Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, I am finally here to do my diva curl curly, hair routine. I wanted to show you guys step-by-step, exactly how I use my diva curl products. If you have any questions after watching this leave them in the comment box below I'm going to try to answer as many questions as I can and if I can't then I will add your question to my list for my next curly hair Q & A video. Keep in mind when you're watching this tutorial, it is going to be a voiceover. So I'm just going to be walking you through each step. I am going to speed through some of the drying process, just because it's very repetitive in this video I do not have any makeup on, because I had just gotten out of the shower. I don't have makeup on when I get out the shower, so just be forewarned. I did do this tutorial going from a completely straight hair. I had straight hair for about 7 8. Maybe 9 days just wanted to make sure that you knew that I was going from straight hair back to my natural curls in this video as well, and this is the curls that I got after having my hair straight for over a week with the diva curl Product, if you want to see how I use my diva curl products, then please keep watching so to start off. I go ahead and wash and condition my hair with the diva curl, no poo decadence line both the cleanser and conditioner, and then I use my handy dandy, hair repair ultimate t-shirt. Towel. This thing is life for me, it will definitely eliminate frizz and you can scrunch and plop and plump your hair. However, you want to use it, it is amazing, then I go in with a water bottle and I just dampen my hair again just to make sure that there is absolutely no dry spot then going in with my Holy Grail. It'S a 10 miracle, leave-in conditioner with keratin. It does a multitude of things. It really helps to detangle my hair. It protects against any heat damage and it is just amazing for my hair. Then I use a wide tooth comb to just comb that through make sure that there's no tangles and you guys don't have to comb your hair. But I promise you there is no tangles in my hair after using the hence lime. So this is proof I'm not breaking my hair and then I just went back in with a little bit more water to make sure that it is it nice and damp. I like to make sure that it has that squishy sound when I scrunch it, then I'm going to go in with my diva curl super coconut styling cream. I think that's what it's called I'll. Have it all linked in the down bar below. I take about three to four pumps, just ranking that through my hair, to make sure that it is completely covered from root to tip. I don't want any piece of hair left out, because if I do that piece will end up being frizzy. So then, I just get a little bit more and I'm doing the same thing on the opposite side of my hair. I'M just raking it all through and I am going to do just one last pump and I do flip my head over and I start to scrunch from the bottom to make sure that the bottom of the hair definitely has a product on it too. And then I just start scrunching literally, my fingers will sometimes cramp up because I'm scrunching my hair so much. But this is really what is going to encourage your curls to come back to light, especially if you are one that straightens your your naturally curly, hair and you're, washing it and going back to your natural curls, really scrunching. It is going to make all the difference in the world then using my hair repair towel. I use this to start to gently scrunch from the bottom up and really encouraging the curls again. This is just going to help get in out any excess product or water that doesn't need to be in there, but it also encourages the curls and it really helps to make sure that my hair is not frizzy. I don't know what's in this towel, but it's like magic for my curls. I absolutely love it now, it's time to start drying and I'm going to go in with my diva dryer, which I absolutely love, and my solana um hair diffuser. I love this dryer because it has three speed: settings three heat settings and a cool shot setting. I keep it initially on high, but on the medium heat setting, and I will constantly hit the cool button whenever my hair starts to get a little too hot. I hit the cool, but that way I know my hair is not overheating, which will cause frizz and ah your hair just won't look as good, so you really are trying to prevent any heat damage. The more heat damage, the more frizz you have. So it's all a give-and-take process, so this is where I'm going to start speeding the things up, because it does get very repetitive. I just basically hold pieces of my hair in that diffuser. I like this diffuser because it's very wide and it holds a lot of my hair at one time and I just keep going piece by piece section by section until I feel like that section is pretty much dry. I don't leave it on there too long. I will always come back to it if it's not completely dry, but I don't want to over dry that one area and it eventually cause frizz, so just keep moving your diffuser around until you feel like your hair is pretty much dry. This is about 80 % dry at this point and most of the time at this point in the process I get out my diva curl, like defining gel. I put a little bit of that in my hand. Maybe a quarter size amount up put that around. In my hands, and then I scrunch my hair from the bottom, this I feel like adds a little bit more hold and definition versus just using the coconut styling cream. I love both products, but I do like to do this when my hair is about 80 % dry, then I go back in with the diffuser doing the same exact thing, because it does kind of rewetting just a little bit and I go back through until it's About 90 % dry at this point, once it's 90 % dry, I actually take this diffuser off and I put on my diva fuser. This is shaped like a hand, and it is so perfect to get right at the root. This is where I start to really work on volumizing, my hair working at the root and getting your roots, nice and dry without frizz is where you're going to get all of your volume from so I keep this really close to my head. I put it underneath. I flip my head over. I do the front of my hair and I just kind of put it in there just like fingers in my hair and defuse everything at the root and, as you can see, I kind of shake it just a little bit almost like. If I had my hands in my hair and was shaking it out because again, this creates a little more volume in the hair, and if I have any other little wet spots, then I will just kind of spot treat. At this point, I put a little bit of this argan oil in my hair, and this adds tons of shine. I love I still love the bio silk which I used in my first curly hair tutorial, but this has really been my go-to for probably the past. Six months I'd say I just put this starting at the bottom scrunch this all through the hair, and I really start to feel around in the roots of my hair, shaking my hair out right at the root. Just like you see right there and if I have any wet spots, I will go back in with my dealeth user and make sure that those are completely dry again. This is going to add tons of volume to your hair once it's completely dry. I will flip my head over and I will really shake my hair out and you will see me do that in just a second. I will add just a little bit more oil just to make sure that my scalp is nice and hydrated, and there is no frizz there's tons of shine and I just use my fingertips to kind of shake out the roots of my hair. Then I use my coconut infused pick and I will use this to pick out the root of my hair again, creating even more volume to the hair. It'S all about the volume people, that's why people love curly, hair, the bigger the better and now I'm just using a light. Styling spray, hairspray, just to kind of hold the style in place, hold my curls in place a little bit. You can totally skip that step, but I like this, it's a very movable hairspray I'll link it in the downbar, and this is it folks. This is the finished product, okay, guys that is it for my diva curl curly, hair styling routine, definitely subscribe to my channel. If you have not already, I would love you for that. I hope you guys enjoyed. I love you so much and I will see you in my next video peace out.

