I'Ve been feeling really creative and really inspired by a lot of people that I've been just following on Instagram and out with the world. Even seeing this hairstyle that Bria Hicks has been doing and before Britax, I saw Christina Milian and Rihanna do it and I think it's just like individual braids, but it's like your own hair. I don't know how to explain it. So I'm gon na just insert the pictures here, but take what you want from it anyways I was like this is so cute. I may have to snatch it up. Real quick, just borrow it, and I have no idea what I'm doing. This is my first attempt at the hairstyle, but I think things are gon na go pretty go. This is a good hair day, not a bad hair day and without further ado. Let'S just get it on and poppin. I don't know who I want to call this. A tutorial cuz really um. I got a rat tail comb and a brush and that's pretty much it hey guys. So now I'm just blow-drying half of my hair. I already put some coconut oil in it. Like I said, I wouldn't really use losing conditioner or anything like that, just some type of oil, but when everything's kind of stretched out my curls are ready to braid. I'M just gon na put it in this, like this like little fake right, okay, this isn't so style or whatever. I just need to close it in. If that makes sense, I'm gon na do the same thing. On the other side, I want to make sure that my hair is still a little soft and smooth so that I'll be able to braid it and there won't be any like curly kinks and that will avoid all shrinkage. Now I have a bunch of hair ties. Okay, you can use the tiny elastics, but I hate how that gets caught up in my hair, so I'm just using regular scrunchies and now I'm going to part my hair with my rat tail comb almost plan. My parts in the back are not the cleanest. I feel like Ashley's in there, but she one committed I'm committed, so I'm staying in front of the camera. A lot of people like Bria, Hicks, she's it for braids, but I wanted to do around six. You can even go up to eight, but I felt like six is the right amount for my head shape? You know I'm saying get this on think something that has been a real struggle for me and something that I've been learning just like. I said skip that song is concentrating myself and my eyes, ears and mouth gates on above and on God, because there's a lot of times where I feel like you know, I want to listen to this song. Everybody else is listening to you or I want to watch this like TV show, but I feel like at the same time I have such conviction. I'Ve just been trying to be sensitive about what I've been listening to, what I've been saying and what I've been hearing. It'S really hard because I love secular music. I love rap all that stuff and I'm not saying that like. I can never listen to those things or I never do listen to those things, but lately I've just been more conscientious about like how sensitive my spirit is to certain things just to catch you guys up. I took a little bit of my olive oil and black, see the eco styler gel and I put my hair into a tighter ponytail and now I'm just braiding directly down and securing with another ponytail holder. Oh, why did I say that I'm a scrunchie? I don't know what just came over me. So I just like stop the music, because you know I share my walk with you guys. I also share my struggles and just what I'm going through so yeah. I thought it was like cool that I cut myself being obedient and listening to myself listening to the Holy Spirit when I'm making this video. So I don't know you know we could have a get rid with me a little chitchat, a glow guide later on. But this is a good hair day, so I'm gon na keep it that that's just to continue on with the tutorial. I think at this point it's a little self explanatory, but I'm parting it into three sections on both sides of my head and I'm just simply. Braiding down, I want to secure the shame on both ends so at the bottom and then at the top and then later on, you're gon na see you take a little bit more gel like right now and just kind of twist, my eggs like that, because it Was looking a little fried a lot y'all? It was a tad embarrassing, but this is just to make sure everything is moist like and I'm gon na continue on the other side. I'M super proud. It looks amazing we don't have cards in the back, but anyways, I'm just gon na.
