Braids Hairstyle On Type 4 Hair | Kenzi M.

Cause, i did, i don't know. Oh my gosh, hey guys it's kenzie. So today i am going to be trying a new hairstyle. I don't do that often. So this is something new. It'S not a hard style. I just never really tried a new style before, but this is the style i'm gon na show it right here or whatever, and that one girl on tiktok wears it all the time and it's really cute my friend. She wanted me to try this style and i was like i'm gon na, try it and i never got around to it. I also didn't have like these cute little beady things, and that was really the only way i was gon na wear it because it adds pizzazz. So i washed my hair this morning and like with actual shampoo, because it was just that time and i deep conditioned it, i'm going to dry my hair a little bit more because y'all know i don't like working on soaking wet hair also have the hair for It you know what i'm saying if my hair was like this, but i had a little bang in the front. Like you know the little cute curly bangs do. I have to cut my hair for that. Like do i have to give myself bangs because you know how it be like flat and my hair doesn't shrink up to appear. No more so do i have to cut my hair for that. If you know, let me know, because i really want to wear my hair like that like bad, but i don't want to cut my hair. Well, not the front part like. I worked hard to get the front part about right here now. The first thing i'm going to do is take this and give myself a middle part. Honestly doing middle parts is hard very agitating, probably the most agitating thing. I'Ve ever done when it comes to my hair well and when i'm doing a bun and i'm trying to get like a little hump in the back out - and i definitely can't see what's going on back here - that lies about pain. Put this dick to your brain. I don't know finally got the part. Should i party equally on both sides, see now i'm doing stuff? I don't know how to do. I know how to do it. I just don't know how to do it and now i'm confused first. I'M part this whole side down because i think that's how she did like she had like the front half and then she had like two in the middle in the crown top area got the front half. I think i want more of it to be the front. Half though this parting stuff probably got ta, be the worst part to any hairstyle pause, show y'all my new water bottle. It'S so cute, isn't it 2.2 liters? It doesn't seem like 2.2 liters though, but apparently it is okay. Now we're gon na do the other side. That'S just gon na have to do it's just gon na have to do i i'm about to go cross-eyed cause. I did cross-eyed guess i can i'm gon na. Do it piece by piece, so i'm gon na take my shea moisture, leave-in conditioner detangle this with my little red brush, excuse that it looks dusty, but then we're going to take blue magic. I'M gon na put that at the ends. Of course, just doing this to moisturize my hair now it's time to get it popping these little scrunchy thingies and there's kind of thin. That'S the one thing. I am scared about. I'M gon na taste this tired okay. So that's as much as it would go right. I'M gon na brush it out again. Maybe this was too small of a piece, but it didn't feel that small okay is this even start braiding, i don't braid my hair. I never break my hair. Just cuz, like braid outs, don't work for me last time. I did a braid out, it looked like i blow-dried my hair and i added a little swirl to it and it didn't even look like a cute swirl. It would look so much cooler if my hair was colored, because you know her hair was colored, it looks so cool. Then it's like she did three strand twists at the end, honestly, though this braid looks funky what the heck happened right here. Oh, my gosh a much better and we're gon na start getting into the twist, but doing a three strand twist isn't hard. It'S really like ring around the rosie. That'S how i think of it. At least it's literally just like bringing around the rosie i'm gon na twist up the rest of this. Oh, that's just cool okay. Can i talk about what it's like on me? You want to see. What'S he want to get like that, never mind, not looking cool, not looking cool, because why is it so chunky? I may add some gel to this get a little smaller eco, styler gel, of course, we'll see what that looks like in a second okay. So i did this side, and this is how this side is looking right. Now, um i mean whatever about the big part. I don't foresee it going away honestly. So now i'm gon na do this part and i think just two and two, because when i looked at the picture she had like i mean it was like parted differently, but she just had like two in the crown area and then she had like two down Here but maybe she had more back there, i don't know. Actually this is kind of like a thick section, so i might do this like in two or three, this 70 degrees, 60 degree