Mallory Parham: Honestly, I think you are even more gorgeous without makeup on, no exaggeration, you are beautiful! If I looked like you without makeup on, I wouldn't ever wear it!

L H: Great to finally see this! Thank you, my daughter and I watched together!!! She's not ready for all her curls but when she is we'll revisit this but learned lots for now!

Mermaid Scorpio: You are so beautiful with out make up and I love how healthy your hair looks

Maria Mendoza: I tried this routine, and my curls look AMAZING on day one. Day two and beyond...not so much. It's so frizzy starting on day 2. Can you please do an updated 2nd day curls video as a follow-up to this one?

Robin Pawlak: I'm so excited you finally posted this!! I just checked your Snapchat!! And I tried the curling custard by kinky-curly and I absolutely love it! It's a gel but it has a much creamier and lighter texture than most gel products I've used. Also it does not dry crunchy or stiff at all and it leaves my hair beautiful & shiny. You need to try it out!!

Lynne Concepcion: Omg your skin is amazing! I wish I looked that great without makeup!

Sabrina Porter: Just have to say that I️ used your hair routine and now my hair has the best volume and curly do since I️ was a itty bitty baby. Used the renpure coconut shampoo and conditioner, and my hair feels glorious. Thank you so much for the guidance!

Ellen Clark: Thank you for all this good information and for the detailed description of your hair routine! Really well done.

Katti Miller: Love this! Your videos always inspire to wear my hair curly.

Jacqui Place: Thanks for another great hair tutorial! It's a big help!

Denise Rispens: Thanks so much for this! It helps and I'm looking forward to trying your method with the DevaCurl decadence products and seeing if it's a better routine than the one I'm doing now. Question: Do you prefer the light hold gel or Arc Angel? (My hair is colored and has looser curls) I'm currently using Arc Angel and haven't had issues but I wonder if my volume would be greater if I switched to a lighter hold. Thanks again for repping us curly heads!

Gracie Red: Great tutorial!! I love you step by steps very helpful.

Sarah: You look amazing with out makeup thank you for your routine it helped me out

Jamie Luna: Just bought my Deva Curl products last week and LOVE LOVE your videos! THANKS so much for the guidance!

Zarah Lucia Bocaletti Solares: I just came by to say: you are so beautiful without makeup! You don't really need to use it and should definitely be without it more often.

Sandy Moyer: Wow! I love your curls... Thank you for a step by step tutorial! I just subscribed!

Lucy M: Your hair is just beautiful!!!! You have inspired me to pull out my Devacurl products! Please keep the videos coming they are awesome!!!! Have a wonderful day!!

Katherine Medrano: Omg I'm so glad I came across your channel and this video specifically! You are just fabulous I'm definitely gonna try these products out and a similar routine your hair is gorgeous!

Carla: Glad I found your channel. Great to see someone with naturally curly hair and what you use to style. Gorgeous! Def going to try some of these products. Since I've been straightening my hair, I seem to have lost some of my curl. I fought these curls all my life, now I am embracing and loving them.

