Thank god we can finally lay this situation to rest.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel this video I tell you guys about this horrible experience I had with this New York hairstylist and if you guys follow me on Instagram you saw the post that I made about her horrible service and the horrible experience that I had. I’ve been waiting for my refund for about a month which upset me to the point that I actually made this video. I hope you guys learn from my experience in dealing with some of these shady hairstylist.

Hey guys so welcome back to my channel, so this video is going to be exposing video, so i had a really really bad um experience with a hair stylist and i'm going to show you her page and everything, because what do i have to hide? Um? Yes, so i had a really bad experience with this girl um doing hair wow. Her name is adore moon on instagram. You may have seen her doing um chinese kitty, hair um. She did there's a popular youtube girl. What'S her name, um give me one. Second, i'm gon na find it for you, and this is how i actually came across her. She was doing um kitty, hair she's done sleigh, bella's hair before as well, but she did a braided wig install on this girl excuse my beauty and i really liked the install and i liked how it looked in pictures and stuff just trying to show you guys. So so i really liked how it looked in pictures, and this is her page. So this is what it looks like yeah. So i had a horrible horrible experience with this girl. So um i'm going to go to our unfollowed. As you can see, i'm going to go to our messages, so you guys can see the like horrible horrible process that i've had. So i was looking for a hairstylist to do a particular hairstyle on me that i wanted um. It was just long black. A lot of layers a lot of baby hairs, you know hd lace, real natural looking, so i sent her a picture of a wig she had made, and this is like on a mannequin and i was in love with the style. The way it looked and everything like that, so she said that it was a custom handmade wig for purchase um purchased from her uh brand. So i wrote her and this is june 29th and i wrote her and i said: hey babe is this wig available for purchase at this time? I was currently doing a lot of deliveries on my boutique, which i do offer a delivery service in new york and in new jersey. I just have to dm my page and you know i'll deliver to you as long as you dm before five o'clock, um and um. She didn't get back to me until the next day ever and next morning, and she said: hey love, i already sold it, but i can definitely remake it or if you want a lace wig instead and i said, would it be an hd fillet, full lace? She said: hey both full laces, don't really come with real hd lace, mostly transparent. The lace is too thin and fragile to hold all the hair and the tugging. She said, i hand make hd frontal wigs with hd frontal and bundles. So i've never had the pleasure of having an hd frontal. I don't think at least not to my knowledge um. I said okay, i wrote her back later on that day and i said okay, how much do you charge? She said what lengths and just for the hd lace handmade hd lace. I said sorry i had so many dms. I ended up writing her back july 9th. I never saw that message. I had so many people writing me and i think she was in the general section. I don't think she's in my primary section. I'M not sure. So i said sorry, i have so many dm's. I have a question. Do you only do box braided extensions on full lace? Wigs or do you do cornrows too? I preferably wanted cornrows, but i'll. Take the box braids. If that's what i can get um, so she wrote me back and she's the only knotless braids. I never tried before with the cornrows and she put the little emoji and i said okay, so how much would it be for a full lace, wig royal blue, with knotless braids? I sent her a picture that she had on her page of the color of the blue that i wanted, and i saw i told her, that color blue, she said hey hun. It would be a fifty. I said, okay and that's what installing everything she said. No hun that's for the wig, that's for the wig, the hair, the 40 to 50 inch braids and the coloring of the wig, and i said okay and how much is the insole. She said 225, but that's after when the wig is completed and you come in for your appointment, i said. Okay, so do i have to leave a deposit and how long does construction and stuff take? She said you have to purchase the wig in full and i said okay, where do i do that? She said: where are you located? I said new york and new jersey. She said: do you be in brooklyn um jean hang up the phone, because i need the voice notes to play, so she then said: do you be in brooklyn so because of the fact that i was driving at the time i sent her a voice. Note yeah. I come to brookford every day, um. I have to come there today anyway. Um also, i see that it says in your bio that, like it's being made and stuff like that, does that go for this week too, after 15 days anyway. Um also, i see that it says in your bio that, like it's 9 to 15 days for like the wig to be made or stuff like that, does that go for this wig too, because if so, i was trying to get my hands done this week. So i don't have a problem paying for the wig that i went down the blue wig, but i need my hair done this week too. So i guess basically i'm saying after i purchased this wig, the blue wig. I want to purchase something so i could book an appointment and like um well not this week, but