Bridgett H, we're live at Bridget, Harrison, Hair Salon located in Dallas, Texas, Triple D, Dallas, Texas.; Okay, I'm sorry y'all, I'm not recording., I'm live.! Isn'T that so good? I have my last client Shantel she's, my last client for the day. She's wearing a pixie.. She has a soft wave mold.. She has wave a soft wave mold.. I just waved her., She just got a fresh relaxer and the reason why I did that is sometimes I just do it.. I just like how the hairs curls.. So before I get started. I just want to let you guys know I'm gon na curl, her hair. I don't know how I'ma curl her hair. Her hair was a little bit shorter than it is, but we relaxed it. So it grew a half inch or two., But it's still gon na be pixie still gon na be fun.. She liked the idea of the video which will show here.. I did that video earlier. She really liked her hair. So we might do something similar. Then we might not., I don't know., But to start off I her mold., Hey Eunitrice, happy Saturday.! Thank you for tuning in., So I did her mold.. So I was explaining in the previous video what I started doing to get that volume here at the occipital bone. Right on top of the crown of the head is I've started taking hair and pulling it up. When I do my mold., The reason why I do that is so. The volume of the hair. So I'ma throw curls and that hair will stand automatically, especially with the right cut.. If the hair has the right cut, it's gon' stand, it's gon' do what you need it to do.. Now, I'm gon na break her mold.. When I break her mold back at me., When I break her mold, I'm gon' break it. I'Ma use some Moroccan oil. When I break her mold. I'ma rub my hands together. You guys will see that and for my styling agents, I'm gon na use some Essations Spritz which'll be used, lightly., (, mumbling ) And then I'm gon na use Kenra Holding Spray and Sebastian's ( mumbling ) spray.. I alternate the two. It just kinda depends on the hair texture, what I'm going for, who it is, what kind of job they have. What they're looking for, how old and once it's time for me to de tangle, do my comb out, I'm gon na use some Cream Shine.. I have my Bed Head stick and some D struct, which is like you can get ( mumbling ), Whatever y'all professional beauty, suppliers use (, mumbling ) in other cities. Aw. Thank you girl.. So, most of the time she gets a black rinse, but she normally gets her rinse after her relaxer when she comes back after the relaxer, just depending on how she feeling. Do a black demi.. You hear me (, mumbling ), Rub that oil together., If you put that oil and don't rub it together, if you don't rub it together and you put it on somebody's head, let me tell y'all. That one little spot gon' be super oily. Super oily and you Don'T want that. ( upbeat music playing ), So while I'm working and manipulating the product throughout the hair, ( mumbling ) try to figure out how I'ma style her hair. And usually when I get ready before I curl anything wherever I put my part it kinda directs Me and what I'ma do., So I don't wan na go wail up here with the part.. For some strange reason I been having to part like right over the occipital bone, so right here.. For some strange reason I don't know., I been liking the way the hair falls. And then you know I'm kinda over right now, ( mumbling ), ask me for something different., So y'all been coming in asking for the pixie so come in at two for some ( Mumbling ) Here let me. ( bottle spraying ). Her hair will be irritated, so you see she's, not moving that mean cause. I based her scalp really good before she got her relaxer. ( bottle spraying ) ( mumbling ), I'm working the product through.. So I only use spritz at the very beginning. ( slow, music playing ), So throughout the rest of the head I'll be using holding sprays. (, slow, music playing ) ( mumbling ) ( hair supplies, clanking ), Y'all, (, mumbling ). My color tray is like about to die on me., Okay, so I think yeah.. So I'ma do more of a angle, so I'ma slow down for my baby, bliss BaByliss flat iron and I'm gon', pull it back like that. And the reason why I'm doing that. So when I pick it out once I finished. Can y'all see that Yeah.. So once I ( mumbling ) finished it'll have just volume on its' own. And the good thing is like I love my Ys Park Comb. With the Ys Park Comb. You can just pick the hair and go ( bottle, spraying ) And when I spray again, I like to manipulate the product. ( drawers slamming ) I like to manipulate the product throughout the hair. So it's not hard or crunchy. Like I don't like crunchy hair. I don't do crunchy hair., I don't do spritz hairstyles, so when y'all (, mumbling ), video and y'all booking me from out of town, that's what we not doing over here at Bridgett. The ceramic iron compared to the titanium iron. Hold your ear.. They gon' be like she burned that girl ear.. I am not trying to go to viral. Burning somebody hair., I'm talking'bout ( hissing ), So I pulled the hair back cause. I want it to stand straight up.. So, just depending on what I'm doing I like to kinda go head and curl the ( mumbling ), It just depends y'all cause, sometimes I'll curl. All this. It just depends. And I like to drag my flat iron when I curl the sides. Y'all, see that shine. Uh, oh sorry, y'all, I'm nosy., It's a I'm right by the window, so somebody was fussing about they, kids telling them to get out the street. And it's the real busy intersection here.. And when I curl the hair I like to go head and swoop it down so once it cools off, because once