Hi guys welcome and welcome back to my channel. It'S me Alicia. This is your first time here. If not welcome back okay, so, as you can see, we have a crochet install going on. This is what it looks like. I wanted big curly hair, but then I also wanted a bang to frame my face. I'Ve done a bang in a long time and I was really filling it. I had actually went to go. Look at a couple of weeks at my beauty supply store and they just didn't give me the volume that I wanted something like huh, I'm just gon na go and just do some crochet braids. So that's what this is. So, let's get into the actual details of the video and then I'll come back all right! So really quick wanted to show you guys my braid pattern. It'S a little different, but you got ta expect something a little bit different if you want to do a bang. So I have three braids right here going straight across and then that's just crocheted into the back. You'Ll see that on the sides I have two braids on each side and all that is crocheted in two back hair, where I have one two, three, four big braids. So very much a actual crochet install nineteen brainless, but I'm not having to do as many braids as you normally would do, and this didn't take that long at all, because they are big braids just make sure your hair is wet or a little damp. It goes a lot faster than you trying to do it with your hair dry. Unless your hair straighten, then of course you have no problems, and then they have the eight nine and ten inches. So you can layer it according to your install and then I got the Congo curl and I'll put a picture somewhere around here. So you guys can actually see the clothes detail and then, of course I got it in one, because that's just me all right, so I am done with the bane. It'S going to be big. This hair is really voluminous, which is a good and a bad thing. It'S a good thing for me because of course you guys know I love volume um. However, if you don't, this is probably not gon na, be the air for you and that's okay, because there are some hair that I don't get because I know it's not gon na be luminous, so I'm gon na finish the eight and then I'm gon na work. My way to the nine um, I have a feeling that this is going to be more than enough hair and if that's the case and I'll probably hold on to the tin and do like a braid --, less ponytail, there might be another video hmm anyway. Let me go ahead and do the sides and then I'll start on the back and, like I said, I am still using the eight and I'll come in periodically. Let you guys know where I am with like and the inches and how much I've used and all that kind of stuff all of this 8 inches. Basically, the only thing - that's nine-inch are the last two braids over here and that's where you can tell, especially when I was cutting, that it took a lot to even this up together because, like this was eight - and this is a nine, so not a lot. But I had to do a lot more cutting over here than I did over here, but yeah guys absolutely love this hair, like I said I did want to bang, so you guys saw that in my crochet sorry guys this necklace is twisted and it's getting on. My nerves, you guys, saw that my braid pattern was a lot different in this one than in the normal ones, because I, like I said I did want a bang. If you don't want to bang, you can just do the normal braid pattern or brakeless crochet that you normally do, but I was feeling like having a bang and in the meantime, if I don't want to bang, I can easily pull this up and then put a Band around it, so I'm not stuffed to the bang for this whole hairstyle, but I was feeling very bang ish, so we went with it as far as separation. I did separated six or seven times in the front, especially around the bang area and then in the back. I separated four times so this is the curl. How good is that curl? Oh anyway, so it was six or seven times in the front and then four times in the back. If you don't want that much volume, I don't think this is gon na, be the hair for you, because you can't just look. You can't put this in as a whole. Cuz, that's going to be a too big of a nut, so you're gon na have to separate it. So even if you only separate at one time, you automatically gotten volume. So if you're, not that person that likes big hair, I can't give you a recommendation. I can't rake them in this hair. I can't recommend different here for you, but if you don't like volume and if you one big hair, this isn't the hair for you. You can leave me a question. I can answer it. If you don't want this here, and I can recommend some styles for you, but this hair is voluminous and it's curly and I like it so there's that in the meantime, it in-between time guys don't forget to check out all my other videos. I did get a lot of questions about conditioning the hair. I will leave both videos on how you condition the hair one with coarser textures, like the one I have in and then silk your textures like the free tres, goggle, curl and bohemian brain I'll link. Both of those in the description box, because when I say conditioned hair people are alike so I'll leave that in the box. Yes, I did conditioners hair. I don't know why people ask, I always always always always always condition my hair. So, yes, this hair was conditioned. See I'll go ahead and link those videos in the description. I don't think that there was anything else um, but if not, you can always refer back to my videos. I have a lot I'm trying to make sure that I put out a video for you guys once a week, I'm not a pro. So, like you know, people that are doing the 2 or 3 YouTube videos a week power to you, and I wish you much success and I know that that's hard cuz, I can't do it. I got a job full time, so me putting out a video once a week was something that I was determined to do in 2019. I hope you guys really appreciate it leave a comment or whether you're liking these videos once a week and yeah. In the meantime, don't forget to check out all my other videos guys like comment and subscribe I'll catch you guys next week, bye

hotbluflame2: Am I the only one who would rock her braid pattern as a hairstyle? ‍♀️

Alanna Janae: I've been deep conditioning for 3 days because I haven't felt the energy to braid my hair for my crochets, the shape and style is exactly the look I'm going for and the braid pattern is perfect! Thanks love! New subbie.

Andie R: I am loving this hair!! LOVING IT!! Why do I find out about things like this so late now I have to order some right now! Love the bangs too and I’m definitely going to try it this way! Thanks for this video!! New Subbie here too btw

Jackie Hines: Love this style. I just bought the Zury Wanda Curl which is very similar to this Congo Curl. I'm with other folks that would like to know how the hair holds up. As much as I love and appreciate these videos I really wish more ladies would focus on the hair itself which is what a lot of us here in YouTube land need to know. Does it mat? Does it tangle? How does it hold up after one week....two weeks, does it feel like wire after a few days, things like that. More about the hair. I love all the styles and the different brand hairs used but more information is needed about the hair itself ladies. Please. Oh....and how about showing the back?? Thanks ladies.

Pink Butterflies: Thank you sooo much for posting. Started doing my own crochet braids, its economical an can be healthier for my hair. I liked the braid pattern because it doesn't put tension on the edges. I gave myself 4 on each side 4 across the top an 4 in back. I used a combination of hair I had left over an cut it into a bob with side bangs instead. Will be using this braid pattern from now on.

elizabeth fedna: I currently have this hairstyle in and I’ve gotten so many compliments on this. I love it but this hair gets old quick! But it’s worth it. I still have a pack and half left. For 10$ I think it’s okay .
