Hey guys today, I'm gon na show you guys my crochet install with a neck cap. The reason why I'm gon na be using this is because my client has very thin hair on the top in size, and I figured that this will really help me not braid. Her hair so tight and not put so much tension on her ends and hair that stand on top, so stay tuned. For this look, so the very pattern that I'm gon na be doing is a beehive and the reason why I chose this is because, when it's in the circle I'm still able to crochet the hair all around. For when I cut the bands, so it doesn't hurt our head. So this way the hair is still secured to the head, so my client is going on the cruise for the end of the year and holiday season. So she chose to get this crochet because it's very cute - and it's very loving it just so you guys know this style takes a little longer than when I usually just crochet it onto the braid, because you have to fill in all of this space. So do not expect for this to be quick. I really thought this was gon na be a quick style. It took me a little longer than I thought. Oh, so this is what I got so far. This is just one pack of hair. I did not cut this hair because she said at first that she wanted it long, but once she got it all in her head, she changed her mind. My client loved this method way better than she liked the braids same pattern that we usually do because she hates the knot. So she said this style makes it to where you cannot see the nuts from the front, and I just fill it all the way to the top till I couldn't see any more space all right. This is the finished product and my client loves it. She is ready for her vacay boo and it looks so much more natural and it falls way better to her face. She looks so cute. Thank you guys for watching my video and stay tuned for more videos. Happy holidays,

Nicki Hall: Came out really nice.... So glad you used the cap. I see so many videos of people adding extensions to clients with thin or balding hair. Makes your aware of those who only do a job for the money vs. those who do what they love, when a stylist truly cares about the integrity and health of the client's hair it shows. And I can tell you love what you do. ❤️

YesMichelleloves: ❤️ this Shelly yes that’s great for thinning hair. With your gentle hands she was able to just fall asleep. It looks really nice good work Shelly

Tami Franklin: Great job! The style and finished product looks so good.

Tekara Presents: The cap is such a bomb idea! Thanks for sharing

None360business: i love this the style came out beautiful

kay: I peep that you braided the nape a different way. I always braid my thinning nape separately, superb job! It looks like a very nice weave and the curls still looked great after you cut them. Thanks to you I’ll be trying this w/faux locs ☺️

Tan Mack: This is excellent great technique and style

Nichole LocStar Bennett: I just did this look but i cut the hair in half and used 3 packs. I'll try your cap method next time, great idea!

CyThCy Osborne: Yes the cap is the way to go with thining hair. I even use it was shorter hair with fewer braids. You did an awesome job.

Debrisha Scott: Yes Sis! I love this. I subscribed to your channel as well. I just graduated cosmology school and I have one more test to go. I love following people who care about their clients hair and just not in it for the money...Nice Job! And it was the knocked out part for me also.

Monique Johnson: GREAT job! Your client LOOKS fabulous!

NewPanama Carter: @LaTonya Stylez I know it’s probably to late to ask a question, but can you use a hair net without braiding the hair? I’m asking because I can’t braid but I just start doing my own crochet . I love the style and the color.

DAUGHTER OF KING JESUS: You looks marvelous girl. Don't you get into no trouble on your cruise. Job well done.

Pauline CC: How long do this last?

DAUGHTER OF THE MOST HIGH!: Beautiful!!!!

M. B.: I like your work & this method but how do you take it down when you have used a net?

Trameka Veal-Walker: Love the cap method, it looks so much better than the braid method, you can't see her scalp at all.

Linda Coleson: I wish every client knocks out like this....looks relaxing

Elena Elena: Модель прям дико!красивая))))))

Straight Talk: Great job Sis

🌻D'Nae🌻: I'm happy also that you cut it shorter. When we reach a certain age, shorter hair looks best. I use to do the long hair thang in my HEY DAY, but now mmmm mmmm. Heheh.. Thanx for sharing ya method *winks*

Body TV: Did you cut the band off of the cap after you were done? I'm asking because I noticed that her hair is very short at the perimeter of the front and back of her head. I know that those bands are tight and cause a lot of friction when worn for more than a few hours. The style looks great! When a client falls asleep in your hands it's evidence that they trust you and that's worth more than gold!

Mama With A Fro: When she smiled :)

connie b: So cute

Ms Soulsister: So did you have to cut the cap? And when you was crocheting did you loop it through the hair? I'm asking questions because in trying to learn how to use the net.

Be Forgiveness: Do you have footage of you trimming away the cap that you can upload.thank you

Pmomma100: Great job, but that's a mean looking sistuh! I was so happy to see her smile in the end. (Yeah I'm years late lol)

Glenda: Are you going through trough the braid or just the net?

Amazon Goddess: She looks so cute you did an amazing job and I love that you were really thinking of her comfort. Clearly you were gentle since she fell asleep

Carla Wilson-Small: It was a good video but I was looking to see how you put in hair in the front .

lilsugaboo: Chile she got a GOOD nap! Great job

Tammy Sanders: Great

Lady Jessica: I was distracted by the model,
