Hello, everyone, i'm ava and welcome back to delightful dolls. Today, i'm super excited because i'm gon na be showing you how to do six awesome and cute hairstyles for your dolls. I'Ve done three similar videos like this in the past, make sure you check those ones out. As well, but i'm just super excited for this new kind of setup i have and for this video in general, so let's just get right on into it before i get started with any hairstyle, i always like to give the doll's hair a good brush through first. I just have this mini doll brush and now that we've brushed through her hair. I also want to mention that throughout the video i'll be using these clear elastics that are perfect for doll, hairstyles, they're, pretty small and it's nice, how they're clear i have a huge pack here and i just got this from amazon. So these are super helpful. So now, let's actually start the first hairstyle. This one is super simple, but super cute as well. To start off. I just take two small sections from the front of the doll's head, as you can see. For me, this doll has some blonde highlights in the front. So i'm just using these as the little sections, but of course, if your doll didn't have little highlights, you just grab the normal color of hair into small sections about this size, and then all you're going to want to do is simply braid. These two pieces, then, once you get to the end of the braid, tie it with a little clear elastic and then i'm going to repeat that with the other piece as well and overall. I think this is just a really cute and simple hairstyle to do on your dolls, and i particularly really like how it looks with the blonde highlights, but it would really look good without the highlights as well for this next hairstyle, i'm gon na grab all the Hair near her face, and then i'm gon na bring that hair to the back of her head and then i'm gon na tie that in a ponytail, then i'm grabbing a another elastic and then i'm gon na tie it a little bit below where i just tied. The first one, then, i'm gon na take the little piece of hair between the two elastics and kind of pull on it to make it poof out to kind of give it a bubble, shape. I'M gon na repeat that last step again with another elastic a little bit lower than the last one and then just like before i'm going to poof out the little piece of hair in between once again and then i'm going to repeat that one more time with The last little bit of hair left so now the hair has this kind of bubbly look to it and i think that's super cute. I think overall, it's definitely a really fun and kind of unique hairstyle. Okay, this next hairstyle is going to be super cute. I start by grabbing a section from the top of the doll's head like that, and then i'm gon na take that piece and i'm going to braid it. So it goes in the direction behind her head and the braid doesn't have to be very long either. I'M gon na grab the rest of the hair from the front of her face and pull it near the back of her head and then i'm gon na tie together the braid, along with the two pieces of hair we just pulled to the back, so it should Look something like this so then, with this mini ponytail, i'm going to twirl it around and then form it into a bun shape. I take an elastic and i'm going to put that over the little bun and hold that in place, and i do think that looks super cute, especially with the look of the braid going up to the bun. I think that's just a really cute. Look. I'M not gon na lie. It looks a little messy from the side of her hair and the back, but for this hairstyle, let's just say it's more about the look from the front anyways for this next one you're going to want to make sure that your doll's hair is parted down the Center of her head and then on one side of her part, i'm going to grab all the hair from the front of her face and i'm going to pull it back near the crown of her head. But before i actually tie anything in place, i'm going to grab out a little piece of hair near the top of her head and i'm going to leave that hanging down her face like that. And now i'm going to tie this piece in a ponytail near the crown of her head and then i'm going to repeat that on the other side of the doll's head and it's important to make sure that the piece is about the same size as the one. On that side again take out a little piece of hair on this side. Overall, i'm really happy with how this hairstyle looks, and i hope you guys, like it too, okay, so for this next one i'm going to grab all of her hair and pull it up to the top of her head and then i'm going to tie that into A high ponytail, so now i'm going to grab a little piece of hair from the bottom of her ponytail and just kind of put that off to the side. Then, with the rest of the hair, i'm going to twist it and start forming it into a bun shape, and then i'm going to use an elastic to hold that in place. Then, with this piece we saved in the beginning, i'm going to braid it and then i take it and wrap it around in the front of the bun. Then, in the back, i'm going to tie the braid together with this leftover hair here to hold it in