Easy Curly Hairstyle Tutorial - Curly Twist Bun

Today’s curly hairstyle tutorial is an easy updo for curly hair that you can do in 2 minutes. I call this the curly twist bun because there’s twist detail that adds a little extra into your everyday bun.

This style features one of my favourite hair accessories - the hair bungee.

If you’ve ever struggled with hair elastics, especially in curly hair, then you will love this. The hair bungee is like a hair elastic but it’s straight and has a hook at either end.

The hair bungee solves the problem of having a hair elastic that is too tight for three loops around your ponytail but too loose going around twice. You know exactly what I mean, right? That too tight ponytail is solved with a hair bungee. It fits perfectly every time.

You can find hair bungees at beauty supply stores or on Amazon here - http://bit.ly/hairbungee

Hey there welcome to Harrow manse, I'm Christina, and today's tutorial is this easy bun, that's perfect for curly hair, it uses my favorite styling tool, the hair, bungee or maybe second, two bobby pins better than any hair elastic. You just wind the bungee around your hair and it fits your ponytail perfectly every time once you hook to them underneath I like to pull it a few pieces just to add some volume back in now, he's left the slides out of the ponytail. So we can twist them back over the top and describe a bobby, pin and pin them in place next, we'll repeat that same twist. On the other side, with the front section of your hair, wrap it over and around your ponytail and pin it in place underneath, if your hair's long just leave it out, it will blend in with the rest of your ponytail. Now you could just wear this ponytail, as is I love to have a twist add a little bit of extra detail into a pretty simple look to create the bun place. Your fingers underneath and then wrap your hair around to create a little loop tuck. This right up under the twist and use bobby pins at either side to pin it in place if you've got any loose, curls just grab another pin, and/or tuck them in underneath use a mirror to check the back. You'Ll find some curls flopping out. I'M sure, like I have here so what about making any curly style to perfect your curls, make the difference and make it look beautiful. I notice my bungees popped in my elastic showing, but that's really easy to fix. If you liked this video, please give it a thumbs up and subscribe to hair, I'm out, so you don't miss. My next tutorial see you next time.

10ANG86: Thank you for doing these updo tutorials with alternatives to braids. Some of us can’t braid to save our lives!!! Haha I’ve done this hair style today. Thanks ❤️

Gina-Marie Ourganjian Cheeseman: Love it! This is an easy and cute style.

K Ham: Very cute, I will definitely try this!

Siobhán K.: A hair the works SOOOOO much better!!!!! When I do a bun (on wash day) LOL… I just use a hair tie and 2 bobby pins for the front bits on either side that don’t reach the hair tie. Not sure why she did a version that required sooo many bobby pins???

Aiza Zahid: Her bins are only for short hairs
