Styling Crochet Braids | Curly Voluminous Bob

Hey everyone! It been a while since I've uploaded but I'm back! In this video I'm showing you how I styled my crochet braids into this curly super voluminous bob. I used 2 Packs of Femi Collection marley hair (cut in half). Tell me what you think in the comments below.

But I am back, and today I'm gon na be showing you guys how I created this curly voluminous bob on my crochet braids, so to see how I achieve this, look, make sure that you continue watching. So these are my close shave. Braids I've had them in. For about three weeks, I'm going to start off by spraying my hair with some water and then went ahead and put my can to leave-in conditioner throughout my hair, just to make it easier to brush in the hair that I use is a femi collection, marley, hair And the color 1b. So after I apply my leave-in, I then went ahead and brush my hair out, and this is what it looked like. So, as you can see, my hair already had the asymmetrical shape, so I'm just going to go in with my scissors and make that cut a little cleaner and by no means does this cut have to be perfect because ultimately you're going to end up curling in Anyways so now I'm going to go ahead and trim the other side just to get those flyaway hairs. So this is the back and, like I said, the cut does not have to be perfect so now onto the curling process. You'Re going to take your strand of hair even take your leave-in conditioner. This stuff is amazing. By the way, you guys should get you some but you're, going to go ahead and take that and apply it to that strand and now I'm going to lightly brush through the hair with my paddle brush and then we're going to take my flier and on one Of the lowest settings you're going to go over your hair with it, so you're then going to take your perm rod, you're going to place it in the middle of that strand of hair you and then from there you going to roll that perm rod upward you! So yeah now I'm all finished and we're going to go ahead and get my hot water in my towel and I'm going to get ready to dip my hair. So now I'm going to very gently dip, my hair in that hot water, I'm going to leave it in there for about 10 to 15 seconds after I'm done dipping I'm going to dry off the excess water with my towel and now I'm finally done I'm going To go ahead and put my hair in a bunny and go to sleep, so I'm now up got a face on took off my bonnet and I'm going this slowly and gently. Take down these perm rods and you don't want to disturb the curls. So you kind of would be very careful and just go the flow when you do this, you taking out all the perm rods - and this is my result - really pretty bouncy curls and this is optional, but I went ahead and separated some of them just to give It more of like the luminous look so yeah.
