What'S good everybody, the sisters are back, that's us, i am mel and i am amanda and in today's video we are going to be sharing some easy styles that we have been loving to create for summertime. These styles are cute, easy and protective, and we're going to be showing you how we do them on both our different hair types. So if your hairs are similar to mine or if your hairs are similar to mine, then let's get to it. So without further ado. Since we both also need to refresh our curls we're going to show you how we quickly do that and get right to it. No, so we both washed our hair on sunday and today is currently wednesday. So this is our day. One was sunday day. Two was monday day: three was tuesday day, four is wednesday, and that's how we count our days. Yes, we both washed your hair, but we both did different routines, um and quickly, we'll just share what we use. Just in case you're wondering i went in with a brioji wash day. First, i prepped my hair where's, the bumble, bumble and bumble: bb, hairdresser's, invisible oil and i followed up to style with the briojio cro, charisma, rice and amino avocado leave-in, defining cream. It'S a mouthful, but it also left my curls very full and hydrated, but i still will show you how i refresh it because it needs a little bit of help. But first, what did you use? I can't actually share exactly what i used yet because it hasn't been released yet, but the next video will reveal what the new product is. Yes, it technically hasn't launched just yet so we're not going to stay with it. Yes, okay, so refreshing in the summer is different from how you do it in the winter. You have to account for the humidity. Also, it's usually just wanting to tame some frizz right. I like to wake up my curls after they slept in with my era steamer. This is from vanity planet. This is my bae. I'M going to turn it on it's actually a facial steamer, but mel has revolutionized its use. It works amazingly for hair, we're going to first use this to just infuse some moisture in her hair without actually having to wet it, which can cause frizz unless you're soaking it. But at that point who has the time this is very simple, minimal effort for a minute or so on each side. I just infuse it with the seam. I have previously shared this steamer in my updated refresh, but amanda you haven't really shared yet yeah. We haven't really shown the full refresh for me, so i'm just going to do the same. This side is more my problem area side, because this is the side that i favor when i'm sleeping so it's her assy side, yeah, that's your [ __ ] side. I thought that was like a smart word: ass, your ass side. The main thing a steamer will do is soften your hair. It'S going to add hydration. If you need hydration hydration will soften your hair it'll wake up your curls yeah. So that's just something we like to do if you want to learn more about the facial steamer and any other products that we've mentioned so far. Don'T worry. We always link them in the description, so you can learn more and we also have a discount code for this steamer as well. So you can check all that out in the description, so we'll turn her off turn it on and we're going to put a little bit of product on top one that i like to refresh with is actually the one i've been priming, my hair with, because this Is like a leave-in conditioner, it's going to add a little bit of hydration to give my hairs a little bit more moisture, it's also going to help protect from the uv outside. Now, i'm just going to mist this actually on my hands, i like to prevent overall spraying on my hair. I control it by spraying it on my hand, and then i will smooth over my curls, especially the canopy everything that is facing the sun, the canopy yeah. All right, i'm gon na do the same you're, careful with your spring. Okay, i'm getting the backlash smokey. This is my first time actually trying the primer. Did you let the smell? Oh, it smells really good yeah, it's very nice! Oh my god. Can i get this in a parfum? I want all of my favorite products in a park and a parfum. If you are suffering with frizz, adding moisture is going to help tame the frizz, because it's going to hydrate the curls it's going to help it find its way, but after you've added that moisture. If you need extra hold to keep that shape in you want to add a gel or a mousse, i'm not going to do that today, because my curls with how tight they are, they usually hold their shape really well, but my sister here needs a little extra Fortitude i like to use a light, hold mousse, something that's not going to make my hair feel way down and sticky. This is the ava nyc main magic 10 in one styling mousse. This is a very, very light mousse and it also is very moisturizing. So that's one thing that i like about it as she's doing that you can see what i'm doing i'm individually. This is like pretty much empty. We need another one. We'Re gon na need a new water. I just need a little bit, i'm just refreshing anyway, so and if you notice what i'm doing i'm going into the individual curls that need it most again, i put the product on my hand, so i can control where i'm putting it and i'm simply smoothing down The curls that need it and that's what we do since we didn't use any water there's no need to diffuse afterwards. It was super quick super easy. The only thing that we need to do is fluff the bigger the hair, the harder they stare, you're fluffing the roots in and lift that's more like it. Now we can go ahead and add some cute styles to save us this summer. So the first looks that we are creating are elongated ponytails and we're going to show you how we do them on both of our different hair types, because they are different. They are beautiful cute. So my long ponytail is called the mane tail it's trademark pending. It is my way of creating a really long, looking ponytail with one tool. All i need is an invisible. All i do is gather my hair in a high ponytail just like i would normally do it, but you see if this was a normal basic high ponytail. This is how how long my hair would look it'd be very, very short. It'S a different