I mean this guy has done hair for everybody girl, okay, maybe maybe me too, but he's done hair for everybody successful hairstylist. He has popped off again about the disrespect community. That is the makeup comedian hairstylist community, and i just want to say this girl for the dawn of time, the hairstylist and makeup artist, community, okay, they they'd - be - i don't know if it's a hairstylist versus makeup artist and that old drama but they're the ones who Always be talking and gossiping about the celebrities and it trickles down to the bottom of the barrel news channels - and here we are girl, welcome to this side of the internet. But you know what i'm saying like i feel like who are closest to the celebrities, the hair, the makeup, the assistants and they're, the main ones. You'Ll be spilling the tea. I i do it with love, i do it with care, i do it with all the gratitude in the world, but let me get to what's been bothering me lately and i've tried to ignore it, but it just happens. It just continues to happen and it continues to happen because i haven't said anything so consider this next slides or videos a warning to these following people. Next videos apply to any makeup artist, hairstylist any [, __ ], stylist, clothing, stylist, any nail, tech, anybody, that's providing a service; the same way that i am with a mutual client. Okay, let me start off by saying this mind your [ __ ] business stay in your [ __ ] lane. If you know that i have a [, __ ] attitude in the mouth on me, please don't [ __ ] elaborate! Don'T give your [ __ ] opinion, don't say anything negative or anything that has to do with my work worry about your work, because, if i don't have nothing good to say i don't [ __ ] give my opinion. Okay, i like to work with everybody, especially when we bring a look together when we combine our our work together and we create a masterpiece. That'S amazing, but i can't work with [ __ ], who are stating a [ __ ] opinion that not even the client is concerned about. Then you put doubt in that in that client's head you give me, the client might love the work, but you're [, __ ] running your mouth, that it makes them doubt the work, but some people are in the same [ __ ] room, providing a service, sometimes Getting paid way way way less than i am in the same: [ __ ] room, providing a service for the same [, __, ] client, and they always got something to say about the next person's work about my work: [, __ ]. You don't see me talking about your [ __ ] work, the same [ __ ]. You deliver every single time. Okay, if i don't like something as long as the client is satisfied and happy, i don't have [ __ ] to say about it: okay, you're, not providing that service to me, okay, as long as client likes it. There'S no reason i should say anything as long as that person likes what i'm delivering, what you're delivering and the outcome of the whole look. There'S no reason why anybody should be giving an opinion or a statement in regards to the next person's work. Okay, get that through your do these [ __ ] get paid extra. Do they get a commission? Do you get a raise? Do you get a tip from putting your input and downgrading somebody else's work or somebody else's work ethic or somebody else, work quality? Because if that's the case, then i have a lot to say and best believe. I'M gon na become a millionaire off that [ __ ], okay, but listen when we work, learn how to work in groups, learn how to work mind. Your business show proficient professionalism, because when i work i literally show up and dip i deliver and dip. Okay, it ain't my fault you're, getting paid less than me. It ain't my fault. I don't have to be a yes person or kiss anybody's ass or do extra work. That'S outside of my work title in order to gain that position that i'm in that sucks. For you, i have to do the most for the very least, that's your job. I don't have to kiss nobody's ass. I don't have to do extras. My work speaks for itself, okay, i'm jay. Before and after that client, you don't get paid extra for being a dick, a yes person for downgrading somebody else's work, mind your business. Okay, always have something to say: jay has an attitude. Jay has to learn how to talk to people. If, if that's me talking, are you speaking, my name? Mutual clients keep my name out your mouth, because if that's what you hear me do through the internet, imagine what the [ __ ]. I could do in person, i'm not the one to play with. Oh, please don't don't don't do that to yourself. Don'T do that to me. Don'T play with me play with something safe. Not with me all right, i'm not the one to [ __ ] with if i stay quiet at a client's house in a working environment is because i don't want to lose it, and i don't want to lose it on you. Okay, because i'm a walk away. We'Re both going to lose that [, __, ], client and guess what i'ma still be making the same amount of money or more okay, because the client doesn't define me now towards my clients or anybody that decides to book me or anybody. That'S booking any service, whether it's makeup, hair, stylist, nail tech, whatever other person, that's providing service to you too, if you hear this say, listen i like it. It is what it is. You don't have to say nothing. I don't care. If you don't like it, don't let people like this talk down on others? I don't see how a client could sit there and allow someone else downgrade someone's worth that dick judge somebody's work speak for them, especially when they weren't concerned about anything like yo who's. The one cutting the check you or the other one that's getting paid less than me. That'S providing a service the same way that i am here, hello, who's, the boss, who's the paying client, show some control and give respect to the people that you like that are providing services to you. If you like my work, don't allow [, __ ], like this. Try to downgrade my work and judge my work, especially when you're not concerned about it. If you love it so much, you love my work and you continue to book me. Don'T allow kids like this, who deliver the same [, __ ] every single time don't play my [ __ ], because if i haven't lost it yet and i haven't retaliated or said anything yet it's out of respect so show me the same respect more of the Story to all this is, if you're providing a service. The same way that i am ordered that anybody else is on a client mind. Your business worry about yourself, learn how to work as a group to create the perfect outcome. Then leave get your money, then leave okay and if you're a client, a customer, that's booking people to provide service for you, don't allow one stupid, idiot, downgrade, judge or say something negative about the other person's work, work ethic or the way they move. If you're not concerned about it, be the boss act like the boss act like the paying client take control, show respect. Okay with that being said, happy sunday girl that was a long ass wind at the house girl. Well, here's a receipt that that kills the flies. That'S what i have about the fire and everything go okay. I see it like chanel. I see both ways and the day, if you know the guy has a temper, keep your name out of his mouth or my name out or whatever girl. I can't you know what i'm saying. Don'T talk about him because he's going to get mad at the house, but i do think he has something to say. It'S just kind of like show up. Do your job and then book it get the check leave which isn't it's easier said than done, because most people who work you work for they want you to stay like do my hair for the red carpet, okay, uh! No, you can't go home, you got ta! Come with me the red heart, because i need you to touch me up while i'm on the red carpet like stuff like that, so you know a lot of times when you hire hair and makeup it's extra feet. It'S a fee to install there's an all-day fee. There'S a red carpet fee, there's a fee to touch you up at the event like there's and then oh girl. They got ta, get their hotel room and food and it's a lot to handle right so being pleasant and being professional works so good. But i have been around the industry for such a long time where hair, stylists and makeup artists are saying: oh girl, don't work with so-and-so, they do good hair, but don't work with so-and-so because whoopty whoopty woo it's just like this okay, but at the same time People do want to work with people who are positive, um professional, but when you're sitting there gossiping the house, it just kind of does make you kind of look bad okay, and then you end up over here on this channel.
