I beauties and welcome to my channel so to start off, I'm just gon na go ahead and go in with the blueberry and mint tea, scalp treatment. Y'All know I love this stuff, so so so much it just makes my scalp feel so good and it smells even more amazing. So, as you can see, I'm working on an old wash and go, and I'm just going in with the pads of my fingers and just massaging that into my scalp really really well. This is my favorite part. You guys the dish feels so good. So, as you guys know, I don't like working on dry hair for a number of different reasons. One I just feel like. It causes a lot more breakage splittings, all of that horrible stuff and I feel like if your hair is damp. It'S not only easier to work on, but all of the products that you apply are gon na absorb easily into your hair as well, and, as you guys can see, I'm going in with my agave healing oil, and this is basically this an oil treatment and I'm Just gon na go ahead and place that on my head, all over, of course, focusing on the top of my head, my ends and underneath my hair pretty much just everywhere. Next, I'm gon na go ahead and go in with my long and Lux grow. Yogurt, which is the leaving conditioner from as I am. This stuff is amazing. You guys have heard me talk about a few different times, but I'm just gon na go ahead and apply that focusing it mostly on the top of my head and then I'm gon na go ahead and create a part right down the middle of my head. Don'T worry, the part definitely doesn't need to be perfect. It'S basically just for reference. Now with this section that I'm creating on the side of my head. As you can see, it doesn't have to be precise at all we're just kind of gathering a portion of hair. That way, we can work in a smaller section and it makes it a lot easier once we get to the fine details as far as parting is concerned. So, let's go ahead, gather up a section that you just created and twist that up onto the top of your head to just get it out of the way and then, of course, what you do to one side you got ta do to the other side. So go ahead and complete those same steps on the other side of your head. Now that we're done with the rough sectioning it's time to go ahead, re wet our hair, and this part right here is kind of confusing, but you're. Just gon na want to start parting. Your hair, in a swoop like motion starting at the middle part and just swooping it back to the back of your head, like that crown area. Again, it's kind of hard to explain. It should look something like this, then just go ahead and twist up that bottom section and go ahead and band to up that top section just again to get it out of the way. I know I did like a really horrible job at explaining that. So if you're, a visual learner just go ahead and look at what I'm doing right here and I hope that helps I really I'm sorry y'all. I tried I again I'm gon na apologize because I'm horrible explaining, but with this partying right here, you're, basically just gon na - create a really thin line underneath the part that you just created on the bottom. I know that was a horrible explanation, but it's gon na look like this. It'S just gon na look like a really thin piece that we just created. That'S the part that we're gon na braid, so all this excess hair that you see me twisting that's pretty much. Just Nolan void: we don't need that hair anymore, so just go ahead and spray. Your hair and I'm gon na go in with the curl enhancing smoothie again from that long and Lux collection, from as I am, and I'm just gon na go ahead and smooth that into my hair really really well. That way, we can go ahead and prep our hair for the braiding portion. As far as the braiding is concerned, I'm just going to go ahead and braid this little section that we just created towards the back of my head again that crown area and if you don't know how to braid, I definitely do have a braid tutorial on my Channel I have that in the description box below and a clickable link up in that right-hand corner. So because I'm really horrible at explaining - and I don't want to confuse you guys with my words. So I'm just gon na shut up and let you guys just pay attention to what I'm doing visually and I'm so sorry, I'm gon na keep apologizing. If this is confusing, I really don't know how to explain it, because it really is really confusing, like I don't have any words for it. It'S just confusing. So visual learners. I got you here, you go so now. You should have two braids on the side of your hair, so just go ahead and take off that top portion, I told y'all. That part did not need to be perfect. It was kind of just like a reference. A guideline now again, the theme wet hair is the way to go so I'm just spraying my hair and I'm gon na prep, my hair with that leave-in conditioner again, as well as that hair smoothie and I'm just gon na work, those into my hair and then Detangle, my hair, very gently just because again this is an old wash and go so there is a little bit of product in my hair, so I definitely want to make sure that I'm being very, very gentle after my hair is all nice and detangled. I'M just gon na go ahead and go in with my bristle brush and start smoothing out that top section. That way, we can get that braid as neat as possible and then again I'm just gon na go ahead and start braiding, my hair straight back, I'm not even gon na lie to you guys. This was very, very difficult to do just because I was working on all the hair and I don't know why, but it was just difficult to do like my hair kept getting tangled. It was rough. It was rough, so I'm not here to lie to y'all. It was a little difficult, but it was definitely definitely worth the struggle that I went through so go ahead and add a little bit of pizzazz to that braid. I'M gon na go in with a little bit of hair jewelry. Now, after that, I'm gon na go ahead and take all my hair back down and we're gon na go ahead and prep the sides of our hair with again that water. The spray bottle, if you guys are interested, is actually a spray bottle from the Curley world, and I will have an Instagram page that you guys can check out down in the description box. If you would like to it's a game. Changer water bottle spray bottles. I love it so much and then I'm just going in with the grow yogurt leaving conditioner again, I'm gon na take my bristle brush and go ahead and smooth that down baby, get it nice and sleek. Now you all know that I only use hair scrunchies. So I'm just making sure that I'm getting that nice and secured make it tight, but not too too tight tight enough to where it's sleek for not breaking your hair. Then I'm gon na go in with a tiny bit of this argan oil, eco styler gel. Just to make sure I get those hair super super laid and slayed hunty and then, of course a look would not be complete without a little bit of baby hair Sledge. I didn't go to to hand with the baby hairs, but again would it really be a sleek ponytail without some laid edges? I don't think so. Then, of course, just to insure that it's super super laid I'm gon na. Take my trusty dusty, scarf. Y'All know I can't I can't do a ponytail without this and just go ahead and wrap my hair up for about five to ten minutes and for the final details. I'M gon na take a little bit of that agave oil again and just start fluffing out that ponytail get all that volume poppin and at that point, go ahead. Remove your scarf and you are good to go. I know that this style is super super random, but I thought it was really cute, so I wanted to go ahead and share it with you guys if you enjoyed it definitely be sure to give it a giant thumbs up and go ahead and subscribe. If you aren't already and just to make sure that you never miss a post go ahead and hit that Bell notification, as always, I love you guys. So much and I'll see you in my next video