look. So with my elastic, i start looping it around my hair. It'S looped up top, but then back i pull the ponytail all the way down and let my hair drape over it. These elastics stretch a lot so it stretches and because i have lots of layers it creates this kind of look. It holds really well in my curl pattern because it is tight and my hair is lightweight, but it holds it stays. I can shake it, it does its thing, so that is the main tail now, if you're anything like me, this is not going to stay. My hair is very heavy, it's very thick and it's very long so something that i like to do is i like to use two invisibles and i'll. Show you exactly how i use these to get an elongated pony without having to worry about my hair falling out. So what i like to do first is i'll leave a couple bangs, though the money pieces, and as if i'm going to be styling, my hair half up half down. I gather just the top section of my hair and i'll tie the top section into the pony. Just like that, you can stop it right there. Yes, honestly, this is a look in itself, but we're going to take it a step further we're going to grab the second elastic and we're going to gather i'll help you out. Yes, so we're going to gather the bottom half and we're going to tie that up as well, not too low. But you want to give it a little bit of height because you don't want to sit on your neck just because it gets really hot. And i will just try this: you want to be careful that you're not tying in the top half when you're doing this, because you could cause breakage and you're scaring the kids. But it's also really great for people that don't have layers, because it kind of gives the illusion that you have some layering right. You got a lot of volume up here and then you got a nice lengthened pony at the bottom. So that's exactly what i do for my elongated pony and to take it one step further, we're both going to add some silk scarves. So i just have a regular square scarf and we'll show you exactly how we fold it you're going to fold halfway up halfway up now, fold this over top of that and then fold to your desired thickness: okay, very good and place them just like this. I love it, i don't think it gets more summery than this you're cute. It was easy and you're tempted and for our next trick, we're going to show you how we create the pineapple look on both short hair and long hair took the words right out of my mouth sister. That'S what sea stairs are for. Let'S begin the pineapple can be very tricky to achieve in long hair, so we're going to show you how to achieve a pineapple. So first, let's start off with mel's hair, because hers is simple and then we'll show you exactly how we alter it for longer hair. Like mine, exactly again, i'm going to leave some bangs out personal preference, pull all your hair upwards and with the pineapple you want to bring it up pretty high. You don't want it to sit mid back here. You know it's not low. A pineapple is high like the sprouts of a pineapple, that's where the name comes from, so it's a really really high pony, and i put my elastic in now. If your hair is getting long double loop, it make it a little bit tighter. It'S going to help to condense the hair even more and give you a shorter kind of puff and you just fluff and finesse if your hair is a little longer than mine, but not quite longer than my sisters. Just add a second invisibobble right above your last one right there and now it's nice and perky, i'm going to complete my style by just pinning my bangs off of my face with a cute hairpin and that's it you're up next, all right! I'M up next, and this is where things get a little bit sneaky: okay, it's trickery: you're melting, i'm literally melting segment. It'S hot in here i'm trying to keep my cool, but i'm sweating. I have spanx on my [, __ ] is leaking. You think my mouth is bad. It looks like a milk mustache. Now the challenge is doing the same for myself. So we'll show you exactly how we can do this on longer hair. First, i'm grabbing my hair elastic and i'm going to pull all of my hair up into a ponytail, i'm also leaving out the bangs in the front because we're going to play with those as well all the way up, flip flip there. There you go all the way up nice and tight right at the base. Grab it right at the base close to your scalp. She needs me very good, see now you can't just leave it like this. That wouldn't be considered a pineapple. It'S just a high pony. It'S it's also a little a little weepy a bit of a weeping willow so to get that pineapple. The perky curly effect we're going to flip her hair forward and all her curls on the ends are going to be facing the front and to set it. There turn your head, i'm going to grab right here the base of that ponytail. You know i want to think about where her curls are falling in the front. If they're really long, you want to scrunch them up as much as possible and i'm going to add another ponytail right here. It'S a bun we're essentially it's a pineapple bun, but it's the only way this can be done and then you fluff and finesse. Oh look at that. It'S really nice to finally be able to wear a pineapple, but i just feel like, since this is my first time trying this it's a lot of hair. I maybe should have put my bangs up so, depending on what your preference is kind of play with your bangs, i'm going to pin them upwards, pin them off to the side as well. Yes, like this yeah, maybe we'll do that completely open. The bobby pin ends of the hair, oh and then open your bobby pin. Amanda is not the professional hairstylist here yeah, if you guys are watching us for the first time. Just so you know, mel is the hairstylist, i'm just average amanda. If you are out in the high sun, oh yeah, your scalp is going to burn here. If you wanted to put a head scarf put a head scarf, but i highly recommend that you actually put some something on. This is actually a sunscreen face. Stick from sun bum 30 spf as your skin needs 30 spf. So we're going to put that directly on your part and reapply every two hours as needed, and if you want to know more about how you can protect your hair