like next week, monday and tuesday, she said yikes yeah. It takes some time to make those wiz especially that length and that color. Okay, that's no problem. I could wait for the blue braided wig. It'S not like a rush um. Do you have any full-length jet black, wigs or anything, that's like already constructed. Well, if i get my own full-length wig and time um how many days before the appointment do, i need to drop it off. That'S my dog snoring in the background, he's actually sleeping right here next to me, because he can't do anything without me. So please please ignore the snoring and please ignore the stain on my shirt as you'll, see in a previous video. I got makeup on my shirt by feeling my hand being angry. She said you're dragging it. She said one to two days before the appointment hunt is fine or 55 for the same day, customization fee like bleaching of the lace, plucking and stuff. Like that um she said: do you want to get an install now or also pay for the blue braid and also pay for the blue braids? She said if so you get the install for next week i'll try and have the wig ready in two weeks. So the week after next that's coming up mind you, this conversation is being had july 10th. Now damn where was i okay, so um? She said one to two days before the appointment. It'S it's! Okay! I read that already yeah, i don't mind if it takes two weeks or three weeks for the construction of the blue wig. I know it's a lot because you got to cover the hair and the lace and everything and through the braids um, but i do want to get my hair done. Um jet black, like as soon as possible. So today is friday um. Hopefully i should have the wig to drop off by monday, because i know sunday's like a weird day and i'll put the appointment for wednesday like wednesday afternoon. I'M gon na go look for anything and see what you have available right now then she says yes, wednesday is fine. Jet black color and price also depends on the length. So if you would drop off the hair you're paying for the coloring and the blue braids also just so, i have everything in order. I said it's going to be 26 or 30.. She said: okay, jet black curler i'll, say 150 for those lengths. That'S a lot. 150 to die three bundles and a frontal. I feel like that's a lot, but okay, i'm just you know, hold on okay, so 150 for those lentils a lot, but you know i want it done professionally. So maybe this is just a professional course, i'm not sure. So um she said so so when you drop off the hair you're paying for the coloring of the uh, the bundles and frontal and the coloring and the blue braided wig also - and i said, okay and yes, i'm hoping to come by and do it wednesday. I mean monday, she said the drop off. I say yes does, that day work she said. Yes, it does. I wrote her back the next day and i said: okay hon. What'S the address and time she didn't write me back. This was july 10th at 4 31.. She didn't write me back after exa. What'S the address in time, she then responded to me july 12th, at 8, 21, and she said: hey hon. Are we still on for tomorrow? She then wrote me that afternoon. My messages are flooded, though, because i am doing deliveries on a regular basis. She said hello, hun. I wrote her back that night and i said i have a dentist appointment at five tomorrow. What'S a good time to come, she said: can you come she's running back the next morning and said, can you come at two then she wrote me back later on that afternoon and said: hey hon. Are you coming? She gave me the address and i wrote her back the next day. No, i brought back that evening and say: hey babe. I didn't see this message it's today, the only day that i can come. She said yes come tonight and i said: okay um. As soon as i finish, what i'm doing i'm gon na come to you, she said: what's your number two, so i gave her my number so from there when i'm not gon na, show you but um from me giving her my number. Obviously, the message went into my text messages. So now i'm gon na go to my text messages and i'm gon na show you where this girl had me effed up at okay, so she um, i wrote her back around 12. I think i spoke to her on the phone. I can't remember, but i wrote her at back at 12, 48 july 14th and i said: hey babe: are you there i'm getting on the highway now she said my cab is on his way in 10 minutes. How far are you i said? Damn i'm far, i'm not even in queens, yet she said so meet me in brooklyn i'll, be up all night well, at least until two. I said: okay, what's the address, she gave me her home address in brooklyn and i said okay. She said how far i said: 42 minutes she said girl. It'S been two. She wrote me back at 2, 45, 2, 54 and said girl. It'S been two hours. I said five minutes, i'm here and she said hold on give me five minutes. I was in the shower when you text back, i said okay, she said coming down. I said okay, she said i'm outside. Where are you? I said, i'm double parked. My lights are on, she said. I see you. Do you see my flashlight on? I say yes, i then get out the car and choose myself or whatever give her the money repeat what i want and everything is fine. She said: hey love. You gave me eight hundred and thirty dollars. I said: okay, wait! I'M at dunkin donuts, i'm gon na come back. I let her know that i was tired when i got to her that it was a struggle for me to get from where i was. I think it was like in the bronx to brooklyn um i had to pull over and i had to take a nap because i just couldn't drive. She said