Hey guys so for today's video i want to do a part two of some wedding guest hairstyles. So i have my brother-in-law's wedding coming up in colorado and i need a hairstyle. I, like the hairstyles, that i did in part one if you haven't seen it below i'll link it right here or i will link it in my description box and you can watch it, but i want something a little different. I think the hairstyles i'm going to show in this video are the ones that i'm narrowing narrowing it down to. So you guys be the judge, i'm actually going to show you guys the dress that i bought, i'm going to try it on real quick. It is so beautiful um and i can't wait to wear it so yeah, let's go ahead and get started here is the dress. Hopefully you can don't mind the baby. Hopefully you can see it has little slit details, i'm 5'4. So i love that it's not like super long um. It does have like a v-neck i'm going to have to use some like tape right here. Tighten that up it does have like a little tie, and it's just so pretty. It comes in like a million different colors, so watching me the whole time. Aren'T you you're gon na come get the camera okay, so for the first hairstyle i'm going to do an updo hairstyle, it's going to be a really easy. Updo! Oh got hair in my mouth, so first thing i'm just going to do is section off the top of my hair. So i'm just going to put this up into a clip with the hair. That'S not clipped up, i'm just going to put it into a ponytail and then tie it with the clear elastic. Now i'm going to take that ponytail, i'm going to twist it and i'm just going to begin wrapping that twist around itself to form a bun. So as i'm twisting it, i'm inserting bobby pins, so here i am twisting it inserting bobby pins, twisting it around the bun inserting bobby pins. So it creates this really pretty like spiral and then, when i get to the end, i'm just tucking it up. Underneath the bun and bobby pinning it and then i'm stretching it out and now i'm letting down the rest of my hair and we're going to divide it into three sections. So i'm going to have a section on the right, a section on the left and a section in the middle. So you can see here here's my section on the right. Here'S my section on the left, i'm going to take that middle section, just kind of smooth it out and i'm just going to twist it one time and then i'm going to just kind of tug on the twist a little bit create some volume up at the Top and then bobby pin it right at the top of the bun and then just do the same exact step so begin. Twisting your hair bobby pinning it wrapping it around the bun, twisting your hair bobby, pinning it wrapping it around the bun. Once you get towards the ends, just kind of tuck it somewhere, i'm tucking it under that second layer and just bobby pinning it now with our right section, we're going to twist it away from our face and then we're just going to begin tugging on it. So just kind of pulling it down a little bit and then we're going to take it over the second layer just over the top and begin bobby, pinning it into place and then again twisting it bobbing it bobby pinning it into place just around that second layer. Now and yeah just doing the same steps so then take your left side do the same thing just give it a twist and then kind of pull on it tug on it and then just take it around the top of that third one we just did bobby. Pin it twist, it bobby, pin it twist it. So it's really the same steps you're just doing it over and over and then once you get towards the ends again just kind of figure out a place where you can kind of tuck it in and hide it and then make sure you bobby pin it. And now here i am just kind of perfecting things so again, just kind of stretching pieces out where there's gaps pinching and pulling the top for texture. I'M also going to pinch and pull the bun for some texture too, make it appear a little bit fuller, and that is really it okay, so here's the first hairstyle i really like this one. I like the volume that it gives. I, like that, it's out of my face, i don't have to worry about you know getting sweaty or my curls falling and it honestly pains me to have to take out these hairstyles because they're so pretty, but yeah we're going to take this out and do another One so here's this one, so this is the updo that i did in this video and i'm seriously obsessed