Kathleen Wolf: I never thought I could achieve this look. My hair is usually worn frizzy and dry like I stuck my finger in a light socket. Ifollowed your routine to the letter simply because I thought if I scrimped on different items it just couldn't be the same. I am amazed by these products and your technique's. I have so much curl. It's not greasy or stiff or crunchy with product. This will now be my regular routine. Thank you.

Living with KK: I love deva curl!!! Great video and by the way I think you look prettier without make up! You are gorgeous

Sushiii911: You look better without makeup :) Thank you for the video!

Taylor: You look great WITH or WITHOUT Makeup... Love your videos and your curls :)

SMJ: SO THANKFUL that you did this video! I've been struggling to get a routine down with my DevaCurl products. It's been 3 weeks & I'm still not getting results that last...and I try so hard, I've never been so committed! I think it's because I've tried to go all Deva like my stylist suggested but after seeing this I'm going back to my big comb & other leave in conditioner spray again. The only product I don't like is the set it free spray because it seems to take the shine out & the filmy feeling on my hands. Other than that, the conditioner & gel products really are the only ones that I've ever used that didn't weigh my hair down & gives me curls that actually MOVE.

Mila Sanchi: Girl you are beautiful! I love the way your hair came out with the products you used. I'm going to order them right NOW! Thank you so much.

mona g: your hair is STUNNING! thanks for this video :)

Karla Cruz: Omg your hair is amazing! Great tutorial !

Reservechic: Awesome video! As, your curls look absolutely AMAZING! Also, your makeup look is so beautiful. I love it, love it, love it! God bless! And, i hope you have a truly fantastic weekend!

shakti kriya: Hey I just wanted to say thank you so much for your curly hair tutorials! They are so helpful! I just have one question, do you comb your hair in the shower with conditioner on as well? I was having the hardest time styling my curly hair because combing it out in the shower was just not working for me, my hair would end up looking limp with no volume and I lost a lot of hair in the shower when I used to comb it in with conditioner in it. After that I just decided I rather have not so great, frizzy, and undefined curls rather than not have hair at all (with the way hair was falling out while combing in the shower) when I came across your videos. Your routine is so simple, it allows me to comb out of the shower, and I always get great definition and less frizz. So from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for these videos :) Also because of you I went out and invested in the it's a 10, and it's actually a miracle, I absolutely love it! Thank you for these videos, I love watching your curly hair videos!

The Slayologist: Great video, I love how informative you are!

Jesika E: I love this video! my daughter has curly hair and I have no idea what I'm suppose to do with it lol, you got yourself a new follower!

Katie Nobles: It's great to finally see a video on YouTube about naturally curly hair!! I get so frustrated when people talk about "curly" hairstyles or tutorials and they really have wavy hair or have used a curling iron!!!

Ethereal Resound: Just bought a DevaDryer and DevaFuser and love it!!! Great video! You explain everything and show how to do it, too. My husband thinks the DevaFuser is hilarious looking. lol

Julia Madera: Beautiful curls by the way!!

hanna beyene: Beautiful! Love it! <3

Jessica Erin: Wow you hair is gorgeous I'm gonna have to try out the devacurl because my hair is super thick and super curly...new subscriber so happy I found your channel

cmgblue: Happy this method works for you and glad you posted this video. Unfortunately, it did not work for my hair, ended up frizzy and poofy. Everyone's hair is different! What works for me is applying my styling products while still in the shower after I rinse my conditioner. I apply them with my hair flipped upside down, it adds volume for me. Once out of the shower, I use a tshirt to help scrunch out excess water, I add my non-aerosol hairspray and then diffuse. When I do this method, I get the same results you get with your method. The products I use are Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie, about the size of a .50 cent piece, Ouidad Climate Control Heat & Humidity gel, 3-4 pumps and Tresemme Tres Two Spray non-aerosol hairspray all over. This method combined with these products yields pretty flawless curls, just wanted to share to help fellow curlies out there.

Julia Madera: Oh my God I need all these products in my life!!!

Keri Sharp: After doing your normal hair routine like this, how often do you recommend washing? After sleeping on your curls, how do you refresh your curls?

Laureen Kirsty: Your curls are so luscious. Simply beautiful

arus guliz: you create absolutely gorgeous style. You rock

Alyssa: Hello Glam belle, I have a question for you! How do you get the back of your head/top to be all curly and voluminous?? When I dry my hair it ends up flat at the back. Advice you be really appreciated!!

Jayme Barnick: Do you do this routine daily or do you keep your hair like this for a few days or longer?

moneek9O: Loved Devacurl when I could afford it lol looking for good drugstore curly girl method products! :)

Nancy Twombly: What steps do you go through to style your hair on the day after your shampoo?

schnauzer mom: Your curls are to die for.  BTW I think you're beautiful with and without makeup.

Loreal Sands: This was very helpful!