place and that's this hairstyle all completed. It is just a bun with a braid going around it and i know it's simple, but i think it is once again just really cute. We can't really see the same for the back of the doll's head, though it's definitely not too pretty in the back, but this is another one of those hairstyles. That is mainly just for the looks in the front and now for the last hairstyle, which is definitely one of my favorites. It seems pretty simple, but i just think it is so chic and cool to start we're gon na grab all of her hair and bring it to the top of her head, just like in the last hairstyle. But before i tie anything up, i grab two small pieces of hair from the front of her face and then i'm going to tie up her hair into a high ponytail now to hide the elastic because it really does stand out on this hairstyle. And i don't really want it visible. I just grab a little piece of hair from the bottom of the ponytail. Then i take that piece and i wrap it around the elastic twice and then i know this is kind of hard to see and it looks like a mess right now, but i stick the end of that piece back up into the elastic to nicely hide the Elastic now you could leave the hairstyle like this, but personally i want my ponytail to be nice and wavy. Her hair already has a bit of a wave in it. However, it's kind of turned more straight now over time. So what i'm gon na do is basically take sections of her ponytail and i'm going to braid them and tie them as close as possible to the bottom. And i'm just going to repeat that with the rest of her ponytail. Don'T worry about making the braids even or the same size or good looking, because it won't really matter in the end as long as you have a whole bunch of braids in the ponytail, so as you can see, i braided her whole ponytail. I made quite a few braids, but of course you can make as many or as few as you want. It just depends on how wavy or how big of waves you want there to be. So what i'm going to do now is. I have some very hot boiling water and i'm going to dip her ponytail into the water and then pat dry it and now i'm just gon na let this air dry for a while. Ideally, i would wait at least three or four hours, but i don't really have that time on me right now, so i'm probably gon na wait about 30 minutes, so i'm back and her hair is definitely not completely dry yet, but i really don't have the time To wait around for it to completely dry, so i'm just going to go ahead and undo all of these braids honestly, i'm in love with the look of the wavy hair and i'm super happy with how it turned out. Of course, when it's fully dry it'll look a little bit different, but for right now i think it looks super nice. You could separate each one of these little curls to give it even more volume and texture overall. I just really think this hairstyle is so adorable and definitely one of my favorites. The Creative Crafter 2018: I think this is something no one really talks about. “Emily and Friends” episodes 10-12. Where Emily stats talking to Chase and Mike threatens to breaks up with her unless she stops talking to him. She does and Emily starts getting sad and depressed. Whole Messy bun look and sweats. Eventually she leaves Mike when she runs into Chase realizing that he was trying to control her and not letting her think for herself. Then we still see Emily pretty depressed about the whole thing and she tries to cheer herself up by going shopping. Ava what I think you did well over the course of those three episodes is showing Emily’s mental health and indecisiveness as well as Mike’s manipulation and jealousy. A lot of shows don’t do this well they will only show one episode of this and when the next episode is released our female protagonist is fine and dandy with/without a new boyfriend. What you did was interesting by showing how Emily’s behavior change. She became more depressed, sad, less in control of her life, lazy, she wasn’t taking care of herself. She was listening to Mike almost as if she relied on him for survival. At 5:44 of episode 11 we see Emily not sure if wether she should talk to Chase or be with Mike still. She gets a text from Mike asking if they want to go on a walk. She agrees. When they run into Chase we see Mike making her choose between him or Chase. He is trying to manipulate Emily so she will always choose him. Mike keeps making decisions for Emily so she becomes his puppet. Mike is so insecure about Emily leaving him it is through his tone and body language (when he pulling and pushing her away from Chase) that he is extremely controlling. More show don’t tell. Emily decides to leave Mike and thank God she didn’t immediately go and start dating with Chase. It is such a cliche. Even after that episode, Emily is still conflicted, and she still isn’t back to normal. She isn’t sure if she should start dating Chase or not so it takes it’s toll on her. Ava for something that is such a hard thing to do and portray in media you did an amazing job. Keep up the amazing work. Great job on doing a realistic portrayal of control and mental health. #ddsquad