weather is great. It'S just amazing, like wow, i can go to my friends without sweating. This section does seem bigger, but it's like if i split it into two. I feel like that's too much see how it looks with just this whole section by itself far looks fine. I started doing the ends a little early this time just because, like like, i said this braid is a little thicker, so i didn't want to wait till the very end see this side feels even thicker than the other side, like i'm telling y'all there's something weird About oh, look, how i got coils, that's so cute, but i'm telling y'all there's something about my hair that it's like it's just not the same on both sides like i don't know what it is. Okay update just got done with this. This is what these two sides look like. Okay, so i actually think i'm gon na part this top half differently. I think that i'm just going to split it in half, like that's gon na, be way easier for me. I really haven't been enjoying doing like these little protective styles. Like i wore my hair in like a blowout um state for like four days, then i put it in a ponytail for two days and you know just like not touching me, like i'm just low-key, tired of touching my hair just a little bit. It gets a little boring like it doesn't get boring it's just like you want to switch it up and having your hair curly. Of course your hair is done, but, like personally for me, i love protective styles because it makes me feel like set when i wear my hair curly, i want to be wild and when i wear my hair, not curly, i want to look all super neat if That makes sense, so i just finished this last one, and this is the other one in the bag. So this is what this side looks like. I'M gon na go finish this side. We just go to the top and we're gon na make it a razzle dazzle. Moisturized hair is like the best feeling ever like just feeling soft. Oh, my goodness look at my curls uh, no gel just moisture my heart. I got some coils, so i'm done with the bag feeling good about this. I feel like the front, should be way easier. Now way easier because it's just like literally a mirror copy, this looks like a good enough section like it doesn't feel too big either. If i want to split this into three, which i probably will i can - and i can still have like this one hanging in the front - this is looking good. This is looking good sections would be great for this. Oh and look, i didn't even part this well. Actually, i probably already parted it. That'S why i parted so easily and then i'll part. These two bam. Actually, this feels like super small, so i'm gon na add some more hair to it. Oh man, i'm gon na, look just like how i looked in elementary. All i wore was braids and breads okay, so this is this side until it looks cute, though hey guys, it's spooky season, i'm gon na need to trim this, because this is nasty much better. I need to find this type of brush again because i don't know what i would do if i didn't have this brush, because you know like different brushes and combs and stuff like that, make your hair look different. I have to get another one nothing's wrong with that one. I just want another one because, like it's just time to get another, one should have got another one when i came here and just left that one at home, but i couldn't find it. I don't know why i didn't just look up the name. That'S on the brush and the name's annie, my goodness i look just like i did in elementary school. I think i should do my edges. First, i still use the same thing for my edges. Murray'S edge wax wise in a plastic bag. That'S what it was in when i bought it here and i just never took it out and i lost the top and i use eco styler gel as well. So now, it's time to add the spiciness, all right, we're gon na place, one you're just gon na place, one right here. I just hook it on there like that's how you do it, because this doesn't. It feels hooked onto my hair, but i don't know, but it looks cute like wow razzle dazzle. If i'm doing this wrong, let me know i'm not putting any like in the back bag anyway, i don't want to show him hey like i'm, for it, let's go. Let'S freaking go. I like this. I like this omg. Let me wear my hands. This is so cute besides this little part, but we don't focus on this part. I'M definitely going to try more hairstyles in the future, especially because it's becoming winter time and who wants to be in their hair and who wants to be in their hair, like that, like i just want to style and profile, that's it. I really did this, i'm like y'all, don't understand, i'm really proud of myself, like i really want to do stuff like this. I really stay in my box, but i'm open to it or whatever, okay, so this is so cute. I like this. I like this, we'll be doing it again, but yes, i hope you guys enjoyed um, i'm definitely gon na do more styles in the future or try to or attempt to but um.