Vicky Butt: love your hair. I actually hate my hair that voluminous but love the curls. I'm learning that it takes a handful of products to get beautiful curls. I straighten my hair with a flat iron. But will definately have to try the curly look. ps. you are very pretty with or without makeup!! Your look in this video is very nice,I just notice your makeup look makes your eye's look really tiny compared to no makeup. Not judging just letting you know with love!! thx for the video

Jess Hasbun: Hi! I use similar products as well from Devacurl. I normally apply the light gel when my hair is wet is there a difference in the timing of the application?

The Glam Belle: FYI...this video is NOT about my makeup or how I look with or without it. It's about my hair routine. I have a beauty channel and makeup will always be a part of that. I would appreciate negative comments about how I look with makeup to stop. Please and thank you.

Neha Yadav: Can you suggest a low maintenance routine when you need to wash your hair everyday and shampoo every other day after a long sweaty run or workout?

Robin and Mike’s Kitchen Corner: Thank you for your video!!!  You  have beautiful hair.  I'm going to try your tips.

Thalia Leon: Your curls are so pretty!

MegaSonia38: I love your beautiful curly hair absolutely Gorgeous look

as28: love your hair!! So beautiful :))))))))

Janice Butler: please show a video how to create framing curls around your face! Thanks! love your videos!

Wendy Torok: Love your hair! Just wish I could get my curls to do what yours do! How do you refresh your curls from one day to the next? Plus, I work in a deli and always put my hair up with a hairnet over it and it never looks good. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!

Jubilise Valentin: Do you find that the super cream leaves your hair with a greasy sticky feeling? I've used it 3 times and it always does that!

Marlena Parker: I have the same curly hair routine but I don't use the cream , I use the gel and I use the deva curl claw blow dyer

Jackie Jackson: I'm new to your channel and just purchased the deva Curl line. Do you ever wash your hair at night and then put it up and fix it in the morning? My mornings are hectic and this is easier for me. If so, curious what steps you do at night vs the mornings.

Nádia Andrade: Thank you so much for this video!! What type of curl do you have? Looks like a 3b :) Thanks!! xo

Haifa: I love it, I have hair similar to yours but a little longer, I have two questions for you please 1- how do you keep the color on your hair? When I color my hair ( I used black) it doesn't stay, it doesn't last, I find myself having to re- coloring my hair every 2-3 weeks. Any suggestions? I have used different brands but always get the same outcome. 2- When you use the defuser, how do you do that where it doesn't make your hair dry? mind gets extra dry when I use a defuser? Love your videos, I recently found your channel and sub... :) thanks a lot

Sena Bal: it's sooooo cute :) thanks for the video

Sinister Smurf: Your hair looks amazing. I have a quick question. My hair is almost identical to yours (3B?) except longer. It looks like you have long layers. Do you layer your hair yourself or go to a stylist? I have been wanting to cut my hair in long layers to add body and bounce (plus I just love the look). I don't trust anyone with my hair due to a stylist disregarding my wishes and chopping my hair off way too short when I was younger. Any info you could give me about how you achieve those pretty long layers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Belle Millet: You're hair looks gorgeous, just ordered the products to try. Can I ask what lipstick you are wearing? Love the colour

Madelin Sanchez: your hair is so beautiful

Christina C: How long will these curls last before your next wash?

Alexa Michelle: I wish my curls could hold that much product. They get weighed down super easily!

watchmesamiah: first of all-- GORGEOUS HAIR!!!! secondly, i had a question i hope you can answer! I see that first you use a regular diffuser, and then in between some more product you use the green hand looking attachment- what is the difference between these two diffusers- do they have different functions? and what would the effect be without the green hand attachment? thank you!

Brittany El Assal: Do you use devacurl cleanser and conditioner even when straightening your hair?

Kristi Buckley: Awesome hair!!

Tabitha Colletta: Omg I absolutely love your hair

Jenna Rodriguez: so pretty!

Robin H.: Hi! New here! I have curly hair but am getting thin in the front. Will this routine work to help me add volume in the front too?? I'm going to give it a try. Wish me luck! BTW you are stunning with out makeup!

Katti Miller: Have you tried the Loreal Cleansing Balm?? I love the color care formula. It's kinda hard to find though, so far I've only found it at Target with the other Loreal Advanced products.

Alexandra Lee: This must be such a great hair tool because I can tell she doesn't have naturally curly hair. Definitely getting one! Thank you! !

Ani Su: Holyyyy your hair is gorgeous!!!

mrnalarcon: Thanks. I will try your routine :)

Natalie Massari: love ur curls!

MegaSonia38: Don't listen to negativity I loveeeee your Hair & your Make-up Your beautiful some people are just jealous # women impowering other women God Bless