you hit it with the heat it's warm. And when it molds it cools off and molds.. So I want the hair to sit and the reason why I did that so her hair will set and when I go through and get ready to comb it out and lay it down neatly, it's gon na automatically do it because I've already prepared the hair to Sit in one position., So let me just spray again. And this Kenra Holding Spray is (. Mumbling ) it all.. It'S like my favorite go-to spray.. So I'ma come on on this side.. So you can see these curls. You can see her hair.. You could see the cut like it looks good. If I say so myself, but you know that's just my opinion. ( mumbling, ), ( woman, giggling ) Flip this right here and curl, the rest under. And the reason why I'm using my BaByliss flat iron instead of The ( mumbling ) cause. I want a looser curl.. I want more of a bump here.. Once I get the hair, I'm gon na go head and use a smaller flat iron.. I cut the music down ( woman mumbling in background ) ( mumbling ). It might be cause it's only 25 minutes. Why y'all aint get the songs off ( mumbling ). I get the songs off. What'S that dang on ( mumbling ), I get the songs off of YouTube, so they won't mess with my videos.. So this time I was saying earlier, like sometimes depending on how I feel like I might take all the hair this way and curl it. Or I might take this way and do like a ( mumbling ). I just feel like I just did somebody else: hair similar, so I'ma take the hair down this way. And I just pull my flat iron. The way I want the hair to go. When you grab that hair and lift it with the comb cause. If you grab it, you gon' burn your fingers. Like just take the hair and go down., And then I like to lay it down. Again. The hair is hot. So if the hair is hot, when it cools off it, sets. Get your ear.. You got ta, get your ear thank you. And you see those ( mumbling ) waves, Uh, oh, did I get you And just lay the hair down. ( mumbling ), So we gon na keep it loose and I'ma keep ( mumbling ) this way - and I just Like to have fun. When I'm curling the hair, I just curl the hair., And then I like to kinda curl hair different. So if my clients see each other, they won't be like ( mumbling ) They gon be like. Oh, we know Bridgett did that you know. So I'ma come up here. I'Ma kinda, pull this. You know some of your clients, gon' say no.. I got a client I been trying to work on her for the last ( bottle spraying ) few weeks like. Can I please curl your hair on live? Can I do your hair And she be like okay, but by the time we sit down, she be like hmm, no ( giggling ), So you know I don't wanna make her feel awkward. What you say. I said she say it like that: Hmm no. She be like ( mumbling ), But you guys it's really easy. Close your eyes. ( bottle spraying ). Now I have clients that come in really wanting to be recorded. That'S what's crazy., They won't take no pictures.. They be like Bridgett record me.. Let me see. ( smacking lips ). Let me see how we gone. (, mumbling ) Watch your feet. Yay. There we go. We got ta figure, this out. Y'all, look at Nita and her ponytail ponytail ( mumbling ), ( woman mumbling. In background ) Cause Nita gon' put a wig back on. So.. She said so., Okay, so I'm up here at the top.. So if you see her, hair is curled on look how soft that is and how that looks. You know. And she has a nice thick texture of hair.. Her hair is very textured, it's very textured and relaxed.. You know I've been people to inquire about pixies and they come in and show me like the people with the thickest. Which flat Kiss flatiron you using. I'M using hey Katrina., I'm using the ceramic flat iron, the ceramic one.. It'S like I bought it last week, so I been really trying it out and I actually like it, better. I'ma do a video on it.. I actually like it better than the titanium, because it's not as hot. They both $ 20, so you can win either way. And they didn't have the titanium one. When I bought, they didn't have the ceramic one. When I bought the titanium., It reminds me of the ( mumbling ), but it's smaller, so it can get the job done a little bit: better. (, mumbling ). It'S really nice (, clicking ) and then, like I said it's not as hot. The plates on it's hot, but you know with the titanium ( mumbling, ), titanium, so titanium is gon', be hotter than ceramic iron. And y'all see I'm pulling the hair. And you don't Have to pull the hair. If you don't want the hair to go to the side, don't pull it.! You want the hair to go straight down. You know just pull the hair in the direction you want it to go. Ain't. She cute She ready.. Let me see so this is how it really be. Like when I'm curling my clients, I have'em in the mirror. I'm using my phone as a mirror. Like I got my sides where I want it., I don't know, do you want your hair off your face? You want it flipped, You don't care, I don't care., You don't care, you sure Mm hmm.! Okay, you know I be telling my clients like y'all when we filming just agree. So I had to make sure she you know cause she still paying a sister so.. You know I don't want no problems, ( bottle, spraying ), (, mumbling ) Cause. If I flip it, there ain't no going back.. I don't know lately --, so I flipped that curl. And if you see I kinda, pick this hair up and picked it up.. Now I wanted just kinda like a slight bump. I could of pulled it like I did at first, but I picked it up with the curl. I'ma pretty much use my BaByliss, because I want my curls looser. And she wears her hair like she had it really really short when we cut it back