in the summer you're gon na watch. Last week's video, of course, we'll link it right here. For you guys, of course, protecting your scalp is one of them. Next we're gon na share this super chic head scarf style on both long and short hair. In case you forgot, you know it baby now for this next style, it's gon na be much easier for you to do while standing and you're also gon na need some room. So take your head scarf and turn it around you're going to make this a diamond. Okay, so we've now made it a triangle. What you'll have to do is flip all of your hair forward by holding the tips you're going to take the straight edge of the head scarf and put it all the way at the back of your your nape right. There see, let's see what i did there now i'm going to wrap these long ends across my forehead in a crisscross. Just like that, you can see the hair is surrounded by the scarf. The back of my head is also all protected from the scarf there's. Our point and i'm gon na wrap these all the way back around to the back tie a simple little knot, the tighter you pull the shorter your little pineapple will go. So if i want to be a little pineapple, i will pull my knot pretty tight and i'm going to finish this with a little bow in the back and that's that very simple. It'S sturdy! It'S secure it's protected and super super cute always pair. This look with some earrings so now we're going to bring my sister in and show you how it looks on her long hair. Yes, we're also going to be using a much bigger scarf for her look. What you're going to do fold the scarf in the triangle! Remember you always want the shiny part of the scarf on the outside so where it is more dull fold it in that way, and now flip yourself forward back of the scarf to the back of your neck crisscross in the front. Beautiful now keep the crisscross close to your to your hairline. So now she can just bring these to the back and tie it just like i did, but you can see how long, how long these are yeah. Then it's like you're flying you're flying bring it to the back crisscross again at the back and then bring it around we're going to bring it back around to the front. And now i think it's really cute. If you tie this off to the side. So just tying a simple knot here and i like to flip it the opposite side of the knot and that's the look honestly. This is super cute, even in long hair, i like how it looks draped. It can look like that in my hair too. If i kept it a little bit looser, but this is it super cute turn around now. Let'S say you wanted to wear a sun hat, no particular reason. Maybe your roots are really greasy. Maybe your roots are really grown out. It'S fine! There'S another scarf style. You can do while having your hair down if you don't like wearing your hair up so first, because i have these pesky bangs here. I want these to kind of go backwards, so i'm going to put those back because i don't want my hair to be too poofy. If you have a lot of volume, make the hair go backwards rather than to the side, you don't have to, pin it or anything just like, let it let it fall backwards. So, while together now we're going to take our scarf and again fold it into this triangle, but this time we're putting the flat edge along our forehead and the rest of it is falling in the back. See that now we're taking our long ends, pulling it tight against our forehead and tying a knot. Amanda are you still with me yeah voila? This is a very throwback hairstyle, but it is super cute also super cute. If you wanted to wear a sun hat, i don't know about you, but with the size of amanda's head and with the size of my curls, it is so hard to find sun hats that actually fit as well as don't ruin your roots yeah. They usually make your hair look like a disaster, but once you already have the silk scarf on putting on the sun hat, just helps it slip right on this one's still a little too small for my head. No, you don't fit if it does come on. Oh, does it slide on a lot better yeah it does, and now your hair is lined with a silk scarf, so your hair isn't going to get ruined when you take the hair off and that's that hats off to you, kids and that's it for today's video. We hope you guys learned some new tricks and if you try out these looks, make sure you tag us and your instagram photos, we'd love to see it or you know. If you recreate. These looks in a tick tock tag, it's in your tick tock, so we can duet you, the usernames are the same. So please guys make sure to like comment, share and subscribe. We post new videos like this. Every single texture, tuesday and remember the next video is going to reveal the secret curl cream, that is in amanda's hair right now it's become a go-to, yes you're going to love it. I can't wait to share it with you guys, we'll see you then peace good morning good morning, exactly took the words right out of my mouth sister, it's great to get up late, for. Why are you holding my hand? Oh, my god, we're cute good morning to you never heard that bridge before don't go so close, oh wow! These are really [. __ ] cute my face. Look! Okay! Yes! As best it's gon na look, you're, filming, yeah and you're, not here amanda. This is your time to shine plug yourself. What'S good everybody, i forgot, and are you gon na open this you're gon na be so proud of you, okay, but you're gon na dance right, yes, she's gon na she's dancing, no, i'm sweating! Okay, who are you taught me it's hot in here? What'S good everybody am i supposed to eat? Are you gon na [, __, ], milk, myself, okay, you're also going to need a head scarf and tie it. I did my scarf's too small for my head. So we're just going to take some bobby pins and pin these. Do you know how to do it? Yes, you stick it up. Yes, i know no, no, take these go like this and take that oh, okay and twist and stick it in just like that. No wrong: look. You have to completely open the bobby pins, oh okay, so you open the bobby pin and now you are looking pretty cute. I have to say i like it a lot. Actually, i'm gon na leave my hair like this, the rest of the day. Well, we still have other styles to film okay shut up. I know that

