Hi Guys Today, I'm going to show you how to do a waterfall, braid, combo. You're, going to start off by taking a section of hair and you're going to divide this in half and we're going to bring the bottom strand over the top strand.. Then you're going to pick up a section of hair drop it in between the two strands place it out of the way and cross the bottom strand over the top strand. Again, 1 ) Pick up a section of hair. 2 ) Drop it through the middle of The two strands and place it out of the way. 3 ) And cross the bottom strand over the top strand. 1 ) Pick up a section of hair. 2. ) Drop it through the middle of the two strands place it out of the way. 3 ) And Cross the bottom strand over the top strand. Again 1 ) Pick up a section of hair. 2 ) Drop it through the middle of the two strands. 3 ) and cross the bottom strand over the top strand.. Once more 1 ) Pick up a section of hair. 2 ) Drop it through the middle of the two strands. 3 ) and twist the bottom strand over the top strand.. And we're going to repeat these steps until we reach the middle of our head. And if you're unsure on how to do a waterfall twist or a waterfall braid I'll leave a link above here ^^^. So you can check out a previous tutorial. Eventually, the two strands you started with will start to become a lot shorter and when they do, you just want to twist them around each other and we're going to clip them out of the way for the moment.. Now I'm going to start a braid underneath this braid. I'm going to take a section of hair right underneath my waterfall twist., I'm going to divide this in 3 and do one normal braided stitch., Then with the waterfall pieces, I'm only going to add them to the Top strand of my braid and I'm not going to add any hair to the bottom strand, to create a lace braid.. So I'm just going to pick up my first Waterfall twist. Add it to my top strand and i'm going to braid into my braid and I'm just going to cross the bottom strand over the middle strand.. Again add a section of hair to the top strand. cross it over the middle and cross. The bottom strand over this. Pick up a waterfall piece. Add it to your top strand. cross this over the middle and cross. The bottom strand over this. Pick up a waterfall piece. Add it to the top strand. Cross this over the middle and cross the bottom strand over this. over this, and you just want our PT steps and you just want to repeat steps until you reach the middle of your head. Once you've added in all your waterfall Pieces you're then going to do a regular 3 strand braid and we're going to then tie this off. and we're going to repeat these steps on the opposite. Side. Then, when you've added all the hair you'd like or your twists becoming really short, you then just want to keep them in place temporarily again., Then, underneath this we're going to do our lace braid. So again to do your lace, braid You're, going to add a Section of hair to the top strand cross it over the middle and then cross the bottom strand over this. Again add a waterfall piece to the top strand cross this over the middle and cross, the bottom strand over this. and you're, going to repeat these steps. The whole way down again. Next, I removed all my clips from my waterfall twist and now i'm just going to carefully grab all my braids together and I'm just going to tie them into one big ponytail.. I then removed the bobbins and this is optional. I went back and just gently tugged on my lace braid to make it a bit fuller and softer.. Then I just took a section of hair beside my ponytail and I did a normal 3 strand braid and I'm going to wrap it around my elastic to hide it. and I'm going to pin this in place underneath my ponytail.. This is how my hair looks so far. I think this would be a really pretty half -do too., I'm going to go ahead now and fishtail my remaining hair.. So I'm going to divide it in half., I'm going to take a small section from the right side and I'm going to cross it over to the left side. And then I'm going to take a small section of hair from the left side and I'm going to cross this over to the right side. And I'm going to repeat these steps again. 1 ) Take a small section from the right side. 2 ) Cross it over and add it to the left. Side. 3 ) Take a small section of hair from the left. Side. 4. ) Cross it over and add it to the right side. And, if you're unsure on how to do a fishtail, braid i'll leave a link above here to a detailed tutorial which I did for beginners.. Now I'm going to turn around to make braiding a bit easier. And again, I'm just going to cross strands over to the opposite side, and I decided to go back and just pancake my braid a little to make it nice and big.. But if you like your braids tight, you don't have to do this., I'm going to keep repeating these steps and tie my hair off. and that's my waterfall twist braid combo..
