First of all, the first thing we're gon na do is when I make the bun right, so we got ta. Take the socks right here wanted to I'm gon na cut this tip right here right, the other tip off. If you don't, you don't have to use socks, you could get our bun from Claire's. You know I'm talking about the sponge one and you could get our panty ho and do the same thing cut the tips and put it on it because the sponges they tend to start the the spring starts coming apart, so you could put a sock on top Of it or a tap any hole in it, but right now we're gon na use this for structural purposes and for also for boot camp. You know, maybe you don't have the that the bun from Claire's, but you have your socks. What you're gon na do so we're gon na roll it right, you see how I'm rolling, so it's kind of starts, turning into a little donut right, just kind of what you want to do nice and pretty so we'll see how starts getting a little bit bigger. Already so gon na put the other one so at this side is like this. You see that your social stain, I'm gon na put this on the opposite side. Right, knocks you I'm gon na put it on top. You see that so I'm gon na cover that so we don't have all that inner laughing on each other. We understand you so once we got like they're, mostly wrapped around right here with the water can't keep it down. You'Re gon na start putting gel on it. So can make a stay so now it stays more right, then old, his hair right here, that's messed up, I'm gon na fix it. You look at the difference difference and it's you look like you carriage what the unifor word pride, where our hair with pride. Our covers we pride everything's good impeccable over times. Deiins: Love it!!!!! I am Navy and not to demean my sisters, but many of the Sailors do NOT, or even try to do their hair. I have always done my hair the right way as shown in the video. People on the ship would always tell me my hair is so nice and slick, but I always say is part of the uniform and that doing our hair is the least we can do since we are representing. I guess many of the other females do not care, but like you said this says a lot of your character and shows that we care and carry ourselves with pride. I'm not going to lie, it is embarrassing having female Marines on ships and their hair is looking good every day, then you have the other Navy chicks with their hair out of control. Is just sad because their excuse is that they don't teach that in bootcamp. Thank you for taking the time of doing this! What products do you use?

Lisa: Back in the old days (80's) when I was in there were not any classes or even the internet. I don't even think the gel existed but I know we had hair spray. I used to put my hair up and just use hair pins and hair spray. My roommate would make sure none of the hair pins showed. My hair never really stayed in place all day and I was always worried about someone with more rank getting on my case especially towards the end of the day. I went to a Bob style haircut because it was too stressful for me to keep all my hair up and in place with no hairpins showing. I really could have used a class like this.
