Hey for this video, I'm gon na do something that's a little bit out of my comfort zone, I'm doing for long hairstyles. I haven't really done a video like this before I did a hair dyeing video and I've done like a hair care routine, but I've never actually shown you like how I style my hair. I know my hair isn't the longest. Last year I got it cut. Quite short, and it used to be super super long and then every short and now I'm actually growing it out again. I think I'm just going to grow. My hair then cut it then grow. It then cut it and then just keep doing that my whole life. So I've got every single length of hair cell so to get my hair super long for the purpose of this video, I've acquired the help of some hair extensions. Recently, a company called hair factory shop. Cody ek got in touch with me and asked me if I wanted to review some hair extensions for them. I know that sponsored videos are a very controversial topic. I totally get it. I understand because I hate it when people just you know, get paid to do. Video and they just promote anything and everything whether they've tried it or not, and they like it or not, and it's really obvious, I think when you can tell if someone's done that, so I want to keep my channel as honest as I possibly can. You will never see like a fake video from me. I will never promote something that I'm not really really happy with and that I really really like. I just won't do it, because I'm not that kind of person, so whenever a company gets in touch with me, I like to do a lot of research on it, see if it's something that I want to go ahead with most of the time. It'S not in fact, until now I've never done a page. Full video I've had a lot of opportunities to there's been nothing so far that I've liked enough to promote as a paid-for video. So you can rest in the knowledge that anything that I promote now or in the future will be something that I really really like, and I want to recommend to you all so when I was emailing back and forth with the guy from the website. One of the things that I was a bit worried about was whether they would match my hair color properly, because I've got a kind of balayage highlighted hair. So it's like three different colors at the moment. So I was a bit like concerned because I know your hair extensions are all one color or most of the time anyway, and so he said not to worry I'll. Send you a color ring, and that's this little thing. So this is just basically a sample of each of the hair colors that they do. They do twelve different colors, the ones that match my had the best were these two, so twelve and eight, and they matched at the bottom of my hair the best and he ended up sending me both of those colors in the hair. Extensions in 22 inch length. So I was so grateful for that. So these are the clip in hair extensions that I was sent and they are both 22 inches so super long. So, with these hair extensions, you get to four clips to three clips to two clips and 4-1 clips for you to use the best thing about these hair extensions, in my opinion, is the fact that you don't compromise on the quality, but the price is really really Affordable, they start 19 pounds 24, the 15 inch hair extensions and they go up to 31 pounds 54. The 22 inch. The quality is amazing: it's a hundred percent human hair. They are remy hair, which means that it's all natural hair and it's just been cut like as a ponytail. So all the cuticles are like the same, and if anyone is looking to buy some hair extensions, maybe as a gift for themselves or if I just want a bit of added thickness to their hair or something I do have a discount code for the website, which Is those rosy days so just pop that in at the checkout and you can get a percentage off so I'm gon na try and put in these hair extensions, bearing in mind I've, never put them in before I've never needed hair extensions. My hair is super thick already. It'S ridiculous, I'm gon na turn around and I'm gon na do this without and there I bet, there's gon na be loads of you screaming at the camera that I'm doing it wrong, but I just want to see how easy they are to put in when I've. Never done it before so before I started. I watched one video on how to put in hair extensions, so this is all still very fresh to me, but I just brushed through my hair and separated it off, and I put one of the four clip extensions into the lower section of my hair, very close To my hairline, then I just separated off a section above and put in the other four clip extensions, and I just kept doing that around the whole of my head with the rest of the first set of extensions, and I was really pleased with how they went In I thought they went in really easily so I've now got them in and obviously my hair looks a lot more volume eyes, which is a great thing, but i do really like them. It definitely makes me want my long hair back. So i'm gon na go straight into the first hairstyle. This is also what the extensions look like from the back if anyone was interested, so the first step is to put your hair in a low ponytail. This was a lot harder to do with a small hair bubble, because I had so much hair after I've. Put in the extensions next thing you want to do is just make a little diamond shape with your hands and make a gap at the back of your head. Then you just want to slide your ponytail underneath kind of twist it upside down and underneath the hole that you made, then you cannot pull