This video was my most requested on from my previous one so I decided to make it but I'm sorry that I don't really do anything to intricate with my hair.. if you like this one maybe I will make a pt. 2 with some more challenging styles. As I said I'm not a hairdresser so this is where I'm at right now haha.

What'S up you guys welcome back to my channel, my name is Zoe. If you're new here welcome it's nice to meet you today, I'm going to be doing my favorite hairstyles, which was a suggested video from quite a few people in one of my recent videos. So I thought I would show you guys just a little bit of a disclaimer, I'm not a hairstylist, I'm not a hair enthusiast. I hate doing my hair they're a little bit. Um basic. As I said, I'm not a hairdresser. I just kind of do whatever. I know how to do certain things like I am French braid, my hair and all that kind of stuff, but my hair is so long that it's just that's a lot of work to be doing that, so I just do a kind of basic ones. So thank you to everyone who suggested this video. I hope you like it. I hope it's not too boring or anything. I just wanted to show you guys hairstyles, that I really love that I think can be flattering on thin hair. I don't know you guys tell me and let's get into it, so on a day-to-day basis. I don't do anything to my hair. I have had that is fairly long. It goes down to like the top of my butt. I love having long hair. I love everything about it. I feel like I have kind of masculine features. My shoulders are quite broad and my face. I have the doctors told me. I had like a male's Joel or something like it was really long. I don't know, but I would believe it so. My long hair is like the feminine part of me and it's really important to me. I like to keep it out as much as possible, so my standard guru hairstyle, which is not even a half style, it's just it being out, but what I like to do is I bring it forward. I always do that little shake because I feel like it. Fluffs it out like this, and then I will pick aside. I guess this side to like put back so one side forward, one side back and then one behind you know. So this is like my hairstyle. This is, like, I wouldn't say, trademarked, that's kind of stupid because it is just it is what it is. It'S pretty it's. What naturally happens throughout the day. I just ended up putting one side back and then one side behind my ear because I don't have leis so you know if my hat falls in front of my face. It'S quite annoying like this one. So this is my go-to hairstyle okay, so my second favorite hairstyle is another really simple one, but I am throwing it in here because I feel like it's a hairstyle, that a lot of people are afraid of and that's because it is quiet. It'S very what's the word. It'S it's very. Like you'll see, I don't even know what I'm saying it is just a ponytail, but when I do a ponytail I like to get everything out of my face. I'M not in you know, eighth grade anymore. I don't like the rat tails or you know anything like that. I'M I'm fairly simple. I like things clean, so I just put all of my hair back. I might use - and I keep my middle part, but you can do this with a side pod as well. It looks really cool, so I just shake my head back and I make sure that I want it kind of in the middle of the back of my head, like not too far up not too far down like pretty dead central and I use my hands. You can use a hairbrush if your hair is a little more unruly, but mine isn't and I just get. I always use thin hair ties because my hair is then the fat ones. Don'T really do anything, but I do have to tie them like a million times. Okay, so this is the hair style finished, and this is what it looks like it legitimately is just a Orlando Bloom parts of the Caribbean ponytail. I think some of the reason people are afraid of this, including me I used to be when I was younger - is that it does kind of put your facial features front and center, which I don't mind when I'm wearing make up like. I am now it's a little more daunting when I'm not. I really love this with like a bodycon dress or something like that. I think it looks really sleek and cute. So I went my hair like this pretty often okay and for my third hairstyle, it's something a teeny, tiny little bit more advanced and it does involve extensions. You don't have to use extensions. I just do for this hairstyle because my hair is so thin and it's just a tool that I use to get it to be. The way that I want and you'll see why, when I do it, I use these extensions. I'Ve had them for years. I just don't really wear them unless I'm using it in this fashion, they're really long really really long. I can't remember how long they are. I think I want to say, 24 inches or 26. I think the 26. Actually, these are 26. I used to have 30 inch ones, but I quickly realized that that was a little much for every day, so this is going to be a high sleek pony. The way that I like to do it I'm going to look a little weird for a second here, but you got to do what you got to do to get the extensions to be under your hair, so nobody can see it. I make a small little ponytail fast just to get my fingers and I get a little section of hair, so this is going to be where the main part of the ponytail starts. So just using my hairbrush train a little just yeah yeah. That'S me being bald. I'M just going to tie this up to get it out of the way, so a very man, button kind of style back there, and then I grab an extension and basically the circled that it is. I want to make sure that all of the clips are kind of facing it. So if it's on the top it's this way, if it's on the bottom, I will put them upside down so that everything is kind of in a circle facing where the ponytail is going to be, I'm going to do and then the bottom is going to go Upside down like that, okay, so now that I've got all of the extensions and I'm taking my wig little man bun out - oh my god! This is why I should I got ta clip. This is not a funny situation right now. This is why I don't like doing my hair. It'S just like I don't know it makes me