This is PART TWO in showing you 6 easy, beginner-friendly hairstyles for mixed hair. These are SUPER easy toddler mixed race hairstyles that are my go-to if I'm not feeling very creative. These easy curly hairstyles are quick and give you some versatility to be able to style your child's mixed hair.
My daughter has mixed hair, brown with natural blonde highlights (my husband is half German). If you guys missed part one, I will link in the video also in the description box.. So I'm not going to go in depth with everything with her hair and all that stuff cause. How long do you leave the twists in? with my kiddo, I tried the twists day1, then left it in as is day two and put into buns and that worked well. by day 3 the pony tail loosened so redid after that and my kiddos hair starts to frizz a tad. deifinitley looking for some styles that will last a few days as my kiddo gets close to starting schoool :):):)

E Fenton: Her hair is exactly the same as my granddaughters hair. My son and I work really hard maintaining her hair. Her mom is Jamaican and thinks my granddaughters hair is exactly like hers but she like C4 I think that’s right o could be really really wrong. Lol. But she only uses a comb on her hair, so her hair has a lot different lengths, stretched and just yesterday we were actually doing twists in her hair (7) and at both sides of her hair right beside her ears kept tangling up. I felt what sorta felt like knots. The ends were grubby and severely solute. I new it didn’t come from a brush or comb and then I realized her hair was singed. I think her mom tried straightening her hair with a hair straightener but failed. Not just because the heat was to high for a 3yr old hair but she also didn’t use any protective product in her hair first?! What could u recommend as to how we can fix it? Not just cutting but fix, idk ♀️

E Fenton: So just to be sure, your making 2 strands then doing a tight curl together? I know I may sound dumb to ask, I just want to do it right. My granddaughter is bilingual, she has both her moms hair (moms Jamaican) and her daddy’s hair, my son (half native & half white) I can tell u her moms hair type is 4-C. I could have put wrong number/letter for her hair type. (Accidentally sent msg while still writing it) when my granddaughter’s hair is dry the curls are tight, you wouldn’t know how long her hair is until washing it. And it’s straight down her back. Super duper long.
