Quick And Easy Short Curly Hair Refresh | 2B, 3A Curls And Waves

Hey guys you're watching people's curls, and i know that it has been so freaking long since i've posted, i feel really bad about it. Honestly, like it's been like this guilty like weight weighing down on me every single day, but i am finally posting um, i'm not sure if i'm going to continue posting twice a week, just because work has gotten really stressful, as has school, it's been midterms and i Just like my film degree right now is just all over the place, not exactly sure. What'S going on in my life spending a lot of time with my boyfriend trying to you know just like battery, you know, but i am here now - i'm filming a video. So i'm actually pretty proud of myself at this moment y'all. It has been so long since i filmed, i honestly forgot like how to act. Anyways we are going to do a refreshing, my short curly hair, because i've done lots of like refreshing, my long hair, you notice how to refresh my curls, but i haven't done one with my short hair yet and i feel like that would be really really beneficial Because it's harder than i thought it would be, i don't want to take my bonnet off. I wear this every single night um like i've, worn it every single night. Since i cut my hair, i'm in love with this bonnet. Actually, it's on amazon. I will go ahead and link it, but it is like it was like 10 bucks too. So it was an amazing price. It'S silk! It'S just like i look at how big it is. It'S like big enough for any amount of hair. I mean not any amount, but definitely big enough for my hair, so we're just going to take it off y'all. This is going to be giving me kind of like pennywise vibes - i don't know but yeah. So, let's see it feels pretty dang disgusting um yeah my biggest problem that i've been having is kind of like these stringy curls um. We want it to be a little bit more clumpy, but honestly this is, i could, i feel like i could even go out with my hair like this, like it's not even that bad, which is such a difference from um. When i had long hair like i had to refresh it every single day and then within like three hours, it just ended up. Looking like poop, it was like all deflated. That does not happen with my short hair. It really does not get deflated anymore, and it is amazing. However, if you did watch my like cutting my curly hair video, like it's short to this length, you will see that it has grown quite a bit in like the month that i haven't recorded. Sorry, i'm literally, i can't stop looking at the picture in the me. I can't stop looking at me. You know the narcissistic person that i am anyways we're still going to refresh this hair. Actually, let me see what the back looks like. Actually, i can't even see what the back looks like, but you guys can. It probably looks gross from what i'm guessing um yeah. It'S probably pretty nasty. Also, please don't be mad at me, but i'm trying to make all of my videos over eight minutes long, just because that's the main way that i can earn revenue from these videos, because if it's less than eight minutes, i probably won't earn more than a dollar From a video, but if it is more than eight minutes, that's where i can earn like around depending on how popular it gets, i earn a lot more um if it's longer than eight minutes. So please just bear with me. This might be longer than it needs to be, but i promise you it's helping me a lot. So first thing i do is i grab my handy dandy, spritzer mixer um. This creates, like super fine mist. I have a different one, but this one i got from um a company - i literally already forgot um but yeah. So i'm going to be taking my spritzy thingy and then just kind of getting all of my hair damp. What a party um yeah! I don't really like to get it sopping wet, because then it takes a little too long to diffuse i'm gon na check. If my mic is on okay, it is, i always just get so scared, but yeah, i'm really aiming for the parts where i want. The curls to be more like curly, so in the back on the sides, and that probably is enough so now i don't even know if you can tell that it's like wet, it is wet um. What i'm going to do now is take. This is from pump hair care, let's go ahead and focus on that. It is their curly girl, friendly, soft curl gel, and when i first used this, it was like it's the craziest gel i've ever used. Let me see if i can like look at how so i'm just gon na like like see how it's not thick at all. It'S like a bit of a watery consistency that is super good, especially for like, if you want volume, because the thicker it is the more it's going to weigh down your hair, but see this, it's like it's like watery gel. I don't know i love it and it smells amazing. That is the most important thing for me. Honestly, i love having my hair smell amazing, so yeah honestly, i don't really have a way that i scrunch in sometimes i flip my head over and scrunch it. Sometimes. I keep it up and scrunch it. When i had long hair, i always put everything in upside down, but with short hair. It'S a lot. I don't know it just it doesn't it's not as picky like i can put product in with my hair down like this and it'll still end up like voluminous, i can put it in upside down and it'll be voluminous. I just feel. Like short, hair is a lot easier to handle, so if you're watching this wondering, if you should cut your hair, yes, i would recommend now that that is scrunched in i'm, going to actually put a little bit more water in just to make sure that i don't Get too much of a crunch when i start diffusing all right now that my hair, it's probably like 40 damp, maybe maybe like 30 35. Okay, i really don't get it on my roots that much because those take