Big panda, tutorials lives, reviews yeah all that big panda, not the little one, hey what you mean big box braids on your top yeah. Add it up. Tell your friends yeah! Let'S run it up, big likes drop a comment or we finna fighting cause. Why wouldn't you like comment and subscribe to my videos? Like that's weird? What is poppy youtube? Welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, dub ass panda and today, i'm gon na be doing some freestyle stitch braids in the front, with a weave in the back. I'Ve done this style plenty of times before, but i'm super excited to do this out today, because we're actually going to be using some natural texture bundles in the back of my client's head - and i was super excited to see how that turned out. So i'm going to start off by parting, my clients, hair from ear to ear. This is going to separate the part that i'm going to be weaving from the part that i am going to be stitch braiding. So for her braid pattern, i am doing a traditional beehive and right now, i'm just going in and oiling her scalp using wild growth, hair oil. I don't really use this hair oil anymore. I'Ve since switched to a black owned brand, that's sold in our salon, but right now i'm just trying to get rid of all of the products in my cabinet that i don't plan on using anymore um, so yeah, well, growth, hair oil is the oil that i'm Using for this video so for her bundle, she actually got these bundles from maven and she got two bundles and i did not ask her how long they were, but they were pretty long. So i'm just going to assume somewhere around 20 to 22 inches and i'm going to be trying to fit two full bundles in the back. The reason why is because i've noticed that every time i've done this style, it looks so much better when the back of the client's head is really really cool. So for this first um weft or this first track, i am going to be doubling the weft just to make sure that i can fit as much of this bundle in on the lower half as i can and then i'm going to finish off the top half With that bundle y'all, i really really love the quality of my clients, hair. Obviously it is human hair, so she can go ahead and straighten it, but we ended up leaving it in its natural texture, just because i don't know without a lip balm um, but yeah maven hair actually used to sell for them a long long time ago. They had a really good return policy, so something like, if you're not satisfied with your bundles, you can return them for a full refund or exchange the bundles, i'm not sure if they still do that, but i was really really pleased with the quality of these bundles. The west were really thick and yeah. The hair was really full, so yeah, that's where i know you guys are going to ask me where my client got her bundles from so that's where so, i'm just going to go ahead and sew these tracks in in the back. I am flipping them over. If you guys want to in detail like sewing type video, i can give you one. I don't typically do sew-ins, i kind of taught myself how to do it. So that's why i never really do tutorials on it because i'm like i don't even know if i'm doing this right, but people's tracks don't be falling out. So apparently i'm doing something right, but yeah um as far as um using a net in the back. Personally, i hate when people use a net on me, so i always either ask my client or i don't do it the only time i would really use a net is if my client's hair is really thin and i need the net to sew on top of, Because there's a lot of space in between our braids, my client arielle here has a nice full head of hair, so it wasn't really necessary but yeah. I really only do the net on clients request so for this style, i'm not doing a leave out. So basically, what i'm doing is. I am sewing these tracks in a u-type shape and then, when i get to my last track at the top, it's just gon na be a small little piece of the weft that's exposed. So you guys can see that i'm going um back and forth back and forth across now closing off this weave, and typically i really don't have an issue with the track showing as long as i do a braid down the middle. I like to do this versus leaving a leave out because i just feel, like my clients, usually don't want to have to deal with their hair and honestly, you can't really see this last little track unless somebody is really hella all up in your head. So i typically don't do any leave out when i do this style and it's just really hard to blend, and i don't know i just don't like to do it so yeah there's going to be a little piece of the track. That'S exposed but, like i said once i do the feed in braids, it will be covered up so for the top of my client's head. She actually told me i could freestyle, she didn't really care what braids i did she just likes when i do. A combination of little braids and small braids and y'all - i was living my best life on this day because i really wanted to try something super creative, so i am literally 100 freestyling this. I had a couple images of things that i had seen in my head before and i kind of just combined all of those things um to create her look for the top, but it's really really fun when clients allow me to freestyle or come in and they're, Like yeah just do whatever like, i really don't care. I trust you so yay. I got to have a lot of fun with this style um. Typically, if a client asked me to freestyle something, what i would do is i would go on pinterest and i will find a bunch of different styles that i, like and kind of just combine a lot of the stuff that i see um. I am personally working on my creativity, i'm not really someone who, like i feel like it's just super creative off the brain. I usually picture match or um do like a version of something i've seen before. So when a client allows me to be creative, it is super challenging, but also super fun. Also, my client did not ask for baby hairs, which i know people are going to be like what no baby hairs. Yet not everybody likes that or knows how to upkeep it. Also, i believe she was going to disneyland like girl ain't nobody trying to be worried about no baby hairs while they're on vacation. Okay, so we're not going to be doing any baby hairs for this look, but sometimes i like that, because it gives it a nice sleek clean, look and i was still really really pleased with the finished look baby. You could keep me going cause you've been everywhere. Let me take up all the love you're, showing i needed more than air, and you know that i've been suffocating. You could be the one to help, but my issues are nauseating. I don't wan na bring you down. I just wan na be free from the free. I feel love for the first time i just wan na love. Something about me see something to open my eyes. Don'T wan na be the only one with the housekeep. That'S something i'm proud of. I wish we were living in my dreams cause in another world. You'Ll. Come with me out of mind baby, you could keep me happy, but you've been on the road. Oh i've never needed love so badly, i'm feeling so alone, and you know that i've been often dreaming of having you around, but my life is so complicated. I don't wan na bring you down, but i just wan na be free from the freak. You feel love for the first time i just wan na love. Something about me see something to open my eyes. Don'T wan na be the only one with i wish. We were living in my dreams cause in another world. You'Ll come with me for me, so y'all for this last braid on the side. I really was like so stunned. I was like. I don't know what to do with this braid. I was gon na break it down in two, but i didn't want it to be too skinny, so i ended up just doing a braid straight back and combining those two small braids. I wasn't really super happy with this last braid, but it didn't turn out. Looking super bad, so i was like okay like i'll keep it, but i don't know why y'all my creative juices, just like, were not flowing. I was like. I don't know what to do when i got here, but i really really love the top of her hair. This is probably my favorite from every single time that i've done this style, so i'm super super pleased with that. So my two sides for this style are actually going to be symmetrical, so i'm just going to go through and do the same thing on the opposite side. I can't take my heart. I am. I can't take my heart forever girls to say so. For the finished. Look we're just gon na go ahead and dip the ends of the braids um. For this hair. I did use one pack of the dope collection. It only took one. I think i used maybe one or two bundles from from it in the color two just to match the hair in the back and that's pretty much it. I suggested that we put beads on it, but my client is not a b type of girl and i think it still looked really really good without it. So this here is the finished. Look guys, i absolutely love the texture of the hair. I think it looks amazing and bomb on her and just so super natural, and i was also really happy with the way the freestyle turned out. I think it looks super clean and super neat, and this is definitely my favorite from any time that i've done this style. So let me know what you guys think about this in the comment section down below and also, let me know, if you're a freestyle kind of girl, if you would rather have your client bring in a picture. Let'S talk about it because i'm definitely a bring a picture type of girl. I get so nervous when they let me freestyle, because i'm indecisive y'all but yeah. Let me know what you guys think in the comment section down below, as always.
