What'S up everybody welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, soph and today i'm bringing you a different type of video. I feel like i say that every single time i film a video, but i'm just doing different stuff, so i guess just go with it: okay, um, but today i got an idea to do a video where i try out some different kind of more interesting curly. Hairstyles that i've seen on the internet, i did some research on tik tok on instagram things like that, and i found some styles that i think are cute that i want to try just because i don't know about you, but as a curly girl. I get really tired of doing my hair the same way, and so it gets kind of boring, and so i want to be more creative with my hair and try new stuff. So these are the things you're gon na need. I have some bobby pins, an assortment of hair ties. I have a couple duck clip eco styler gel, so just some things that i have. I honestly don't know how this is gon na go but they're pretty simple anyways. Let'S go ahead and get started. I have them in my tick tock favorites, because if you're like me, you spend a lot of time on tick tock. These are besties um and if i just put them in my likes, they will get lost. But i did post a picture recently on my instagram, where i had a style kind of like that. So i'm going to show you right now what the video is and i will screw a record and put a better version, but just so you guys can watch she's going to cute little kalani like front bang bun with um. You know a big puffy bun. On top um little edges on the side very simple and make a little bang in the front, the bang is the hard part. So you just go. Take this up make sure that it's all organized i'm okay with it being a little bit higher here, because i feel, like it looks cute with the middle part um. So she just is taking this all up. She did like a large poofy bun, so we've all done this fun. You go like this go around one time and then you're gon na, maybe not twist you're, just gon na go towards the end of the hair and loop it in it looks like she pulled some of the curls out in the front so that it would be Kind of more messy cute go in. You don't need too many edges because, obviously, like the front of your face is pretty much covered, so i'm just doing a small little swoop on the slide and i'm just gon na usually i'll, like just put it on and then i'm going to twist up towards, Because, usually the curls look better, if you do it like that, this is the first look. I will say in my in my post that i like was mentioning earlier. I did a small one like a ballerina bun and it also look cute. So if you like that better go ahead and try that, but this is actually really cute, especially like, if you don't want like too much um tension in your head to say like headaches or something, this definitely works. So this is style number one. The next one is a little bit more complicated. The girl was using like little rubber bands, but honestly, her texture is way looser than mine and i'm scared of those like plastic little rubber bands. So i'm not going to do that because um, if one of those good stuffs in my hair won't be mad, she did like three sections on each side and she just pooped it cute. I love that for her, so i'm going to go ahead and part out the first section i'm going to twist this in half since it's a small section and then i only have to wrap it a couple times, but then i'm going to go ahead and part. The second section - and she kind of did it like diagonal parts a little bit. So let's do so. This is when you're gon na go you're gon na grab the hair, that's in the first ponytail and just join it in. So we got that i'm gon na do one more on this side, all right y'all. So this is the first side. I think it looks pretty cute. I'M gon na go ahead and do the other side and come right back all right guys. So this is the finished. Look. I actually really like this style. I think it's super cute. It reminds me of like a butterfly for some reason. Um i used regular ponytails and it worked fine um obviously like. If you want to use something that shows a little bit more, you would use a different color, but i really really like this one i feel cute. I feel like with like a bomb makeup. Look like this is like a standout like for sure like it. I feel like this is something that, like growing up, i always saw people with like straight hair, doing that i always felt like i could never do so. I'M like really happy that, like i feel like this is like an inner child healing moment like yeah. My inner child is like yes, like you can do those styles too, and that's a good transition into my next style, because my next style, the girl that did it. She literally has a series. That'S like trying um straight hairstyles on curly, hair, yeah and we've all seen this bella haditha we've all seen it on tik tok, all the straight girl, a straight hair. Girls are going nuts about it and, and i'm like oh, i can never do that. Like my hair is not going to do that, but she did it in this video and i want to try it because i want to look like bella hoodie zoom in a little bit because um this isn't going exactly the way i wanted it to go yeah. I think i missed stuff and how i did last time, i'm just going to put it towards the end. Okay, y'all y'all, wait. Wait, wait, wait all right, so this is the adjusted final look. I think this looks a lot better. You want a bigger bun because um it just fits better with the style um. I think this is really cute, though i'm gon na go ahead and get started on the next one and i'll show you the video. I really don't need to show the video on this one, because honestly, i feel like i was one of the originators of this style. I'Ve been doing this hairstyle since i was in this hairstyle in elementary school, because i was so self-conscious about my curly hair and so i'd always want to do something like to the front of my head, and so i to style all the time. You'Re really just making a headband with your hair, so you just do a straight line. I don't have a big brush, so i'm just using my edge brush. I don't know where the big brush is and i don't feel like going to look for it. This is the finished, look um just simple. Without any hair accessories in the video, the girl did put a clip um on both sides. I only have one clip, so i'm gon na show you guys um, so you're just gon na put right here. This is just a simple one, but you can put obviously anything so that looks really cute. So i really really like this look. It'S really taking me back, like i really honestly like. I need to find the pictures i didn't. I did this style, but i didn't do it with the middle part, because middle parts back in that time we're not in. I have one more style, that's kind of a variation on this, so i'm going to show you guys right now, so this is the next style. This is one i am not going to be able to recreate it exactly just because i don't have all of the supplies, but you can adjust a little bit of gel. She did brush it, but i don't really feel like. I need to um. Do a bun with my hair, sticky cute: this is cute. It'S a nice like updo, something simple! Obviously i think that, like with the clip it'll be a little bit more voluminous and you'll have more hair in your puff and then it'll just look better. I really like it and i'm like really excited that i got to try these styles all right, you guys, so that is the end of my video, i'm so excited. I have to try these styles, i'm going to be wanting to try more of these styles. Maybe i'll make these make this a little serious, because i, like my hair, i, like my hair to be natural and healthy, but man i get tired of just wearing it and then sometimes it just doesn't hit right and all those things. So hopefully, you guys found a style that you like and you'll try um they're, all relatively easy, maybe next time i'll incorporate some braiding in there, but i'm really really happy that i got to try some new things. I hope that you guys enjoyed this video. If you did make sure that you like comment and subscribe, i'm excited to be getting more videos out still trying to figure out what my little niche is. I don't know if i'm there yet, but um in general. I hope that you guys enjoy this video and i'll, see you guys next time you
