Mexican Girl Gets Box Braids | Cuts Them Out

So I'm about to go, get my hair box braided. I guess like a medium sized. I don't want them too thin and tiny. I will insert the inspo pictures. Really it's. If you watch I'm gon na say. Oh, I got ta put my phone down cups. Okay, so if you watch tattoo or no black ink yeah black ink crew Chicago Ryan, which is like the owner of this shop, I don't know his Big Momma. Her name is Rachel. I guess anyways that she's super beautiful and she ended up having these braids and then also I ended up seeing the movie they love they give and all the hate you give yeah. I saw that movie so then I was saying huh. I just want to do it because I've already had like the mouth they're called jumbo, but they're there yeah they're, pretty big like thick ones that I had so now. I want to try the smaller version. The last time I took about four hours this time I hear it's gon na take about six, so I'm not really looking forward to it. But it's what I want so yeah and then I got the hair. I'M gon na show you guys what kind of hair right guys it's called pre-stretched. If you don't get the prestressed one, it's like you get the hair and when you take it out, it's all one length at the bottom like it's like, basically like a blunt cut, but when it's pretty stretched it's easier for the hairstylist, because it's already like a Different level, so that, when it's put into your hair, it's again not that blunt cut and the stylist doesn't have to make it look not blend by I'm like moving the hairs around. Instead, it's gon na look more natural because it's gon na fall more like into a point rather into that straight bottom, where it's gon na look fake. So this is the brand that I chose and that's the color and the price, and then the pre-stretch will save this obviously pre-stretched, and this is what it looks like a fence if it was not pre stretched. It would just be like a blunt cut like after at the end, like all the hairs are fall at the same exact length, but here it's more tapered off and it gets thinner towards the bottom, as natural hair typically does yeah this. Is it and next kill just see the person that's gon na, be doing my hair, so just a tip if you're getting your hair done early in the morning or late at night, or something that's just gon na take a long time like any type of service That you're gon na get done on yourself. Our process is gon na take a very long time, I would say, be nice. Basically, I asked her: do you like Jamba Juice or do you like Starbucks better, and she let me know that she likes Jamba Juice, better. So I went and I got her a large drop juice of her choice and she doesn't know this yet, but I got her something that I like to eat from there. Oh, I got her two options just in case she doesn't lick one of them and then I could take the other one, but yeah be nice, maybe thoughtful, rather just so that you guys know. This is my first time meeting her and I just seen her and I just hung her like. I knew who she was or something they were different. I would say she's, like probably like one of the best. No, I wouldn't say she probably she's one of the best days ever at the school yeah you, my hair, took six hours well, almost six hours like five and a half, because I got there at like 8:30 and is now 213. Of course, we didn't start exactly at 8:30, but I love the way that she did my hair like it is so clean. I don't know why I sound like that lame anyways she braided right down to the bottom. I'Ve had my hair done before and it was just a different experience, but she did like it's so well and everybody in there so nice. It felt like like a family owned shop. She was super sweet, she's, just a sweetheart, so I would definitely recommend going to her if you're out here in the Bay Area or if you're, just visiting or something but she is booked and busy. So make sure that if you're gon na try to like see her for any type of like hairstyle, she does all type of braiding check out her Instagram I'll. Leave it. But yeah make sure that you DM her. Because, honestly, I've been trying to get like in 0.1 here for a while now, even for like simple things and she's, just always like so busy but like I get it because I'm a very last-minute person so obviously like sometimes someone's, not gon na have a booking Or like a placement for you girl three days before you need it um. But that's just me if you know what you want and stuff and you have a date like let her know so cute though right, dude, she's a freaking bomb job like oh excuse, the water, I just remember they have to dip your hair after but yeah. I got last time really brought on my forehead, so this time I notice it um a little bit more um but yeah. This is seriously braided down like the gnomes like I'm so impressed so freakin awesome um the size is like perfect, it's not too thick, not too small. Then let me just flip you around. This is a lane. It is down to my waist, but I'm probably gon na cut just like these little strands, because I feel like pretty good. So this is all the little hairs that I say which isn't much all right. So this morning I was woken up around like five and all the time was like 523 almost 5:30, because my head, it's just so bit, it's still a little itchy, but I just got back from the gym and I think it might be from dry scalp. So what I'm gon na do is put some oil in it. I'M gon na just use this, so my plan is to just spray it on like the roots cuz. If this continues, I'm not gon na do it. I don't have to take my own. I need my sleep and also this is just frustrating but yeah. I think it might be from dry scalp on my expert on this. This is just what I'm trying out. If it doesn't work, then I'm just gon na, like I said, I'm gon na, take it out and that's gon na be a fun few days of hair, I'm just trying to get them all like lined up, so it can spray on the parted area. Okay, I don't know if it's in my head or not, but I feel like it's feeling a little bit better already, but it might be because of the fact that I'm just moving them around cuz I've. Never I've been applying pressure to them like even just like pushing them down. It feels like so much better and we'll let that marinate for a little bit and then see how it feels the way that it's feeling right now, it's just so like itchy, I'm not gon na be able, like. I can't like I like to be comfortable, can't do it. Okay, there should be good for now actually yeah. I feel like I feel like a lot better right now, but again it might be all in my head and if it is then awesome. Hmm, no, like I said I'm gon na. Let it marinate and then see how it feels I'm gon na take a shower and then keep you guys updated. I'M just patting it or not even Pattie anything pressing them, and that feels so good also with us, gon na is like even just lifting them up. I feel like someone's just like my hair is coming out. A little bit from them was my hair, so short, and then I wanted them to be like husband as they could be, but they gon na be that thin, because my hair is so thick in the next clip you may be seeing me take them out. You may not be so, there's just a little update on them, though so I went out last night and I just have had it with the braids. So I do. Is I'm gon na cut them, so my hair's like up to year, so I'm probably gon na cut them right here and then I'm gon na have my sister's help me. Take it well I'll, show you how it is because it was easier with the blonde winds that I had like the jump ahead, because you know where the your hair is. Your hair is black. You know, like your hair, my hair is the same color as 239 to put this from my scalp, because my hair is never this perfectly parted and although my scalp keeps use the oil, so it is now 324 legally like there's a little hate in there. Just some tips excuse me eh, you know it's a just apply like a light layer of oil like dip your finger in it and then it's just like you know, maybe like once every other day, but honestly what I was doing was. I have like a spray bottle front weights and I was just putting back um, like I'm spraying the roots and then even that would make it feel better and then also I was using the Mario Badescu, the cream bottle and I'll just misting, my head with that. As moisture because I wasn't wetting them, you know like I want to scratch it, but it is now 348 about an hour takes a mile. Well yeah. I was actually 249 huh when we started and my mom took away my sister, so I did have help for like half of it and then halfway through she took them from me and then just me. So maybe, if you're just working alone, it'll be like an hour and a half also depending on how long her here is cuz mine is shortest. I was able to cut it. I used about like eight and a half nine packs of hair. To achieve the look I have, but I bought ten just alright, video, okay, I'm just gon na have a shower, and this is all the hair that fell out. I just want to show you guys, like the aftermath, I would say, don't be too freaked out because honestly, like this is hair that will probably be falling out. Yes, it's probably it would be a lot less, but you know your hair is being tugged on in stuff. So just expect a lot of hair to come out typically you're supposed to lose about a hundred strands a day, but it clearly cannot fall out. If it's, you know break it in super tight, so yeah, don't freak out. A lot of hair will fall out.