with it. I think it is so pretty i don't know, but i, like the other hairstyles too, so i'm really torn. Let me know what you think of this one, but i think this one is gorgeous, so our next hairstyle is going to be like a topsy tail hairstyle. So we're just going to take a section of hair in the middle of our head. Tie it off with the clear elastic, tighten it pull on the sides and then just kind of pinch and pull at the top for some texture. Now we're taking a small section of hair from our left and right side and bringing one of the sections all the way over to the opposite side, tie it off with a clear elastic and then do a topsy tail. So just flip it up through that little hole that you created and then tighten it and then just kind of fan it out so pinch and pull it so again. Take two sections on each side. Bring one section over to the other side. Tie it off with a clear elastic, you'll, create a hole and then you'll just flip, that ponytail up through that hole and then tighten it and pinch and pull so. You just keep repeating this all the way down. It'S super simple and it kind of gives it like a boho type feel so you just want to repeat that all the way down, so you are going to use a lot of elastics, which it's not my favorite, but it does make for a cute hairstyle. So you'll notice, once your hair starts getting towards the end. You can't really take it over to the opposite side, so you're just going to do it down the middle and do it down as far as you can and now, with some hair that i left out in the front, i'm just going to take a topsy tail And then just pull it through to kind of make it a little bit more wispy and whimsical, and then i'm just going to kind of fan it out. So just pancake it pinch and pull so it's a little bit thicker pinch and pull at the top. For some texture, here's this hairstyle - i love this one. I love how like wispy and messy it is. You can wear it in the back or you can pull it over your shoulder like mine, so here's this one. Let me know what you think: do you like this one, or do you like one two or three, this one's? Definitely the messiest of the three okay, so that was hairstyle number two now for the last one, we're going to do a half up, half down hairstyle! So we have the updo. We have like the hair in the back and now we're doing a half up, half hair down step. Now we're doing a half up, half hair, now we're doing a half up hairstyle. So i'm going to turn around and show you this one. So this last one is really simple: it's definitely beginner friendly, so take a section in the middle of your head, just tie it off with the clear elastic and then pull out the sides on the right side of your head. You'Re just going to put your fingers up through a little opening that you're going to create and then you're going to take a section from the opposite side and then just pull that section of hair through and then you're going to bobby. Pin it underneath and then with the opposite side, again you're going to create a hole with your fingers and then you're going to take a section of hair, wrap it underneath that section that we just did and then pull it through that hole and then again make Sure that you bobby pin it to secure it, so you can see we kind of need to do some playing around with it. So i'm just kind of stretching and pulling out these sides here, just to kind of fill in those gaps that you can see. So here i am just kind of pulling that hair down and it creates a really beautiful look and it hides that gap that you can see there so just kind of play with your hairstyle until you are happy with it and then at the top of my Head i'm just pinching and pulling like. I always do to create some texture and some volume and then i'm going to show you guys what it looks like and so here's our half up, half down hairstyle here's what it looks like in the front and i'll turn around and show you what it looks Like in the back, so this hairstyle is really great. It took me less than five minutes to do it's the quickest and the simplest of the three. So that is it you guys. Thank you. So much for watching, don't forget to like subscribe leave, a comment. Let me know which one was your favorite one, two or three, i'm honestly torn. I have no idea which one to wear, so i will leave it up to you guys. Thank you for watching mwah, bye,

