eight hair ties on each side, but it depends how long your hair is, or how close you want the elastics to be. This is the difference between when i puff the section of hair out and when i don't. This is how it looks like if you just leave it, how you tied it. This is how it looks like if you pop it out now i'm going to turn this side into the bubble braid and i'm just going to separate the hair like this, and that's all you do. I'M just gon na go back in and fix my hair a bit so that is it for this hairstyle i've seen a lot of people wearing it. I think it's really cute.