Gena Marie: These are all so cute! Wish I could get the pony to work in my hair with the invisi-bobble. I think my hair is just too thin. Definitely going to try the half-up modification Amanda did.

Erin: Amanda’s curls are getting more and more defined each time shes on this channel

Maribel Ramirez: I just screamed in the car to my boyfriend, “ITSSSS TEXTURRRRREEEEE TUUUUUESSSSDDAAAYYYYY!!!!” Poor man was so confused. I have a question Mel, I feel like you’ve answered this before but why sometimes after I shower and condition my hair starts to flash dry ... is it the protein and moisture balance ? Thank you xoxoxo I LOVE YOU AND AMANDA ! ❤️

Candice Waller: The scarf-under-the-hat trick is life changing! I love hats, but I don't love having to commit to wearing them all day because they flatten my curls! I can't wait to try this.

Emma Bunch-Benson: YASSS I LOVE THAT THERES OPTIONS FOR SHORT AND LONG HAIR AND THESE ARE SO CUTE

n3kotaku: The best always ! I'm fully embracing my curly hair thanks to your amazing advices <3 Even my mom stopped telling me to straighten it. I also began to use neutral henna cassia and other plants to highlight it naturally. I hope you'll talk about it some time. Sending love from France <3

Nayelie Guzman: Hi Mell I just stared my curly journey and your videos helped a lot thank you so much love you so much

anita: Girl I just wanna say thank you. I've been watching a ton of your videos and I have learned soooo much. I've struggled with my hair ever since it started getting curly like 5 or 6 years ago. Nothing was working for me (now I know why) and the CG method always seemed so overwhelming/expensive. I know it works for some people but it just isn't manageable for me, so it's been super helpful to find your channel. I just updated my hair routine and I can't believe that this is my head of hair, I never imagined it could look this good! Your videos have taught me so much and I couldn't be more happy, so I just wanted to thank you. You and your curls are flipping gorgeous :)

Arwa alsaied: You’re the best you help me a lot with my curly hair journey I love you so much ❤️

Joanaly Ramirez: Love you girls! Thank you for all the summer styles tutorials! I will definitely try a couple of them, my hair is very similar to Mel in curl pattern but much more less dense and definitely way shorter. I am trying to grow it because I love the pineapple look, but is too short to pull it that high yet! Always looking forward in learning from you! Thank you for helping the curly girls to be in style and love our curls! #curlyproud

Beth Hillier: I wish I could get the scarf to stop slipping right off my head! Love the scarf styles and bought two from Amazon, just can't get the dang scarf to stay on! Lol.. Anyway, my bonnet and Aria steamer that I ordered after seeing your videos are game changers! Loving my curls!

Bonnie Emile: Loved this video, same way I love all your videos, Amanda and Mel! You guys are awesome. Thank you for helping me learn how to take care of my curls.