frustrated very quickly, okay, so the back of my head looks absolutely psycho right now feels very heavy, like I've got a lot of things going on back there, but now it's time to do the actual. Putting up of the ponytail I just brush it back and typically I'm not even going to lie. I have to be upside down for this hold on okay, so I did my flip to get Harold together and then I just get my hairbrush and decide if I mess up the extensions just, do it a little lightly and make sure everything smooth and now I Just keep pushing it back and tighten it okay. So now that I have the ponytail up and you can see the hair tie, I'm not really about seeing the hair tie it in this style. So I like to put a tiny bit of hair from the ponytail around it. So just grab a tiny little chunk from the side and keep going around just making like a little fake head and with a bobby pin. I just push it and there you go so this is usually how I would wear it if I was just wearing it on like a regular day or something, but for the sake of it, I'm going to use my colored spray, my Bumble and Bumble spray so That you guys can see cuz. You know a lot of people. Don'T like this. I honestly don't mind it. I'Ve lived most of my life with thin hands, so I really it really doesn't bother me, but I know it can bother some other people just shake it. As usual and spray, so I just sprayed it it's not perfect, but I would go out this way. I'M not going to play hair spray. Just because you know once you apply, it has spread to a ponytail or even just have a ponytail that's game over until you wash it had the next time. Oh I'm not going to do that, but that is how I would finish it just to get a more clean sleek, but this is the ponytail I do like whippin it around. It is quite long because of the hair extensions, and sometimes I will just grab like a tiny piece from the side and keep it at the front in case. I am feeling particularly boyish that day, but this is another hairstyle that I would wear and for my final hairstyle is literally just pushing it back thoroughly, tucking it behind my ears. So, although kind of daunting from the front from the side, I really like how this one looks, I think it this looks clean put together. This is another one of those hairstyles that puts your face front and set on, so you have to be prepared for something like that. I don't do it all the time and sometimes I will put bobby pins in there just to keep it but yeah. So I'm super sorry if this video wasn't much of anything. It really was just me telling you how I like to wear my hair. I really do want to encourage you guys to try some of the methods where your hair is kind of out of your face. When I was younger, I was a little bit of a scene Queen. I had hair all over my face and I didn't realize at the time and of course it was a trend, so you know those other reasons behind it. Human, do tend, to subliminally kind of you know, hide, and you know I didn't realize that how was part of that, but it is, you know sometimes when you go out into public and you feel a little bit awkward you'll, you know have your hair kind of, Like that, but for me I've found that doing my makeup and pushing everything back like that. It can make your face, look, slimmer and it just makes you look really confident. It highlights the features that you have and you do have features you know beautiful highlights. Everybody has something special about their face, so you should definitely show it off and the confidence will make you look absolutely gorgeous. So I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I am in the process of making another one. That'S going to take a little bit more time, but that will be up next week, so I'm pretty excited about that. I just wanted to make something for you guys. This video had been requested a lot, and another thing that I want to say is that if you follow me on instagram, you might have seen in my story. I'Ve been really excited lately. This has been a really amazing week for me, I'll pause chewing my thin to thick hair transformation. Video has really been doing well YouTube. I try so hard to keep up with the comments and to reply to every single one, and I think I'm doing pretty good at that. I'M still replying now, it's it's been a blast talking to you guys and feeling like a sense of community. I love that we're like a tiny little community now and I feel, like I just made a bunch of new friends. I don't know it's just been really cool, so I did want to make this video to say that also, I want to say a genuine thank you. I hope we grow not just I have, but I hope we grow as a family, and we can be that for each other. I adore how nice everyone is to each other, and I just want to keep it a really positive space. Irma :: I also have thin hair but my hair is curly and they both have very different “rules”. For example the hair tie, for thin hair you use a thin tie but for curly you use a thick one. It’s very frustrating but I’m slowly learning my hair : )

Lilly B: Hi Zoe, new subbie here. I really love your videos, you seem so down to earth, genuine, and super pretty to boot! I too have very thin hair, and long like yours -- past my waist. My trick is to use Tarte's hair and eyebrow powder, take a cheap eyeshadow brush (I use Elf C brush) and cut the tip of the brush flat, and fill in the sparse areas of my hair part. I take tissue and remove the excess on my hairline and on the top of my head. Also, my twin swears that using a large paddle brush (she gave me one from aveda) and stimulating your scalp by brushing, pretty firmly, a good 50+ times, has helped her hair get thicker. Keep up the good work, I plan to follow you on IG as well!

I can't make ANY ponytail, because bald spots around me face are so awful :( I know you said you want to have long hair but cutting them even a little bit will help – they just too heavy and fall down under their own weight. I do not like short hair (mine are to to arms) but when I cut just few cm, they instantly started looking better. Just something to think about for you.
