Much deeper once welcome back to my channel, so part of my plan this year was to get quarterly trims, so i went to this natural hair salon. They had a great ambiance and they even had me fill out these questions specific to what my hair needs were. This was a great sign so far, so good we're getting the scalp treatment and she's watching. I'M telling her about my experience. I'M really excited guys. They have their own styling products that they use. So i'm super excited. This shampoo feels really good, like they have mint or something in it. I enjoy that they make their own products and they work pretty well the herbal leaving in a heat protectant awesome. What is it herbs consist of? So it's actually a special recipe. Oh okay, we don't know, but the owner knows a few people. Okay, it does have 27 natural herbs. Oh wow, okay, and it's just the heat protector, leaving okay, you wash your hair. Okay, my hair feels really soft control of it. Okay, it's like literally not city. Now we're at the blow drying you guys, i literally never get flat twists, so i'm really excited to see how these come out. So let's talk about this blow drying and detangling process, one. My hair was in a twist out only for about two weeks prior to this, and i had just gotten a trim about four months ago, so it was time for my regularly quarterly trim. However, what i saw with this was that she never fully detangled my hair and even in this blow drying process, more hair was coming out yeah. At this point, i started to get annoyed because you can see look at how my hair was being ripped from the roots down, come on like detangle from the ends up to the roots, so it didn't help that, upon going to this salon, i had did my Research about who i wanted to style, my hair i booked with the person that i wanted, who also happened to be the owner only to find the day that i arrived, they switched me and gave me her. I'M saying that she was trained and you know she was giving me the same quality of care. I don't know i'm thinking, otherwise, all right guys, so i'm here under the dryer just to get my scalp dry, pretty much blew out all of it, which i'm not mad about, definitely need these ends. Trimmed. I just came out of a twist out and my hair was super tangly, so sorry, okay, so here we are on to the trim of all the parts of this experience. This is probably the part that left me the most disappointing one. My hair was not detangled enough to start trimming through my hair. It seems that we started off pretty good. She started off very neat and orderly. However, that was not the case later on when she went through. I did make it very clear to her that i wear my hair natural 99 of the time and that i did not want to reinforce the layers that were already in my hair, so here we're at the front. Um. Remember that i showed you all how she pulled my hair, you can see the back middle, she pulled it all the way to the front and started to trim as if i would ever wear my hair in this shape. Overall, this trim produced the most choppy hair. Like i couldn't even wear it in a twist out after this and i'll show you all pictures later of what the end results. Look like how many inches would you say you had to cut off an inch and a quarter? Okay, it's not bad! So we're doing the twisting so i'm gon na actually i'm gon na go in and i'm gon na moisturizer stop first and then i'm gon na twist. It awesome! Oh that sounds so good. You guys i'm trying to learn how to do my flat twist right next time so stretching it seems, like that's the key and she said all one row. Instead of doing the double layers like i had before. Overall, i decided i wouldn't return back to this salon. Um - and i was not happy with my results - here - are a few of my takeaways foreign

Kayneisha Washington: It's unfortunate that you experience this. I'm so sorry! ❤️

Erika Summers: Very uncomfortable to watch. Did she derange prior to washing? I know she didn’t afterwards… Never have I ever had to sit under a dryer to dry my freshly blow dried hair A good blow dry gets your hair REALLY straight. My stylist also trims using a white cape, so she can really see.

RelloReloaded: You could’ve done that yourself smh Did you talk to them after about your visit? Who detangles or blow dries like that

markita brown: You're back!!!!! Omgeeee I CRINGED the entire video!!!! I am so sorry this happened

DaughterofHeaven: Secret leave in recipe that the on-ground staff don’t know the ingredients in it? Is she trying to get sued. There are way to many allergens around for that to be a good decision. She should at least inform every customer of possible allergens before use. Were you informed prior to service off-camera

T Michele89: That’s how they did me at Walmart salon.. never again

Kaylen Payne: Gurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrl I’m only at 2:05- I’m scared to see the rest- what kindaaaa detangling is this. This hurt my soul