out the bits that you've just twisted and making it look a little bit looser and a little bit more. You know bedhead, then I just pulled out some sections from the front to frame my face, and that is it. This is probably the second easiest hairstyle I do myself other than a regular ponytail. It just dresses a bit more. I think so. The second hairstyle I'm gon na do is I'm just gon na take a section from the middle of my head on the top and then just section off pieces from the back. I'M gon na backcomb each piece and then that'll give me a bit more volume for what I'm about to do next. So the next stage is to take everything that you've just been working with and put it into a small ponytail at the very top of your head and then pull it really tight. This kind of looks like the ariana grande style of hair. You know the one that she always has kind of like that. That'S what it reminds me of so. The next thing I want to do is just take a section from the underneath side of my ear and I'm gon na take about two inches of hair and make that into a little plat and tie it with a clear elastic it just kind of makes. It look a bit different and something more than just the average kind of ponytail on top of the head. Look that a lot of people wear so I'm gon na pull out my parts to make them look a bit looser because that's how I like my hair to look rather than super neat and that's it for this look again really easy, but Rinku for my third Hairstyle, I'm gon na do something that I don't really do ever, but I really liked it when I tried it. I'M gon na take a top section of my hair, like I did for the last look and backcomb the whole thing and then smooth over the top. So that you don't get any frizz, I'm then gon na gather it all into a quiff, a big volumizer, quiff and secure that with some hair grips. I'M then going to accessorize the look with this headband, which I got off eBay. It'S just a Paisley headband, but it's got wire in it. So it's really easy to tie you just twist it around twice and it looks like a little bow and I just think this is so much easier than your average. You know headscarf headband kind of thing. I really love this looks. I just think it's kind of vintage II and looks a bit. You know 1940s, and it's really not something that I would usually go for. So it was really nice to try something different for my fourth look: I am going to curl my hair. So first of all I just separate it in half. I always do this. It just makes my life a whole lot easier and I'm going to use my one inch barrel curler. I think that's one inch anyway and I'm going to use that all the way around my head. I was so impressed with the way that these extensions looked in. My hair after it was all curled. I think it looked so nice and really natural and I just loved it. So I think I'll be curling. These extensions a lot more whenever I wear them so for this hairstyle, I'm gon na take three sections from the front of my hair and I'm gon na French plat. It don't worry if you don't get this first time. It took me so long to learn how to French plat my hair, but you want to start off with really small pieces to get this look. So it really is just practice, but my best tip is probably that you just start platting like a normal plot, and then you take a strand from the front and then you bring it underneath and attach it to the part. That'S underneath everything that's kind of the best way I can describe it. I mean it's better if you just watch honestly, it's you pick it up. If you watch it and you practice, so it's really hard to describe how to do it without actually doing it yourself. If that makes any sense, but if you watch other YouTube, tutorials they're, probably more in-depth than what I can explain - I'm really but explaining things like this, but this is how I do it anyway. I hope it kind of helps by watching, but if it doesn't then sauce so then, once I finished that I just plucked it normally and tied it off with a hair bubble for now just to secure it, and then I bought it over to the front and Because it's really thin and your strands are really small. You should have some hair underneath that you can back home for some volume, which means that your plat will stand up a little bit on top of your head, which is what you want so once you've done. That you can release the bubble and kind of pinch everything together and push it forward to make a little mini quiff. Then you can secure it with some hair grips and that should stay nicely in place. I like to backcomb the sides of my hair as well, because this look looks best when it's really bouncy and big. You can leave that as it is down. I think it's really nice like this, but if you wanted an alternative or if you're going on a night out - and you want your hair out of your face or something I like to tie it up as well so for the ponytail version of this look, I Took out the hair extensions just because I'm not that comfortable with putting them in as a ponytail, yet I don't have to do that. So I need more practice. So I just put my hair up in a high ponytail and rearrange the grips so that that all stayed nicely in place. They also like to sometimes take a hairbrush and spray on some batiste, volumizing, dry, shampoo and then just backcomb, the ponytail, which gives then even edgier. Look. I really love this hairstyle just because I think it looks really pretty and put together both ways. So that's it for this video.