the longest to dry um. I really want to focus on my back because i feel like it probably did look gross all right now that i have gotten the product and water in i'm going to diffuse my diffusers all the way over here. So i won't really be able to show the process, but pretty much. All i do to diffuse is hold it there for like five seconds and then go to the next one, but i usually do that upside down so yeah. If you want to see a diffusing tutorial, i guess i can make another another video about that, but really it shouldn't be that big of a deal i feel so i'll be back after i defuse my hair. That is not the last step. By the way, i have more products that i put in after i diffuse my hair, so do not go yet. This is not the finished result. A few moments later: okay, hey guys, i am back. I haven't flipped my hair back over. It is still down. I mean technically, i guess it's long, i mean short hair, so um, but yeah i'm going to now flip it over this way. Sorry, i don't know how to explain this. I feel like i'm being weird um. I just watched like 10 minutes of tic tocs, and now i don't know how to speak so looks like this is the result that we're getting for today, not bad honestly. I can't even really see it in the camera. Just second, i'm gon na look in the mirror. As you can see, the part is kind of not there, which is exactly how i want it to be. That'S what i asked the stylist for i was like. Can you just like tell the part to go away as you can see, though it is kind of like a little frizzy. It doesn't have any crunch, which is what i wanted, but that does mean that it's probably not going to last very long, but there are ways to fix that and i will show you first thing. I do. I put some oil on. I use this oil. All the time i've shown it tons of times before it is the verb ghost oil. I have a link, it's actually a. I forgot what it's called just a link that like, if you check it and buy this, then i get a little bit of money which is kind of sick, though so just thought i would um well, you know that, and it also gives you 16 off your Purchase so pretty great, this smells amazing. It always makes my hair smell amazing, whenever i put it in um, yeah and just a little bit goes a long way. So i really don't use more than one pump, especially for having short hair, and all i really do is i kind of scrunch it in and then like just layer it over, and it honestly just creates like a really nice shine on my curls, and it always Has i can smell it, and it is so good, then, with the excess oil on my hands, i pretty much just shake that into the roots, because this hair is this hair. This oil is also very good for your roots. It'S good for all of your hair helps, keep it nice, shiny and healthy. I would really recommend putting any type of hair oil into your hair routine, because it's the easiest thing ever to incorporate, and it really just makes your hair amazing. We really don't want to get rid of any of this volume but, like i said, we do want a little bit of scrunch in there. So i kind of like to mix these two things up and like not like mix them up, but first i'm going to use diva curls, mr right lavender spray, and i really just this is their refresher spray and it smells like lavender and it is amazing. I have used this for like three years now, and it probably is way expired, but who believes in the expiration dates of hair products right just kidding. I do but all right now that i've sprayed that in it smells amazing. I'M not exactly this. You could say that it didn't make any difference and i would probably agree with you, but i don't know i like how it smells that's my defense, then. Lastly, this one actually does make a difference. You might not be able to see it, but this is what adds the crunch to my hair, well, not like crunch, but it makes like the curls last. This is aussie's sprunch hairspray, and what i love about this is that it's not like a spray on hairspray. This is a a squirty type of hairspray. I literally can't talk, but so what i do is i like squirt, a couple in my hands and then i scrunch with that and guess what this one also smells amazing and you may think that all of these smells will like clash together and it'll just end Up smelling bad, but to me i just end up smelling tons of good stuff like this is not a positive plus a positive equals a negative. This is a positive plus, a positive plus, a positive plus a positive equals a heck of positive. So all right, i'm just gon na use a couple more scrunches of that, especially for the oh, my gosh. I just poked my eye. I just poked my eye with the with the hairspray. That is not fun. I'M going to do. One last shake i'm actually going to flip. Like this. Oh hi, you can see my double chin and then fluff it sorry. Now you guys get to see my boobs. Hopefully i don't get demonetized um, oh my gosh, i'm actually kind of liking. These, like look at those look at those uh, okay, they're frizzy, but they're cute there. Who is she i don't know man. I don't have any right to feel this cute, but i do so here we are all right. Do i want this to be like my thumbnail or something probably, let's just do a couple of like i wonder what the back looks like you know what i honestly wouldn't be surprised if it did look like poop, because i never put any focus into the back Of my hair, but if it does look good, then good on me, i'm honestly so scared the mic is not on alright, so that was this video. I think it will end up being eight minutes, which is so good. I'M sorry, if you guys have to like sit through you guys can skip if you want. I mean that'll make me sad, but it's totally understandable. I do the same stuff um but yeah. That was it.
