So I have a question for you: do you find that you have very little time to style your curly hair as a mother? Well, I have an 18 month old and I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant, so I find it extremely challenging. Luckily, I've come up with three easy styles that any mom with curls can do in just a few minutes. So if you'd like to see them just keep watching hey, curl friends welcome back to my channel, I'm Rochelle - and this is disco curls TV. If you're new here welcome, my channel provides tips on how to care for your fine, curly hair, so that you feel empowered and supported to be the best version of yourself. I post weekly, so I'd love to have you subscribe and join my little community here, because I do product reviews, curly, hair, tutorials, pregnancy and postpartum hair care and much more. So I really wanted to share a few Styles that you can complete in a few minutes, because I am a 21 weeks like I said, and I just feel really slow and like the waddling and chasing after my son has me completely exhausted. I have very little time to spend on my hair, but I still want to make a little bit of an effort as well, so I'm going to go ahead and switch over to voiceover and show you these three Styles really quickly for this first hairstyle, I'm going To start by shaking out my roots of it to boost the volume, you can also use a pick if you like, but I normally wear my hair off to the side and I'm just going to gather this horseshoe section up front and add a few clips. This doesn't have to be perfect, in fact, I prefer it to be a bit messy and unpolished, I'm going to add a small clip in the center, then grab small sections along each side and clip those as well. This is kind of a throwback to a 90s style used to wear in high school and you can use whatever color Clips. You like. You can also use bobby pins as an alternative. Next, I'm going to shake out that last style and using the same center part I'm going to pin back my bangs but leave a little bit of volume so that it's not flat. Then I'm going to grab a large section from both sides that ends near my ears and secure the remaining hair in the back, with a clip to get it out of the way. Now I'm going to pull those two side sections into a ponytail and I'm going to secure it with the mini elastic I'm flipping around. So you can see what I'm doing from the back, but basically I'm going to unclip. The bottom half then make a little hole above my ponytail and then I'm taking the ponytail and flipping it upwards to loop it through the hole. Then I'm going to loop it through the hole one more time. So it makes a bun and I'm going to add some bobby pins. Now I'm taking two more side sections and gathering them into another ponytail after I secure it with an elastic, I'm going to repeat the process of looping the ponytail into a bulb of the elastic and again I'm looping in a second time to make a bun and Secure it with some bobby pins. Lastly, I'm using the remaining hair and making a ponytail that will once again be looped through now. You can leave it as a ponytail or continue looping it into a bun like I have. It also looks nice to add a few decorative pins to dress it up for the last look, I am once again using that same Center, horseshoe part and I'm going to add a braid that lays to one side. Once I get to the end, I'm going to pin it to the center of my crown. Next, I'm going to repeat by adding a braid on the other side. You can see that I'm not making a part perfect, because this is supposed to be an easy style that doesn't take a lot of time. Now that my braid is complete, I am pinning that in the center - and if you take a look, it looks like a braided crown and just to dress this up, I'm adding these mini gold cuffs along the braid. This is totally optional, but I want it to be as easy and effortless for you all. I really hope you enjoyed this video and now I'd like to hear from you all about your favorite, quick and easy hairstyles for busy moms.