off. Like really really short, when we cut it back off, really really short. Y'all see how I'm tryna prep her for that., We gon' film that video. ( bottle spraying ). I hope I wasn't standing -- was I standing in front of. I wasn't standing in front of the camera was I I hope not. If I was I apologize., I apologize ( mumbling and singing ). That'S what Nita got ta put up with y'all. I be in here singing.. So I want her hair flipped.. If you see I'm pulling it and the thing with the 90 degree cut it's a square cut.. So since it's a square cut like I want it to be kind of squarish once I pull it once I pick it out. I pulled it. So it'll be looser. And it's not. This is not a neat hairstyle. And a good thing is ( phone ringing ). If her hair falls, she can just finger style it., That's the whole thing. It'S just like more of a finger style. And her hair grows really really really really fast. Y'all. I'M finished with work, (, mumbling, ) And go home, get my makeup together and get me something to eat. Y'all, see them curls (, mumbling, ) And even though I still want loose curls, even though I'm using my ceramic Red, Kiss, iron. Y'all, know ( mumbling ), Like almost $ 200 and this flat iron is like $ 20., You know I'm really mad about that.. Well, I'm not mad. I'M happy (, mumbling ). You know they doing some different things with'em, but I don't recommend anybody using the titanium flat iron at home. If they're not a professional., ( mumbling ), (, mumbling, ), ( woman, talking in background ) And I'm just pulling the hair. Like, I said, I want it to fall a certain way, even with curls on the front that's going down, I just pulled it. Like I Want it to be real real (, mumbling ) Now, sometimes we want ( mumbling ) combing, the hair.. I don't know why I keep saying (, mumbling, ) comb, the hair and the hair be saying: naw sis you ain't gon, get this ( mumbling ) (, mumbling ), I'm just pulling see how slow I'm pulling the hair ( engine roaring ) See how it kinda Tilts ( mumbling ), so I can play with it. And I decided to kinda bump it ( mumbling ) And make sure I done curled all the hair. ( mumbling ). This is the whole -- hold your head down, so we can see this. The entire head. Curled. Sorry, this is the entire head curled. So now ( mumbling ) ( mumbling ), my Cream Shine. (, mumbling ), hair videos.. I took my Cream Shine and Moroccan oil and then one squirt. ( hands rubbing ), Rub it thin it out ( hands rubbing ). Take it in her head, her hair is already shiny. Its just made it shinier. I don't know if that's a word. And you see I'm going down with her hair. I'm going down cause. I want it uh oh. Y'all. If I fall on these lives, don't y'all like show nobody ( bottle spraying ), Just ( mumbling ) I'ma laugh. Spray, my holding spray.. Oh, she cute. Take my little black comb., So ( mumbling ). How the whole point of that pulling the hair up. When I got ready to curl, the hair is so that hair -- see how it stands up. They be like god, ( mumbling ), See how the hair stands up. Bam, (, mumbling ). So I went this way with it. So we just gon' play with it. Bam: whoo (, mumbling ), that cut. And she ain't get no trim. Today. (, mumbling, ), hair grow and lay and do what you want it to do.. You ain't got ta cut the hair all the time you know.. So, let's get to this side. (, mumbling ) Same thing, just combing, it. She's, one of my faves.. I love all my clients but baby. She comes in here.. She had some purple, but the way her job set up. They was like naw sis.. So here's my D, struct. Put it on my tips of my fingers.. I like to rub it in and what I do is whatever piece of hair. I want to stand up, just pull it on it.. You know just have fun. There'S no rules to doing this. Y'All. Just have fun with the hair just curl, it have fun., Tell your clients to have fun., Do a good cut and have fun.. This is a 90 degree. Haircut., There's no ( mumbling ) direction or ( mumbling ) cause it's shorter. It stay up a little bit. My bad. Mm hmm. Y'all. She hear some mm - hmm ( giggling, ) That what you want your clients to be like okay.. My other client was like we finna get in the car, ( mumbling ), And so I'm putting some holding spray.. Now, I'm taking actual holding spray. This ( mumbling ) turn your head. This way, ( mumbling ), This ( mumbling ) holding spray, has a lot more hold than the Kenra.. You see, kinda ( mumbling ). This way for me. Turn your head just a little bit yeah. We having technical difficulties with this chair., Not really but --, and I'm taking the same comb and just laying the hair down in the back, and I had fun with this., And that was the reason Like you know, everybody like they curls and all that, but you know I just want to do something. Different. Like let's put something different going into 2020 out here on the internet, so we can get back to good haircuts. You know. I'm'bout to be shady, but I am being shady.. I ain't gon' say nothing cause. You know I throw some curls cause. My clients come in and be like Bridgett. I want some curls okay. So and mind you. I took hair from back here and put it up there like that with my mold. And the reason I did that so when I curled this hair back here, I want it to stand up. And you got the cut. The hair gon' stand up. And she can mold her hair and don't nothing but run her fingers through it. Mm hmm.. One side burn is longer than the other ( mumbling ). So I want her hair to go like mo hawkish.. I wanted it to kinda. Be more square shaped., It's pretty much it! I mean.!