BinaBecker: #1 is stunning. And so practical, too!

Bonita Hirst: I attended a wedding reception yesterday evening and did the number 1 style on my hair THANK YOU for sharing these gorgeous styles with us and for taking the time to show and explain them so beautifully

・oldfashionedfireseeker・abbym: I'm late, but these are so cute! Makes my day seeing your gorgeous hairstyles, Lainey! Number 2 is my favorite! <3

Tayla Dale: I love the bun! It is super cute x

Mrs Rawc: I’m absolutely in love with the 2 look! Honestly it was love at first sight as when I saw it in the thumbnail I knew I needed to learn how to do this! Both 1 & 3 are beautiful but 2 is gorgeous wowza! Edited because I’m a dumby and accidentally stated in last sentence that 3, instead of 2, was gorgeous

laurenlaughren: Love hairstyle #1 and absolutely love your dress!!!

Mandi Wolfe: I love #1 on you, but I think I will be doing the #2 style on myself. I think it will look super cute with my waist-length curls, especially if I add in some pearls or rhinestone twists randomly. Thanks for always having the best ideas with the easiest step by step directions for us to do on ourselves. Very appreciated! Most show how to do on someone else and that's not as helpful, lol

Arras10: I like #3 the best! Quick and looks great

Hannah Baldwin: Number 1! I love you videos. I am going to do you 4 section twist updo for my friends wedding next week. I have tried it a couple of times and get so many complements on it x

lyndsey thompson: All the hairstyles looked beautiful. I’m actually thinking of doing number 3 on my daughter for her holy communion, it’s looks easy enough… even for me

Charu Shekhar: I love the topsy tail braid!

Manon Aubert: No 1 for sure, it look very elegant and should keep you neck free and fresh. :) Enjoy the Wedding! Thank you for all the hair styles you sharing with us!

Ku Ku: #1 looks great, especially with your dress. #2 looks too painful to undo afterwards, #3 is quick and easy. Thank you for another video, as always I'm stealing something to do for the office

Sharla Hillis: I love them all but am partial to the first one. Thought it looked the best with your dress and looked elegant and classy but still very modern (boho).

Anna Tiernan: All 3 styles are very pretty but the first one is gorgeous! You look so beautiful in your dress, and I am always happy to see an adorable baby!

Kristie Lent: all three are really pretty. I am partial to the first one because I love buns and it looked the best with your dress and is very classy looking while still being easy to do. The third one was really pretty as well and could be quick and easy if you were running late! It would look really pretty with some soft ringlet curls too. I was trying to remember where I had seen #2 before and I think it is similar to one I saw Hope wear recently on Bold and the beautiful at a wedding...lol so it is possible that its a very popular style atm.

Sherri Duby: These are beautiful and simple. Always looking for new wedding and prom styles. Great job Thanks

Jessie H: I LOVE the topsy tail "braid". It's beautiful and boho looking, but still elegant (Yes a lot of elastics, but worth it.... I'd be pulling those out of my hair for days lol). The first one is beautiful too- very voluminous ❤️

Rowan Manchester: Number 1 is my fave! Congrats on 170k subs! Love your videos. Could you also do a wedding makeup video?

terri conner: #2 for sure! It goes with your dress best plus looks great pulled to the side for pictures.

Kathleen B: They are all beautiful, but I vote for #1. You loved them all, but your heart really seemed to be with the first one, so my vote goes where *your* heart is. Also, your dress is gorgeous, as are you. So excited for your family’s big day. ❤️

illa illa: That first one looks sooo amazing!!

Laura Hayner: I love all of them. I am going to try them on my hair. My vote is # 1. It looks more fancier for a wedding. It also goes well with your dress. Seriously all of the 3 would go well. You are a beautiful women. Once you do your makeup and put on your dress. You will be beautiful with any of the hair styles Have fun ❤❤

Cheri Ives: I love #3. I'm a beginner and just learning to use Topsy Tails.

Melissa English: Love them all but I'm leaning towards #1 so pretty!

Rhoda Edwards: They all look lovely but definitely prefer number 1. Your dress is stunning

Rachel Naylor: I love them all, but I think that the first one will be the best for the wedding x

Trudy Wolstenholme: First one was so elegant! Definitely a winner and goes with the dress

Vanessa RF: Absolutely torn in between 3 of them but personally loved the first and last one ♥️

Sea Mikki: My vote is #1! Besides being the most beautiful, it's the most practical with this heat!

Autumn Owen: I love them all but #1 is my fav!

Gina Galluccio: I love the 2nd style, boho braid-thing, but taking it down with all those elastics! Must be a PITA - how do you do it? Thanks! All three styles look gorgeous on you and I think if I were going to pick one for a wedding guest, it'd be the first one. That is very pretty!

Stxrry Sara ⭐⭐: I loved it!!! Can you please do a tutorial on hairstyles for short hair?

Brit Alyson: Omg thank you!! I desperately need a video like this. My brothers wedding is a little over a month away so I need hair inspiration! Plus still a dress, eek...bt I love #1. I'm actually going to try that one and see if I like it.