no go get some rest boo, you're, tired i'll, just add it to the install. When you come for your appointment, i said okay, thank you, thursday august 6. I text her and i asked her. I don't know if you you guys, are seeing this. The right way, i just thought about that, because this is my friend i said i said: hey babe is the wig ready. This is thursday august 6 at 5 45. She never responded. She responds the next day the next morning and she says: hey boo, it'll be ready soon. It was delayed because i had to wait for the blue braiding here to ship and come in the mail, not exactly understanding. Why you're waiting for the blue braiding hair to ship and come in the mail, but okay we're going to play the game? I repeat: i wrote her back a couple hours later. I said: okay, no problem. She wrote me back on well yeah. She wrote me back on wednesday um august, the 12th at 9 13. In the morning she wrote me and said: hey babe next week. Can we schedule an appointment. I wrote her back two hours later and i said yeah what day and time she never responds. She never called me back. She never said anything and i wrote her back on monday. The 20th august monday august 24th, at 6, 20, and i said, question mark question mark - show me back the next day, oh hold on before before we go to what day and after she said what day in time, i wrote her on instagram on august 20th and I said: hey babe, do you do instagram promotions? She never responded. Okay, i wrote her question marks on august 24th, which is a monday at 6, 20 p.m, and she responds to me the next day the 25th in morning, and she says: hey boo the day you text me was my actual birthday and i just landed from vacation. Yesterday, this weekend you can definitely come in let's pause here the day you wrote me august 12 and i wrote you back to actual day and time. If that was your actual birthday, then why did you write me on your actual birthday to secure the appointment? If you were going on vacation, why would you ask me to come in that week? It doesn't clearly doesn't make sense. Okay, oh the following week. Excuse me so she said um, so i didn't answer her because eight o'clock in the morning i'm not up so then she writes me the 27th. I thought i'd text her back, but i didn't. I must have been a little ticked off, maybe possibly i'm not sure she writes me back. This is so annoying. She writes me back thursday august 27th, two days later, at 1, 24 p.m. She says love, and i responded immediately right back to her five minutes later and said: hey. I thought i'd text you back yesterday. Just let me know what your availability is like for the rest of the month, i'm thinking right before labor day. What do you think she doesn't answer so, on tuesday september 8th, i said to her hey. I just want to know when i can schedule an appointment to install my wig. It'S almost going on two months now and i want to get it done before labor day, but i want to get it done before before for a labor day party yesterday and you never answered okay, it's tuesday september 8th. She doesn't answer that message, so i'm just talking to myself. She doesn't answer that message, so i kindly went to instagram, which was our first. You know uh interaction and, i said hey. I just want to know when i can schedule an appointment to install my wig. It'S almost going up two months now and i wanted to get it done before labor day party yesterday and you never answered. She responds back to me the following the following day on instagram and says: i'm really sorry hon. I never seen a text from you. If i knew i would have been caught, if i knew i would have been contacted you, i was in atlanta for a funeral also, but yes, it's long overdue. My apology is less than an official date, please, okay, so i saw that the 9th and the 10th. I wrote her back okay. What day are you available? I leave next week friday morning. She says on the 12th two days later, let's do thursday. I said. Okay, just let me know a time if thursday doesn't work. I need the wig before i leave friday morning. I said that to her on the 12th, so she never answered so on the 14th i wrote her and said hello. I would like to meet up with you or come to the shop to pick up my wig if the wig hasn't been made. Yet that's fine. I would like my money back, she said hey, i thought we agreed to thursday. I said it's fine. I won't have time thursday. She says damn the only reason why i said thursday is because i'm not in new york. She said so. I responded to her. I said, and when will you be in new york or is there anyone that i can meet to get it? She said i land thursday afternoon, so i was gon na. Have you come in that night and no one has the keys to my house. I said i could just meet you on thursday to pick it up. I leave early friday morning and i have to take my dog somewhere thursday. She says so no install on thursday question mark and i said no just to pick up. I write her thursday at three o'clock and i say hey good afternoon. What time can i come pick up the wig. She responds to me four hours later and says: hey hun. Unfortunately, i'm trying to land by tonight to meet with you, but i miss my flight. So i'm currently on standby waiting to see if the next flight i can hop on. I said: okay, please let me know i leave tomorrow at 12 and i'm not trying to purchase another wig, because i've already purchased three to four wigs. Since i was supposed to get my wig from you, she writes me some. I write her september 18th in