Hello, everyone in this week's video, I'm gon na, be showing how to draw three boy hairstyles. So, let's get started. I made this template for this tutorial. If you'd like to use this for practice, you can download it from my tumblr page link in the description. First, we'll mark the point where the hair is flowing from then I jaw curvy lines flowing from that point. I make the students wide at the top and they get thinner towards the tip with this hairstyle. The hair is combed forward towards the face. Now I'm going to sketch some lines around the head, the hair has volume so there's quite a bit of space between the head and the hair. I add little strands at the hair part to make it more interesting. I make the outer edge spike out at some parts to give it more of a hair texture. I add some smaller strands where the hair parts there are a little too short here I make them longer later. I try to make sure the gaps in between the hair. Don'T go past the hairline. When the hair goes over the ears, it tends to flare out a little. The hair by the neck is pretty long. I start by drawing the line for the hair. I make it go out more on the sides. This hairstyle is long on the top, but the underside is shaved, so there isn't much hair by the neck. The hair part is in the middle, the hair goes up, so we can see the underside of the hair. I add little lines to help it look like hair. I try to draw them in the direction the hair is flowing. This hairstyle isn't a spiky as the last one. I use a lot of soft curving lines when drawing hair. I often draw larger strands of hair and then it breaks the large trend into smaller strands by adding more lines for the part in the middle. I draw some curvy lines heading to both sides of the head. I try to make the lines line up with the strands of hair. I do earlier. I had a few small girls by the neck. I add a little bit of shading to the under part of the hair and at the part, this hairstyle is long on the top and shaved on the sides. I start by drawing some students that are combed back, since the hair is combed up and back. We are able to see the underside of some of the strands. I kind of imagine the hair flowing from the hairline. Like a fan, I have some strands overlap. Others I had strands where I feel like they are needed and add shading to the under part of the hair. The strands in the middle go more up and back the strands on the left kind of wrap around the head. Sorry, my hair is in the frame. The back part of the hair is come downwards, so it's not super spiky. I had little minds to the side of the hair to give it some texture. Thank you all so much for watching this video.