Angel Sohan: I recently found your channel & have become obsessed!! You make doing hair look so easy. I am struggling with twisting the hair like you do and pulling on the twist. Every time I do it I lose the twisted part closer to my head. How do you keep it from doing that?

Alison Thomson: Definitely the first one, so pretty!!

Kiersten Judy: Definitely the first 1! It gets it all up and out of the way and as the day goes on it will just look more pretty as it loosens a little bit! It’s so elegant!!

The Bookworms Nook: I really love the first style.

Michelle Neuman: They are all pretty! For me I like the half up and half down. My hair is way too thick to have it all up. Have fun at the wedding in my beautiful state!

Bonita Hirst: All of them are gorgeous, but probably number 1 as it is so very elegant and will keep you feeling cool with all that dancing I'm sure you'll be doing

Stacy Staudt: Omg that dress looks incredible on you! I love everything about it! Your hairstyles are always amazing! So I have a question…I just cut about 7 inches of my hair off…it is now just above my shoulders but when I leave it curly it’s even shorter. Do you have any cute ideas about how to put it up? I have been doing my Princess laya buns but I am 45 and don’t want o look ridiculous! Help!

Samantha Chung: #2 is my favorite. I also liked #2 worn on the side as well on you. You're gonna look so pretty that day! Good job way to go! Thanks for sharing. Can we see pictures of you that day?

Jennifer Harrington: #updo is my favorite! #halfup would be my second choice but if you plan to dance a lot might not make it all night, and #topsytail is ok, but the other 2 look way nicer in my opinion

Heidi Alvarez: My favorite is #1! I will be trying them all

M Hastings: so pretty, all of them!

Brie B: Man this is tough…. I like the idea of the second laying towards the front ( great for pictures), but since you have thick highlighted hair, the first one is my pick! ❤️ Have fun!

Helen Bunter: Number 1 for me. I can't imagine taking number 2 out with all those elastics and the matting that goes with it.

BlissfulHeartsFarm1: They are all great! I loved 1

StrawBearie: #1! The bun looks so big with all the wraps.

Cindy Marcelaud: I like #1. It's so beautiful, so elegant..

Kellye Huff: You have absolutely NO idea how much your vids mean to me I’ve always thought that I could fix my hair, and back in the day I guess I could. But now, I have layers and my hair is kinda thick too. Any suggestions? I will say though, I’ve gotten sooooooo many compliments on one of the styles you showed us!!!! It was the hair up/down one. QUESTION!!!!! How do you know soooo many amazing hairstyles???? Holy heck mama!!!!!

Partayfox Fox: Tysm! I am going to use these for school, which starts tomorrow for me ✨

Елена Юрикова: Such a beautiful person you are! Hair, face, nice personality

7027CATHY: All are beautiful hairstyles and they all suit you and you look gorgeous. Your dress is beautiful with a mystical colour of green, so with that I like either N.O. 1 or 2, they both have a boho vibe, but 1 has an elegant touch to it as well. Depends on the weather and what hairstyle you are drawn to. N.O. 3 is beautiful, but I could see it with a dress with thin straps. If it's going to be a hot day maybe N.O. 1 would be better, since you have long hair. ❤️

Hermine Nazari: You look great in all. My favorite is 1 and 2

Melissa Kingon: Number 1 and number 3 are my faves. I think number 1 looks best with that dress though

Ulrike Trautmann: Ah another cute one! I think no 1 is the best. Watch out not to be prettier than the bride

Ilsa Galvin: I like them ALL!!! How ever if I had to pick Only one... Number 1 !!! It was very elegant!

Rell: Number 1 is too gorgeous go with that. Though I am excited to try 2!

Lacey Fontenot: They are all beautiful but with your dress 1 or 2 depending on how fancy the wedding is. 1 if the wedding is really fancy or more casual (so either). 2 if it's semi fancy/casual.

ana juarez: Wow...pretty an easy...thank you.