the morning and i said hello: were you able to make it back to new york? This is at 11 28. She does not answer. I write her back at 8, 57 p.m, thursday, and i said to her: hey, i'm not trying to be rude or anything. At this point i spent a lot of money with you on a wig. I have never seen and still have not gotten. I pushed back my flight and still have not gotten at least a response from you, i'm no longer interested in having my hair done. I just want what i paid for, but at this point i just want my money back 830 dollars is not chump change. To throw away on a wig, i wasn't able to wear to any events i planned and now my photo shoot is postponed at this point i don't even want the wig at all. I just want to refund my cash. App is seven monroe and myself is, and i gave her my number and i said, whichever way is easiest for you, it's fine with me. Okay, she didn't answer either. So i also sent this i sent this message to her on instagram. As you guys can see, september 18th at 8, 57 pm after writing, her september 18th in the morning when she's supposed to be back for her flight. So she responds to me at one o'clock in the morning on september 19th um and says i called your. I called your number and everything i called your phone number and everything now. Let me explain to you the reason why she called me. I then sent this text message to her phone at 12, 22 uh september 19th, and she did call me uh 20 minutes later and i said: hey, i'm not trying to be rude same thing. I said my cash app. I just want the refund blah blah blah. I took it to instagram because now i'm feeling very very offended because you're ignoring me, you're telling me you can't see my text messages yet they're saying delivered, which you wouldn't say if you weren't getting my messages. So sorry, i kicked my thing, so i then made a post and i asked a blog by the name of ig model t room to also repost it. I sent it to her and asked her to repost it now this post says: oh, i didn't realize. I posted my phone number on instagram, so i posted this post here, which is of the messages and everything and i've heard no response and i attacked her. I said okay, so i'm at this point i'm getting really pissed off. So i gave this girl and i tagged her adore moon, the money for this week july 14th, it's september 19th and i still have not gotten what i paid for this girl has not responded to me since yesterday. Knowing i have somewhere to go, i'm not sure what flight she had that she's still on but can y'all. Do me a favor and blast her dm to spam. Her page and ask her send me my money back she's, clearly not answering me so maybe she'll answer y'all respectfully. I posted that and the blog reposted it in screenshot and also tagged her and said something along the lines of help sesame roll get her money back. So people in the comments are laughing um. Somebody says shaking my head: doesn't take that long with the f somebody else said she got a dior, but on a standby flight, how which is hilarious um somebody also said done, so i then posted um. She called me immediately after i posted that, so this post was made september 19th. I can't exactly see the time, but this post was made somewhere between the 22 12 22 and 12. 20. 12. 41. When she called me, so i saw that she called me and i didn't answer and i called her back uh. I called her back in front of um. I called her back and um. She basically said to me how she's had a death in the family, she's out of town and she's in la and the only reason she's even flying back, is to do my hair and she's gon na give me a free, install, and i let her kindly know. I do not want an install, i do not want the wig. I would like my money back at this point, because your service has been horrible and i don't want any product from you um. I haven't even seen the picture of the wig, let alone you haven't. Posted it, if you would have did this wig, it looked phenomenal and you would have wanted to post it. So i was immediately immediately pissed off because now you're telling me you're calling me from a quiet place. The airport is not quite you're. Calling me from a quiet place letting me know that um you're on standby waiting for the next available flight and they were trying to charge you 1200 for a connected flight to take you from la to miami, then from miami to new york, and i'm just trying To figure out where i'm stupid at because really really it's a pandemic flights are less than what they normally would be, and you're gon na sit here and tell me that flights to vegas were just a hundred dollars and you're gon na tell me that to leave La they're trying to charge you two hundred dollars and you're in the airport, and it's nothing that they can do. First of all, they would have given you a seat on the next available flight um. There are at least six flights a day at least six flights. A day there's at least one every hour really realistically leaving every city in any city, especially a major city, not to mention there are other airlines. If the one you own does not. You know you could save that for later use that as a credit and pay for another flight. Okay, she further tells me that, even though i gave her my payment in cash, she cannot be filming my money immediately because she has to put it in her business books. She has to put it in her business books that i gave her this payment for something that she didn't do, which i'm asking for back, so she has to put this refund in her business