Marina Tejero Garcia: Started watching your vids over lockdown and you 2 have been my inspiration to start giving my curls the love they DESERVED. I used to have flat very tight waves but never made the curl pattern. NOW tho... proper tight 3B/C RINGLETS!!! Smth that's made a world of difference for me during lockdown is throwing a microfiber towel over my desk chair. I noticed the curls in the lower part of my back and back if the head were frizzy and losing shape a lot faster than the front bcs of the constant friction with the material of the head and backrest. Having Amanda makes your vids super relatable... I sometimes feel like I have medium hair like Mel, and others that I sit more in the long end. Thanks both anyways!!! Loads of love all the way from London.

Yolanda M: I love the semester videos!!! This video made me order 3 of the scarved, the two you have on this video and another one. It's because of your channel, my curls have never looked so good!!! I look forward to seeing all of your videos!!! Thank you so much for what you do and sharing your expertise and knowledge!!!

Nicole Smith: LOVE it! Thank you for helping me get my 11 year old daughter to love her curly hair. I sent pics via IG. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Dalia Valdez: I can finally wear a pineapple with my long thin curls! Love your videos , they have really helped me during my transition and now I have hairstyles to try cannot wait to get my scarf!

Tracy Mora: I love all of your videos! You have helped me embrace my curls after 26 years of wearing them straight. Thank you!

Julia Strong: This is by far the best curly hair styles video I’ve ever seen. Finally thank you!

Sahar Shawa: I got my steamer last week and I LoooVE IT! ❤️ Thanks for you! I would never had thought about using a facial steamer for my hair. Mel! You are the best!

Alexis Diaz: Whoop whoop! Thanks for doing styles with head scarves! I’m definitely going to try it and tag you. You girls are awesome and I really look forward to Tuesdays now!

Angela RIELLY: Utterly loved this, as always. Thank you both so much! Hugs from the UK

Jennifer: Omg Mel I received my steamer!!! It was preorder and with Covid on top I’ve been patiently waiting nearly 6 weeks. I ordered the day you put out the video on it. This is going to revolutionize my getting ready / hair maintenance. My level of excitement is ridiculous!!!!

Ashlee King: Can you guys do more of these hairstyles!!!!! I don't know how to style my curly hair without needing to brush it. I just put it in a boring bun all the time. Love you guys!!! Xx

Jamison Nolan: Heyyy Mel just wanted to say your hair and you are gorgeous! I found your videos at a tough time in my life last year! Thanks for always putting up the best informative videos, need them more than ya know

Martha Palomino: For your scalp, you should try some of the mineral powder sunscreens. They come with a brush, they apply easy and don't show on your hair.

FANOLA: Wow! That was so cool how you made a short ponytail look so long! You two are the cutest and so are these hairstyles!

Luna: Needed this after my hair being in a bun for the past month ❤️❤️love the seesters

PS Mauney: I love watching your videos! They are fun, educational, and always make me laugh!!! I am definitely going to try these summer hairstyle looks!

M C: Thank you Mell! I never thought I would get so excited for Tuesdays ☺️ Now, if only I didn’t have to wait until after work to watch your videos.....

Sophie Brownhill: Wow I love this! I’m obsessed with the elongated ponytail! Thank you!

Samantha Batt: I love seeing how Amanda’s confidence has grown on camera ♥️❤️♥️ you both are soooo beautiful and funny.

The Dark Overlord: Nice to see I mostly already do the long hair pineapple style! And 15:30 looks super cute, reminds me of the 80's! I'll try it out on myself sometime c:

Jarelis Matias: I have literally been going on your page every day looking for just this video!! I already bought my scarves ❤️ super excited

Marianellyy Diaz: The SEESTERS looking like fine skittles love the look today ladies and the hair styles. I need to utilize these scarfs more often, great tips

Janette Murray: I absolutely friggin LOVE you two! Best hair tips as well ❤️❤️

Brande Jenkins: Omg! Love them! I am new to embracing my curls and you guys have helped me so much!

Charlie Mail: Sat so patiently waiting for this video and screamed when it popped up!! Makes my week sooooo much better!❤

Amber Abbott-Farr: LOVE these! So excited to try them this summer!! Would LOVE to see a brand battle of Maui vs Cantu!!

