All righty guys here's my new styling routine, which is great for anyone who has trouble styling, the back of their head or with tangles we're going to be using inner sense product today, which have been my go-to lately. First, we're gon na take sweet spirit, leave-in, I'm just gon na use a couple spritzes of this and then break it through my hair. Next, I'm going to section off the top, so I can focus on these bottom strands. Typically, they get pretty tangled. So I just want to make sure I'm giving them enough attention, so I'm going to just rake in some. I create volume gel next, I'm gon na take a clip just to keep these out of the way I'm going to take down the top section and rake them into position and you'll notice. My hair gets a little dry here, so I just dip my head under the showerhead for a sec to give myself some extra moisture. Next, we're going to section off the top I'm doing a lot of sectioning here to make sure that product is evenly distributed throughout my head. I typically have a problem with that. So now I'm going to apply a more. I create volume gel just to the front section, making sure that I'm kind of creating clumps with my fingers as I rake, take down the top and apply more gel and you'll notice that I'm pulling away from my head here. We don't want our hair to be plastered to our head when we flip up right. Next, I'm gon na take my wet brush and brush from the inside to reform any clumps that I broke while raking, then scrunch and you'll see here that I kind of break up these curls that got a little wonky in the middle and then just scrunch to Make sure that everything is tightly curled next, you can take down your hair in the back, and what we're going to do is just flip it over, so that it's facing the same direction as the rest of our hair. Next, we're going to flip up right, and this is important. I want you to adjust any hair, that's stuck to the back of your head, it's okay! If you have to rake a little bit, then we're gon na. Take I create lift foam and apply with praying hands. We'Re not stretching out our curls here, we're just gliding over and making sure that everything is coated in product. Then you're gon na flip back over and scrunch same thing with the other side and make sure that you're adjusting any pieces in the back. That are a little wonky. If you feel your hair needs more water at any point in the styling routine feel free. To add it at this point in my routine I probably wouldn't dip my head under the shower head, but what I would do is take a spray bottle just to give my hair some extra moisture where it needs it and we're gon na do the same thing. One last time just completely facing upside down, I find that dividing my routine into sections like this makes it a lot easier for me to evenly coat my hair with products all right, so this next part is going to be completely optional. What you're gon na do is take a cotton t-shirt and micro plop any excess water and then add a little bit more. I create volume gel. I don't do this any time just on human days, but I prefer to not do it because I get more volume when I skip this step all right, so then you're gon na take your shower cap and wet plop. I love wet plopping because it gives me the freedom to dry my hair. What I want so take your time getting ready, because your hair is gon na stay soaking wet within the shower cap. Next, I'm going to take off the shower cap and t-shirt plop. If you need tutorial check out my ig TV or YouTube, then we're gon na take off the flop and gently flip, upright I'm gon na take four clips and just put them around my face. I do this for volume, but also to keep my hair out of my face. While it's drying, then I'm gon na take my X tava, diffuser and defuse for about 10 to 15 minutes and air dry. The rest of the way, all right so my hair, is all dry just needs to be fluffed, so take out those clips and fluff away and here's the final result. As a last step, I'm gon na apply bounce curl, alcohol-free hairspray. I use this when my hair is wet or dry hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial and I'll see you guys soon.

Christina Obert: Your hair is so gorgeous! Going to try this routine with my products next time.

Giovanna Silva: I tried this method and GIRLLLL lemme tell you. My hair looks BOMBBB

Zoe Cross: just what I was looking for! I love styling my hair upside down as I seem to get more volume and more definition (my hair is very fine). But when I style upside down I end up with messy, tangled hair at the back, underneath (as your video pointed out). I will definitely be trying this method and keep my fingers crossed! I am growing out bleach highlights so my hair is generally high porosity so need to use curl cream as well as gel. I hope your method still works with this combination. Thanks

Brett Brosius: This is the best sectioning routine I’ve ever seen. I have very thick hair but most of the thickness is concentrated on the top of my head and cutting out that v-section I think will help tremendously. Gorgeous hair!

CJLH: Loved everything about this, except the 4-5 hours!

Kathy Anderson: When I tell people it take my hair 5 HOURS to air dry they think I'm joking!! Glad to see I'm not the only one. LOL!! Just found your channel. I'm going to check out the brush styling video next. My hair REALLY likes Bush styling & I'm always looking for tips. Thanks!! ❤️ ❤️

A Ros: I learned so Much from your video. Awesome review of your routine and the products. I have had my eye on this line for about 1-month, I think finally ready to invest in something. Your curls looked fantastic . I ran across this line on Instagram....but my first time checking the products out had lead me to some kind of membership/ or instruction course, that was Super expensive. And was not sure if this was only something that could purchased thru licensed stylist.

Amanda Burgos: Your hair looks so great!!! How was the hold using these products? I def want to try them but love something that leaves a strong cast so I know it will last a few days .

Jess: Beautiful!! Thank you! Also, just wondering what do you consider your curl level?

Anna Gabriella Dentone: We have really similar hair types and i can never get that kind of curl so I really appreciate this video! Do you think I'd get the same results by only using Shea Moisture Curl and Style Milk and a light hold Shea Moisture gel? Thanks!

Monica: Your hair is beautiful!!!

coflatirons22: Hi there! I just watched this video after watching your longer video about your CGM hair journey. I noticed in that video you were really excited about bounce curl and in this one you use inner sense. What made you switch? I'm trying to decide on a brand to try once I go through my drug store products so any insight is appreciated :-)

Larisse Ann: I loveeeeee this! Thank you ❤️❤️

G. Lynn M.: Is your shower cap lined with terry cloth or just plastic on the inside? Love this video and I also love your explanation of products. My hair is very similar in texture to yours, so I appreciate learning about which products you love!!

Shukria Shawqi: I'm fairly new to CG and have been using innersense products, but my hair definitely doesn't look as nice as yours! Also, I've never applied the gel before the mousse...I'll have to try that

Leda Ripa: Hey Brittney. Can you help me with some advice ❤️? I follow your routine and it's working out really good, but i have trouble when I try to refresh. How do you refresh with innersense products? I haven't managed to get a good combination (i ussualy end up frizzy).

Brienne Moore: Wow! Really really pretty! #hairgoals

kaysie11dh: Can you do this at the very start of your journey? I’ve been straightening for years

Hanna x: Hi, do you not get product on your roots when you plop? I find my gel sort of gets my roots sticky/hard :/

Katie Service: I think I've watched this a few times over now... lol currently sitting in a tshirt plop!

Jillian Gilbert: I wish I could afford this brand

Laura Godinho: Do I have to balance protein/moisture within each wash day (for example using a moisturizing deep conditioner and then using high protein stylers) or can do a wash day of each (for example Monday I focus mostly on moisturizing and Thursday I focus mostly on using high protein products?

Kendall Graves: Can you do an updated routine since this was a year ago? I'm sure you use different products

Erin Fish: Do you mind sharing what shampoo and conditioner you used as well?

Nina Rivera: THANKS FOR SHARING

Ashley Fox: how do you prevent frizz? I have been using Innersense and my hair is so frizzy

Chelsea Leask: What do you wear on your head when you sleep to protect your curls?

zaira fernandes: Hey which shampoo n conditioner do u use ...ur hair is amazing by d way

Amanda Marolla: Do you do this at night? 4-5 hrs can’t possibly be done before work
