Hi and welcome to the brave large academy, my name's Lauren in and we're going to be demonstrating some techniques and different hairstyles today or nefra here in European. I'M going to now show you how to do a extension, cornrow braids in natural hair. We have the normal jumbo hair extension. Okay, you take the first section of their hair, a single strand. This is the threads you're going to connect the air here, addition to split one side of the extension into the hair and begin the braid once against the scalp and then continue to fold their hair in play against the scalp. Now you notice, I said fold I didn't say: pull these. This is supposed to be a fold rather than a knot. We don't want to distress the client we'll continue the same way, we'll weigh down the back of the head. Now, if you need to add a piece of extension, this is how you do it continuing to keep your hands at a right angle to the head, so you're not putting any hairs from any areas. They should not be coming from customer conflict. This will be at most important. Can you continue down to the end of the hair and then you're going to begin your single plat technique, all the way down the back of the hair Shaw, we'll continue with your free strands, all the way down to the end of the hair. Now you may feel the need to split the hair to make one side thicker in order to continue the plat consistently feel free to do this, the more use you get to doing a plat, the more you'll be able to judge, went away to split the hair And when to continue the plat and how to end the clip, always keeping your braids consistent, not too tight, not too loose, okay, and what we've just done is the cornrow braids in natural hair, but with extensions as you can see to start, I did the same As you would do the normal cornrow, I took a section at the front braided it twice and then laid my hands flat and began to pick up the hair behind that way. You don't get too much string at the front of the hair and it doesn't pull towards the back okay and as before, when you get to the end of the cornrow. You finish it off with a normal flat braid, a single braid. That'S one strand! Take it from the outside over the middle strand and repeat the action all the way down to the end of the braid. You
