This is said with love ...even tho you may not think so!! But hair stylist have to take responsibility and do their job well or not at all!! Stop being lazy!! Learn how to handle your money. i am saying this bc I had to do this same thing! I have so many people inbox me one thing and then you can tell they value weed or clubbing more than education!! Invest!! train hard and daily!! Go crazy with learning and watch your life transform!!! Stop being lazy! Stop making excuses!! This will either offend you or motivate you!! You choose!!
Hey: what's up everybody on vacation, Michelle and you're, watching another episode of life after beauty school. So today I wanted to talk to stylists. You know what this is a rant, I'm so sick of lazy broke stylist. You act like it's somebody else's fault that you don't have customers, you don't have customers, because you did not go and get them nobody's going to come to you they're not going to find the sky. You don't supposed to go to work and just sit and watch the door and wait on people to show up. You have to go get them. You have to make noise, you have to show people why they should do business with you, you're not entitled to have customers just because you went and got your license doesn't mean that you're good. You have to practice every day. You got a train. If you have not put in the work, stop looking for results from that, you see other people getting okay, if you're not hustling, day and night, if you're not putting your stuff out there, because your to shine your to this future, then you're too, caught up in Your emotions and you ain't hungry cuz. You can't be starving and still once because, because when I was starting out when I got my customers literally, I went and stood in Walmart in the scorching, Texas, Sun and I got my customers. I said: hey, hey you! I do here, let me do your hair, that's what I did. It was uncomfortable. I didn't like it. I was sweating I was broke. I was hungry a Taco Bell, the noodles off the god dang on time and luxury was Wingstop. I did so I've. No! No! No sympathy from lazy stylist and I also get irritated with stylists, so I was short, hair bootcamp class. I teach you ain't gon na join my class. You don't have to ever give me a dime of your coinage. You don't have to do that. I don't do business with people that are lazy and broke. I like to serve stylists that want to invest in themselves, be my product or somebody else. This I want to speak to somebody who wants to invest in their education so that they can be the best version of themselves. Anybody else please shoot, fly and do not bother me. Oh, my god, you would be surprised at the little people the little emails. I get, I'm sorry about $ 19 guys if you don't have now. Let'S get you cast my education, but I see you on Facebook, posted McDonald's, waynestock. Restaurants, doll wearing clothes all this stuff. That you you, your your priorities are wrong. That doesn't make any sense you got to. We, you got some drink, but you got $ 19. You ain't got to give it to me, don't get it twisted, I'm not hurting over here $ 19 and I don't happily refunded to you. But what I'm laughing at is because your mindset is wrong and you don't listen and you have an attitude with the world. Your attitude stinks is so loud. You are my inbox time buying. I $ 19 with you on Facebook talking about party - oh my god, just just just do it bye bye, do customers a favor get out the industry leave us alone, because it doesn't make any sense. Yes, that may be harsh, it makes them on somebody's homes. You may get a think and guess what you should be, because if you're not handling your business, then it's gon na hurt your villains period cuz if you are hungry, you're gon na be like. Oh, thank you. How can I be down? What can I do? What did you do to get out of this you're gon na be hungrier? If this is you, if you're gon na be mad at this video, I don't care I'm just beyond irritated with Silas that are like penny. Pinching cheap broke, lazy, negative, always acting like somebody owed them something. Don'T nobody know you nothing, not even your mama or your daddy. Don'T nobody! Oh you've, nothing, but you you owe it to yourself to do something in this world and if you don't guess one you could just live a basic life and no one cares. But if you choose to do something great, if you choose to get in a customer service business where you're going to serve people, if you choose to get in the business where you have to actually work and hustle to build up your business, no one cares about Anything but how you're going to serve it? What do you do that will attract your customer? Why should I do business with you versus Sally down the street? Why are you even in business because you enter just for the money you ain't gon na laugh? If you don't want to be a continual life learner, you don't laugh get out and please stay out my inbox with your $ 19. Oh my god, the broken of the broke of the story, the worse it gets come on people, oh just irritated.

Life with me: Jessie Marie: I think this is my problem....if I really wanted to be a successful stylist I would be interested in being in business for myself...I don’t. I really don’t love doing hair, I hate dealing with picky rude ass people...I’m not a hustler....I suck....I love learning....but I’m not really interested in learning hair to put up with people...thanks!!!! I recently had an interview with a stylist. And she is what I would call a successful stylist. However....she said, I want to retire one day. I don’t want to be busting my ass like this forever. I’ve worked in a salon many many times...I’m not afraid of hard work. But I think it has to be something I truly care about. And the very people I was once excited to be serving, have sort of ruined that for me, so thanks for this. I think I’m one of the people that need to get out of the industry.