Sunshine ☀️: Oh my god I needed this video thank you two so so so much!! 1 for the do’s and 2 for the cackling you made me do after the melting fiasco

Meriem Ragoub: Hey Mel! If I ever lightly added water into my hair (not soke it with water) it becomes VERY frizy, and looks like I haven't brushed it. The products that I have are: cantu leave in conditioner, shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie, Aunt Jackie's curl boss gel, and argan oil of Morocco's oil. What product of the above can I use to refresh my hair and how? Thanks xoxoxo

Nives Corazza: Love this I did the last one when I was on vacation just before lockdown it was great while tanning and in the pool

Belinda Bryant: I stumbled on your channel yesterday and have been binge watching all of your videos nonstop for two days It's has been educational with lots of laughter to say the least. I've been rocking my natural hair for 13+ years now and realized after watching several of your videos, I've been doing all wrong . However, I'm excited to restart my journey the right way this time and pass it on to my girls. Thank you Mel for opening my eyes . Out of all the videos on curly hair I have seen your are by far the best. You have my full support

SillySonySoSo: Love it just braid my hair thanks for the ideas!!

Angela Monahan: Can't wait for my scarf from Amazon so I can try these super cute styles! Thanks, seesters!! *P.S. In the outtakes- was it just me, or did Amanda seem slightly more impatient than usual over Mell's silly side? I blame the heat!

JC7 Blessed: 10:00 you are MELLting lmao Did I rewatch that more than twice? yes Did I laugh my tail off each time? yes I tried not to laugh Mell I really really did but Amanda loosing it in the background got to me and then you going full panicking I'm sorry lmao

beeanca13: I absolutely loooveed the first look, my fav!

Naomi Elane: THANK YOU FOR THISSSS I’ve been looking for something like this

olivia kakes: THANK YOU MELL I definitely needed this!!!! also just a question if you do happen to see this, my hair has been struggling for the part few years because I have iron deficiency, but although my iron levels are back to normal my 3b hair never made it back to it's previous fullness :( Any advice if possible I know I'm not the only one who struggles with this :)

Jowel Choufani: I've never looked forward to Tuesdays as much as I have since becoming a new subscriber! I am relatively new to your channel and am learning so much! I've watched most if not all your videos multiple (!!!) times, what a resource! I feel that I've nailed my day 1 hair, but I'm still struggling with day 2 and 3 hair. The curls lose their definition no matter what I do and how much product I use. I use all the tricks and tips you provide for night-time routine and refreshing in the morning. There is one thing though that I still don't do......guilty, but I don't diffuse, and I live in Washington DC which is super humid! I know, I know, I need to diffuse. I just can't decide on an affordable hair dryer (under $40). All the influencers use the dyson or something above my budget. I think (know) that diffusing is my missing link. Any tips on affordable hair dryers that are light weight but powerful enough with the right features? I know you've said the hair dryer doesn't matter as long as you use it right, but I want to invest in a good hair dryer so I stay motivated and get my money's worth (I'm a student). Thanks so much! Much love to Mell and Amanda!!!

Gaby Palacios: I just love you guys together! It’s the cutest and was the best positive start to my morning while I drink my coffee!!

BittyBallOfCurly: I actually love sun hats! I have a small head and low density hair so it works out for me lol. I just fluff after. My hairline does get sweaty though...but it doesn't ruin the hair! I don't wear winter hats cuz of the material and that they totally ruining curls so I love getting to have fashionable sun protection from a hat in the summer!

Alana Santiago: I’ve learned more about my hair in the past few months than the past 21 years of my life bc of this channel. Mel you’re awesome!

Clau Panquecito: That moment when the bandanas that you ordered arrive, and Mell comes up with a hairstyles videos that includes bandanas...

Cazie: I was so sad because my hair doesn't hold just one of those hair elastics for the long high ponytail, but then seeing Amanda's solution... FUCK YEAH! I'm doing this now and it looks so cute that I ran all the way downstairs to show my family haha!

LadyBird 93: Hey Mel I’m newish to your channel, and I can’t believe how much of a difference I can see in my curls already!! You are seriously the kween of curls! On the off chance that you read this, I have a question. For as long as I can remember I’ve had these straight, frizzy chunks of hair on the top of my head. Now that I’m following your regiment the rest of my hair is becoming super healthy and curlier than ever, but these flat strands are even more noticeable and haven’t changed. Am I doing something wrong, or will they eventually curl up over time if I just keep following the routine?