books. I wish i would record this conversation if you guys care how stupid she sounded um. She then began to tell me: okay, please, take the post down. People are bashing me underneath your post and they're saying really mean things they're, calling all sorts of scammers and stuff. Like that blah blah blah she's dead, excuse me, she then goes on to say that i'm going to receive my refund in 7 to 15. Businesses at this point is nothing i can do short of assault or damaging property, or something like that and which would further cause me to be in trouble. Okay, she says: i'm gon na give you a refund. Please just take the post down. I archived the post, because why wouldn't i i then make a post - and i say: okay so update she called me. Apparently i should be receiving my my refund vso in 7 to 15 business days, even though i paid cash, i guess we'll see what happens. I made this post september 19th, i'm not sure what time i made the post, so i then made it uh. In my comment, i mean in the caption i wrote will be three months in at that point, but i guess my money and time don't really mean [, __ ], to be stylish so um. I proceeded to clown her in the comments. Yes, i did. Somebody says um, that's the effing joke. I said she's a big clown. Somebody else says: zell doesn't even take one day sounds like she's scamming. You again and i said it. I said this is what i said. I said she's still playing with my money. It'S cool! I'M gon na be patient until the 30th. She said. Did you even get your money back babe? Did you ever get your money back babe? This is two weeks later. I didn't even answer that person. I should. I should um she. Somebody else said: wow, that's so unprofessional as asf as f um. She must only care about her celebrity clients. Excuse me, i'm sure she wouldn't dare do that with chinese kitty, especially so close to you, having, especially so close to to having an outing or event. I said exactly bro, that's a super whack at some super whack a s. I said. If i was a celebrity, if i had a million followers, i guess it would be different um. Somebody said exactly another person commented and said she tried to play with me too. One day she wrote me that she's working with someone important and that's why she couldn't text me back. Maybe the celebrity's money is yellow or something because she thought she was gon na, because she thought i was gon na accept that crap. I kept my money and went right to here by suave he's great and um. The other girl commented to her and said. Oh, my god, what the hell, i don't think people understand since you are providing a service, you have to prioritize your clients, no matter who they are, what their social status is. She knows she's there wrong. Somebody says zell is quick, though it doesn't take seven to 15 business days, and i said it do. If you don't have the money to refund. Very plainly, she said um zealous, quick, not no. Seven. Some other girl says that was quick. It'S not no! 7 to 15 business days - and i said this - is the scams these new york hairstylists be up to bro, it's crazy. Somebody said she who, i said, don't worry i'll, say it all in a nice explanatory video, for you guys, somebody else says who, who is this zell takes 30 seconds. I said bro, that's what i said. This is instant she's talking about. She got to file taxes. Oh yeah, she said she had to file taxes on this refund, even though you're just giving the money back. So it's like you, never got it. Okay, um somebody's. So so then i said like bro, you spent the money and clearly don't have it just say that so somebody else said: wow yeah, a lot of them are big time. Scammers i said super. I would never recommend her. I took this post down respectfully, i'm actually going to repost it make it public back on my page right now so show on profile. So if you guys are watching this video, you can clown her in that post, but there's going to be a new post coming. So as of right now, today is september, today is october 18th. I still still have not received the refund and it's officially been 30 days period, which is well over 7 to 15 business days. I'M trying not to threaten her on instagram, i'm really trying not to but she's really testing. My patients, i'm not gon na lie um yeah. So back to my text, messages so saturday, september 19th, at 3, 18 p.m. She texts me say hello, so, from the 30th to the 12th between those business days, you'll receive your refund. I'M sorry for the inconvenience and, like i stated all the orders. Oh yeah, i forgot, she told me all the orders that she had for braided wigs were delayed, and she told me that some lady, you know, got her braided wig and it was so bomb and that somebody's gon na purchase my wig and she's gon na post. It tomorrow, because it's so bomb and somebody's definitely gon na pay for it and the lady who got her wig late said it was definitely worth the wait uh. Well. No, it's not! Your work is not worth the wait. Sweetie um, she said, there's a lot of nasty remarks being made about me even under the new post you posted. Also after i agreed upon your refund. It'S only a scam. If you don't receive your money back. If i'm, if i'm delayed, it was backed up with orders and also after it was completely out of my control not being able to make it back to new york city and time, there's really no need for the slander. Therefore, again, i apologize for your experience and you should receive your refund in full. This is my personal phone