Flaxseed is a popular ingredient widely used in hair products. The reason is that fatty acids improve elasticity and make your hair stronger. Let’s make a cheap thermoprotector at home that will protect your hair from heat damage made by a flat iron. You will need a pan, pour two cups of water inside. Add 2 tbsp. of flaxseed and boil a bit. Let the mixture cool and squeeze out the gel using a clean pantyhose. Apply the gel before styling your hair. One more awesome idea is to make dry shampoo at home. Dry shampoos could be pricey but homemade shampoo is very cheap. You will need to mix starch, cocoa, and baking soda in a jar.