Eugenia Sosa: THANK YOU!! I never knew how to do these on long hair

Shirley Coyne: Ya'll are the BEST!!! I love your style tips❤

Amber Marie: The pineapple trick for long hair is what I’ve been needing!! My hair is so think and heavy it always looks like her high pony before vs. after

gabby bove: I love the ponytail idea Mell ! I've never seen someone do that its pretty cool.

Margot Reyes: Love you ladies! Great tips. Thank you so much!

Aaliyah Wyatt: Y’all are soooo cute! I love this and needed some new hairdos!!!!❤️❤️✨

Elgiz Çakır: love love LOVE your videos! I have a question, if you could answer, it would be awesome. I used to have pretty much exactly Amanda's hair type; coarse, high density and long. My hair got longer and longer and I couldn't have it cut because I cannot trust the hairdressers around me (im living in Turkey), and my hair has lost its shape. Now, my hair is about Amanda's length but the backside looks like the middle part is chopped off and I have very little hair. It looks so thin that it makes me wanna cry. What would you suggest? What should I do to get my volume and thickness back?

karinac1999: You 2 are so funny. I love seester videos. I tried the pineapple with the double bobble, but it did not look so cute, maybe because it was day 6 hair. I totally love the scarf updo for pool/beach days. That is perfect and sooo cute. Thank you ladies for all your hard work.

Maia Melendez: I love watching your videos - you always make me smile :)

Alysha: As always a very usefull and fun video AND it is uploaded on my birthday!!! (in the Netherlands it's already wednesday) Couldn't be any better ❤❤

Theresse Grady: Best video ever! Omg, you two are looking better than ever, and funnier than ever. All the hairstyles look amazing you seesters. ❤

Destiny Sanchez: I love all your videos every week I learn something new to maintain and care for my curls!

Natasha: Oh gosh! The milk moustache! An unexpected gem of a moment. Thanks for the belly laugh. You two are so funny~ Love the hairstyles, btw!

MsSmartyPantz: I love the scarf/hat trick. It has always been hard to find a hat that fits my head.

Yvette Soto: Lol. You two are hilarious!! I have long curly hair like Amanda and my pineapple style always ends up tipping over to the sides or just completely fails. I’m going to have to try your technique. I just use 1 hair tie. Lol.

PurpleGoomy: Im just starting to embrace my curly hair and these are so cute. My curl pattern is just like Mell's, im about to go to the shop to get me an invisibobble rn ‍♂️

Tiffany Cruz: The milk mustache though yes , yas, yis!! This is exactly what I needed in my life! My invisibobble is coming tomorrow..the power of prime thanks Mel & Amanda!

Selena Singh: Love these! My hair always get crunchie and I always fluff it out or I try to but it never takes away the cast

Alexa’s Curls: I love all of these hairstyles

dramaminedream22: I had successfully kept myself from purchasing that Vanity planet steamer a few times despite seeing people recommend it for facials, but Mell just broke my resolve. I’m here for dual purpose beauty items.

GeeklingNo1: Ive used the double ponytail trick SO MANY TIMES! I can't normally pull off a half up look because my bottom layers are my problem areas but i can totally rock a high pony!

Lisa Razkalla: Love the videos!! I sleep with the same bonnet as Amanda but my curls NEVER look good in the morning, I always ending doing a full refresh with a spray bottle and product every single day. How can I use my bonnet more effectively?

Elizabeth Pritchard: Love this! Y’all are so funny together!

Adriana Hurtado: You girls......! I laughed so hard with the mustache.... you are awesome. Loving the hairstyles. I am getting my scarves today, yay so excited.

Karina Jane SB: Hey Mel so I literally follow you religiously and tell my man every Tuesday “It’s texture Tuesday baby!” but I’ve never commented before, but I have a query to run by you! My hair literally matches yours in every way except one ☝ rather than high porosity hair I have very low porosity hair, so I wondered if you could give me any tips for keeping my hair fabulous all week! Thanks

Shenny penny: Hi Mell and Amanda, ‍♀️ writing to you from Lovely London I’ve just started watching your YouTube Channel and I can already see the difference in my curls, it’s amazing so thank you. but I’m finding it sometimes difficult finding similar products that you recommend here in the UK any chance you could recommend so alternative for your fans across the pond? Once again thank you for all the advise you guys give, finally I feel like I know what I’m doing with my hair.

Kaila: Me watching this realising that my hair (while it has grown A LOT since Mell cut it) is still too short to do most of these styles

Victoria: I love y'all! Funny but informative! ♡