number. I gave you this number with no intentions of any of this happening. I kindly wrapped all that up and said. Thank you. You can use this email for zell and i sent her my email wednesday october 7th, since i haven't heard anything from her since september 19th. I write her and i say good evening. I'Ve been patiently waiting for my refund it's now october 7th, and there are five days left until the 12th, which is the last day for me to receive my refund. Can you give me some insight as to when i'll be receiving my 830 refund? She responds back to me this wednesday, this one de niro. Can you stop that, like just slow your breathing down this wednesday, which was the 14th, which was a week later, real cute hello, you should be receiving receiving um soon, please confirm once it has been deposited. That'S what two o'clock wednesday afternoon wednesday at four o'clock. I said: okay, i'm looking now i don't see anything she said now, it's thursday, 11 57. Am i write her again and i said okay, so i haven't. I didn't receive anything yesterday starting to come off like this. Is a game or something she said. I was supposed to be sent zell. It was supposed to be sent last night. I don't have zel. Now you don't have zel. Now you don't ask out. Okay, i don't have zel, so i'm having someone send it to you. Let me contact them and see. What'S going on, she said. Okay, i said um hold on wait a second i i went. I said. Okay, that's all i can say it's. Okay, i'm upset! I'M in a different state, i'm not gon na, say anything thursday night. I text her. So exactly what's going on at this point: are they gon na so send it, or do you need another way to send it be a cash app or something there are more lies and excuses? I already got in contact with the person with the person. I already got a contact. The person is at work right now, so i'm waiting until she comes off. I think her account isn't used to sending that high of an amount, so they must have put a hold on, and so she can call up and confirm it's her, i'm waiting for her to get off work. I said: okay, because that's all i can say it is. She wrote me back at 7, 25 p.m. On thursday, i write her at 1, 46 friday this past friday. Keep in mind that today is today is sunday october 18th. I wrote her back friday, which was the 16th, and i said it's now friday afternoon i was supposed to have my refund monday monday turned out to be a holiday okay. You'Ve had four extra days to provide me in my refund. This process seems to be more and more unprofessional and wasting my time. I gave you multiple options on how i can accept the refund at this point if it needs to be paid in cash and so be it. I'Ve been waiting for your friend to figure out her financial situation for the past three days, which is crazy. Plainly put am i gon na have my refund today or not. She says you are gon na definitely receive your refund. I have been updating you throughout the whole time she has called up and they have told her that they'll be releasing the funds. I can't use cash out because i never use them for that high of an amount if people are paying 800 for wigs. I would think that you've received that amount of money before and now you're just lying, okay, okay um before and they usually block transactions any higher than 300. You could have sent me three and three and two thirty i'm confused or you can send me 250 and 250 and 250 and whatever the balance is i'm a little confused. Okay, um. I only do deposits on there hmm fancy. It is not on her financial situation. The bank is holding onto the money because of the amount being sent before releasing the funds. This is friday. Now i said so you're saying i will receive my funds because today would be the fourth day in a row that you said that she doesn't respond to me. It'S now. 9 30.. I said okay. Now it's going on 10 pm is still nothing. She said we are waiting for the funds to be released. The bank has it on hold because of a high amount being sent to you girl. The wait is solely on cd's behalf until they release some money, there's nothing i can do except for wait until they do, but they said it should have been released and deposited into your account soon under normal situations. This circumst this under normal circumstances. The situation would have been handled completely differently, however, this is a professional matter and i wanted to keep it professional because i am a professional person and i have my own businesses to run. This is completely completely disrespectful and completely unprofessional, and this girl has had horrible. Nothing but horrible service. This entire time, i gave you wig a wig on july money for a wig on july 14th. It is one two three months down the line three months and about almost a week down the line, and i have not received my money back. There has never been a picture of this wig posted. There has never been so much as a a proper anything done. You apologize and continue to fully take advantage of a situation that technically i can't do anything about. I cannot necessarily take the money from you or just magically, withdraw it out of your account or anything like that. At this point, i have it set up in my head to come to your shop and to make my money in person, and you got to take up whatever issue you have with td bank with td bank, because this is not my concern. Oh my god. This guy like why, why are you, [, __ ], calling me instead of making a video okay, calm down? This is a