My first time getting my hair professionally braided! I got two dutch braids/ cornrows w/e they're "called" now! Lol done by Kamara! How are you can't wait to do this? This is Kamara, everyone loses a mind, should be doing my braids today, yeah okay. So how are we gon na? Do this? Okay, I decided to use the number 27 okay, I think it'll go well and then because your hair is not that dark. I used a number two, so it's just like a natural natural brown and so you're going to need two pack of Rasta athlete. This is what I use and I usually one pack of one. So it's not too overwhelming yeah good. Let'S do this. She told me to come with washed hair with no product. Yes, why it's all frizzy right now, no no Shea Moisture or a diva curl helping me right now. The first thing that we needed to do was prep the hair you now, let's grab some edge control and lay down those baby hairs. Now, let's start with braid number one: Oh fellas, so dope I have long hair again. So do that so easy, always dating huh. The second yeah at the Harbor, my head's, like so small all this around done brains just gon na borrow her scalp with some. I use a Jamaican, a cash or 600 phone just to make sure everything is laid. I mean, if you decide to do this at home, you don't necessarily need to do this option, but he's going to take some a rap strip just to make sure that our hair is laid black all right. So now we're going to put our underneath the dryer and get these edges laid it's kind of different hair and hot water. Just so the ends of the braids can be secured and it can lay down silky and nice and smooth. So we don't want this to show. We wanted to be more silkier, so we're just gon na dip in a hot water. So now we're going to take some gold charms, always it accessories. I love it. Thank you so much. My first time we root, so here is the finished. Look. BiancaReneeToday: Oh my goodness... LOL I only put "boxer braids" in the title because if you GOOGLE "boxer braids" or "Dutch braids" you find images of this hairstyle. If you search "cornrows" you get majority of images of individual cornrows. Just wanted this video to be found when searching for this particular look. If it's so offensive..... bsperez07: I decided to get box braids for the first time for a vacation I recently went on and it completely took out my hair. My hair seems to be like ur texture. I'm so sad. I don't know what to do to even start growing it back. These braids would have probably been a better choice.

Dae Creates: Not to knit pick, but these are called cornrows, Dutch braids would be the looser version of cornrows, and the way the braid is made is reversed; and boxer braids don't exist.