Karen J: I definitely think the first one. Much more elegant and goes with the style of the dress better to me. The others are pretty but more of a casual style.

Pink P: I love the 1st one!!

kathy Malia: I love 2 ❤️! Thank you

xiomara s: For me, number 1 is the most elegant especially with the neckline of your dress. It looks Grecian.

Kelly Dukepoo: I love 1 & 3. Actually I'm torn too. But 1 I liked best. With some dangling earrings, not too long and a necklace. I would put more focus on the hair and dress. Beautiful dress by the way. You're beautiful!

Yvetta Llanas: I love them all but I really like the first one.

Ayla Lord: All are so beautiful, but #1 for the wedding.

Delia Michalski: I guess I don’t agree with most people! I actually gasped at look number two because it’s so fabulous! Number one is pretty but common. Whereas number two I could see people just staring at you wondering how you accomplished that

Mrs. Marks: The dress is beautiful and perfect for you. I like number 1 and 2 the most.. and am kind of leaning towards number 2. It seems a bit more whimsical and mystic.. which would add to the allure of your dress, I think. It all suits you well. I guess wait and see what the weather might be and base your decision on that. Been rather hot and humid in the Midwest lately. Safe travels.. Happy wedding celebration!

jamie p.: 1 or 3, it depends on if you want your hair up.or down that day! But they were all great!

Jeanine da Gama: 1 and 3. 3 is more stunning for a wedding

Abi Johnson: gosh you ash hair colour is just so beautiful and also you are amazing. doing all of this without looking?!??!!?

Luella Ruhter: #1 I thought that one is the best, very pretty for a wedding

Jayci Black: Your hair is corroborative!! My hair doesn't really do what I want it too all the time. Any tips?

Lisa Gannon: I like #1 thought it looked good with that pretty dress. Your such a beauty of your own.

Carmen Da Silva: Love your dress, I’m new in your Chanel and I love what you do with your hair amazing. Do u mind telling me where you got your dress? Love it.

Michelle Moody: Number 1 to go with your dress, they are all gorgeous though.

Christina: Number 1 is definitely my favorite

Joanne O'Bright: I am all about having hair out of my face but I really like the looks of 2 and 3. I also have a wedding coming up. Is it better for your hair to be curled? I have shoulder length hair. Thank you for sharing.

lynn phillips: 1 was my favorite but I really liked number 3 also

Julia Wiggs: 1 and 2 are my favs. 3 is still beautiful tho!

A Warnke: The first one is my favorite.

Patrizia Pacetti: Splendid!!!!

Ailsa Basham: Definitely the 1st up do x x

Elena Vremes: Красавица

Norma Agnew: i love 1 its so cute.xxxx

Katherine Klevenow: I like the first and third hairstyles best. Out of those 2 no. 1 is the winner

Leslie Anderson: I think they were all pretty but #1 is the best.

Machaela Ailene: I love #2 the best

Nana C In Texas: I like #1 best!

Anna atkinson: Where did you get the dress ? Doing family photos and that dress would be perfect so beautiful

leanne De Bruyn: “Section your hair into 3 parts (excluding one ponytail)” me……I have one ponytail and 3 strands of hair left to section…. There is not enough HAIR ON MY HEAD.. Anyone else?

𝐓𝐨𝐜𝐚 𝐄𝐥𝐥𝐞: Oo!!this is gonna be great!!

Blerina Ndoka: ❤️❤️

Nona Bardin: Like 1 and 2 but 2 is my fav!!! I have LONG (to my butt) hair. It's a pain to put in a bun!

taylor coleman: 2nd is my fav!!

Klára Allyson: Hello :) I just came here to watch your video and I love it :) I've just uploaded a new vlog if you'd like to check it out :-) Have a wonderful day :)

Stellina: The first one, but I can never bobby pin anything in place right. Can you come to my house and do it for me? LOL (j/k) Thanks for the video.

Julie Blackman: #1 for sure!!
