Curly Bun & Curly Puff On Natural Hair

Yeah, it's been a minute in today's video, I'm gon na do a updated puff routine. Lately, I've been doing twist outs, perm rod sets flexi rods, all that jazz and those Styles last, maybe three to four days max. I try to get all the way I can out of those styles, so I try to wear my hair in a certain stuff for an entire week, so around the third or fourth day once my hair starts looking like this a little bit frizzy, but you still Got some curls on the end, but it's just looking Wow. You know I'm saying to wear it. Just like this to work. I go for the puff, so I'm gon na show you guys my updated puff routine and I'm show y'all a few new products to try. It out so you know, get your hair looking back, glassy and fresh. So if you already sit in this video, please keep on watching. So this oil, the natural oil blends trueshot, will miss so far. I'M liking it because it's not giving me like it feels like oil on my hands, but it doesn't feel like it's you're just sitting on top of my hair, which is something that I like in the oil I like when it kind of you know, penetrates my Hair and it's not just sitting on top of my hair, which a lot of oils sometimes do so I just sprayed that across you know my entire head making sure I get the inside as well as the outside, even though the outside will be the only thing Really shown it would seep up, we want to make sure we get the inside, so we're looking moisturize all over next we're gon na use some of the oil moisturizer, and this is like a Holy Grail from back in the day, we all use the pink oil Moisturizer - and this is just a hair lotion and it is like a light pink color. So when using this, if you just slap it on your hair, like this, it's probably gon na be a little bit hard to maneuver and make that color go to what go away initially. So I'm rubbing it between my hands and then I'm gon na just start with the front side and rubbing this into my hair and the reason why we're not detangling or anything like that is because we don't want to disturb any of the curls that we currently Have on the ends of our hair, we just want to moisturize what we got going on, so I don't know if y'all can see, but getting a little bit of moisture added back to the hair as far as how it feels it feels softer than it did Before applying the oil and this moisturizer so we're just trying to again add some more moisture to the hair after is been out for about 3-4 days, and it's been real dry, we got ta, add a little moisture to it. So I'm gon na do the same thing to the back portion of the hair and then into the middle. So now that our hair is moisturized, we're gon na go a little bit further and use the super moisturizing definer, and we're just going to use this. To give our the base of our hair in our edges, like a like a wet curly, look like when you put your wash and go in a ponytail, and it just looks like you just wet your wet a brush and slicked your hair up. That'S what we are gon na do with the edges and for this I'm gon na go ahead and put my hair in a ponytail very loose ponytail just so I can place that product around the edges. So now that we've smooth that product, in which it has a very a very I don't know how to describe this texture, I do like shea butter and coconut oil. I don't know why. But you know my hair. My skin loves shea butter and coconut oil and this product not only smells that I love smells. So I love how this product smells. It smells like it's a very light gentle smell, but, as you can see like my hair, I don't know if y'all can see you on camera, but it just looks moisturize and the curls are starting to wake up a little bit. But before we commit to putting our hair in the pineapple we're gon na pick it out, so this is probably the most important step of this pineapple, because if you want volume and you want height, we got to pick out this fro. So I'm just gon na go here: y'all do the setting my camera cut off while I was doing my baby here, but this is what they're looking like, I added the kiss edge fixer, and this is in the shade dark brown, and sometimes I like adding colored Edge gels or edge controls, because it just makes your baby here so like extra flicky and sometimes like right now on camera. That looks super like about. So what you can do is even brush. You know like this and fill that in, but up close shot. So y'all can check it out, but this is what our big puff is looking like, and I just love it. It'S a great way to extend your twist out your wash and goes your place. You rot sets for another few days. Another thing I like to do, I always like to make sure my baby hears our show when I have the pub instead of pulling it up on my forehead like this, where you can't see the baby hairs, I like to make sure it's back a little bit And then a lot of times I like to kind of tame this and put it in a bun, so I'll take like a hair tie, and this is just a regular hair tie. That'S been kind of really stretched out seamless and I'm just gon na take this and wrap it once and then wrap it twice over and that's gon na give me some height right. But when we look like Cat in the Hat like this, so I'm gon na take one more and we're gon na go around at the base of the bun and that's gon na make the base of the bun a little bit tinier and then make your bun. Look like it's like boom boom BAM like it's just huge, which it is huge. It'S so we love to see. It say I got a little tool in one but yeah. That'S all for this video.
