First, i have my magnetic crease button and i'm going to go ahead now and put my and apply my edge control on my magnetic wristband, just because i don't want to have to keep going back and forth to the edge control container, and it just makes it Easier for me to braid, so my clients do want um, goddess braids and she wants every single braid to kind of have curves in them. She just wanted them like really really fushy, so she um showed me these pictures of one of my work and she wanted the um the courage to be as full as the picture, and that is what we're going to be doing for her. So now i'm just going i'm just trying to prep my clients here, making sure we're ready to go and also we use color 1b and she wanted waist length. So the braid in here for the braiding hair i use rubber braiding, hair 30 inches and for the curls i use the um google curls and i think they're, like 24 inches for the curls, and i've done the first three i'm in the first row. So now i'm going to show you guys how i parts my clients here and get it ready for you know to braid. So first i apply edge control, just something small and then i go ahead and make my rough draft line. The rough draft line is just a line that i make, but i don't start braiding immediately when i make the line i just make the line so that i can go back and make sure the line is like cleaner. Basically, but i'm going to show you guys what i'm talking about as you go in the video. So now i'm making my rough draft line and um oh yeah, and also we're doing um size, um medium for this style and we used about four packs of the raw braiding hair and we used about two packs yeah, two packs of the um google curve. So my regular goddess braids, i would use only one pack or one and a half, but since she wanted them really really full, i had to go ahead and use two packs just to give her the fullness that she wants and also her birthday is coming up. Soon so i'm just trying to give her, you know whatever she wants for her birthday. Basically, so now i am done creating my rough craft line and i am going back to apply my edge control on it. After applying this edge control, i'm going to go back with my rat tail comb and try to make sure the line is as clean as possible, so applying the edge control make it easier for you to create a very clean line, because when you make that line There is literally no hair like in the middle of anything. You know everything is just clean and really really nice, and this is how i put all my clients here and i love doing it. I mean, of course it might take a little bit of time because you have to part every single line, but it's always worth it when you're done, because you want your client to leave here having a nice clean, um, braided, um, braided parts um. Basically, so yes um, so now we're done um making this parts. It just makes it easier for me and then i'm going to show you how i make this die and also i never really had to dip this in half what i get. I get questions about. Dipping my goddess braids in hot water because of the curves. I don't really dip them, but i do apply a lot of mousse and i would advise for you to use a really thick mousse because again, if you don't want to dip them, you want something that is going to kind of go in or like get soaked In so try to use a really thick mousse it does. It does help the curls as well as the braids, and i don't dip them because you might mess up my clients curls. So now we're going to go back in braid, so i'm going to insert, i think, about six to four braids because we're doing the medium size i usually go up to six um, seven well, usually um four to six basically just depends on how i parts every Single strands, and now i read it and then i'm going to go and insert it and i'm going to insert all four and at some point i am going to insert my curves but i'll, be showing you guys how i insert my curves i'm trying to see. If i left any information out because sometimes i do think, i see everything and then i start getting questions that i feel like i already addressed, but i'm trying to see guys um yeah so one i have packs of the google cars um color 1b and also Four packs of the braiding hair yeah and i think that's like the major thing and also you can find this here at the beauty supply they do have it in different colors different lengths as well. I just love you using this hair because it's so soft. So now i'm going to go and apply my curves and just hang one up there and i'm just gon na keep braiding and then add the last braid. So i don't do all of them like this. But if you watch this video or all this you know all the video like to the end, you will see how i apply my curves differently, so it don't have to be exactly what i did, but it's always something similar to that and then i'm just going To keep braiding and i apply my edge control, apply your edge contour. While your braids helps because um i don't want my client's natural hair to show through the braid. So i apply my edge control to just make natural hair smaller, because of course it's fluffy. You know it's kinky, so you want to make it smaller just so that it's enough for you to turk it in under your clients, um under your braids, basically um yeah.