very stressful topic, because i'm not used to this type of disrespect. I'M not used to this type of professionalism. I'M not used to this type of demeanor. I'Ve never paid this much for a wig, and it was probably stupid to me to pay her the full amount in person which my friend has greatly. Let me know, but at the same time i believe in paying for work, and you know if, if you say that you know i mean moving forward, obviously i'm going to have a different take on this, but you know at the time i was like you know. You know she did do a good job on this girl's wig. It does take a lot of construction and she needs the wigs to be paid and full. She knows i'm serious, that's fine! I have 830 around clearly, that's why i ordered the wig. The annoying part is it's like you still don't care about your customers. You still don't care, because it's now um sunday, the 18th of october and all the holidays, which i wanted to wear this week, have passed. I no longer i have beautiful long hair underneath any of these wigs. My hair is about this length under boob length. There is not a way in hell. I would ever let this girl touch look at see witness my hair in any shape or form, because the fact that i will never have your nasty energy in my hands. I do not want any insult from you. I do not want any services from you. I don't even want the wig that you made to touch my scalp, that's how severe of a nasty negative input you have put on me then to make matters worse de niro, wake the [ __ ] up then to make matters worse. I go on your page because i frequently go to see what new work she has. She doesn't post on her insta story often, but she does post pictures of doing people's hair. So since the situation - let's just say, september 19th - since i was supposed to have received my refund - not to say that she shouldn't be continuing to do business, but the very next day you did someone's hair right, which was september 20th. You did someone's hair um september 22nd two day three days after i spoke to you. You then posted this braided wig right and what not you then oh hold on, because i do take screenshots. I definitely do do that. You then apply this wig on someone's head and the poor poor child that you've applied this wig onto. I don't even want to comment on what the wig looked like on her head, but you clearly got some bad reviews on it because of the fact that you actually hold on. Where is the picture? It'S probably on this, this uh phone? You apply that wiggle to some girl's head, it looked horrible. Her braids underneath must have been so thick that you couldn't even it just looked horrible. She posted a picture and she posted a video and she rightly took them down because they looked bad bad and it's nothing to to say about the customer. You know she looks fine, but her hair looked horrible. You then, post on october, 6th you've done another install on another person, i'm not going to post these people because of the fact that their faces are in it. So you did another install on the six and you did another install on the ninth and you did another install four days ago. Today'S the 18th, that's the 14th and you have consistently done somebody's hair. You also done did a wig on someone that i actually know. Um, i don't think she's gon na mind if i post her, but she did an install on someone. I know another dancer or used to be dancer. Her name is envy. You did an install on her. Envy has about 600k followers yeah. She has 600k followers. So i guess you have more followers than me, so you wanted to redeem yourself by doing a popular girl's, hair, okay, whatever, as well as you did someone else's hair two days ago and you just reposted two hours ago, her install so it's just like you've. Never posted the wig that you supposedly made me you never posted um the money to my account for that matter. You'Ve been nothing but a hassle. This whole time. So at this point i just want to warn everybody in doing hair with or getting their hair done or booking an appointment with this girl adore moon. I will definitely take a screenshot of her page and i will post it for you guys to see um. I definitely want to warn anybody that is interested in getting their hair done by her that she is a very unprofessional, hair stylist. She is, i actually have a recording of a phone call when she called me or when i called her um sometime last week. I think it was before i sent that message on the seventh, i'm not sure i'm gon na play the recording for you and i'm gon na. Let you know what day it is everything like that um, but she just super unprofessional very just like i can't even explain how much of a hassle. This is the fact that i gave you 830 july 14th and we're sitting here october 18th, and i still haven't had my money back, you not only went against your own word by not having my refund in between those days. You waited until the last possible day to receive my refund, to give it back to me, so that just lets me know that, on top of your unprofessionalism, that you're very disrespectful that lets me know that you don't deserve my money, let alone anyone else's, and you Guys don't have to listen to me. You guys can make your own experience, i'm not trying to bash her in any way, but i definitely am making a statement about the services that i receive. I receive poor, very, very poor, unprofessional, disrespectful discourteous services by this girl, and i still have not yet received my money back. It would be nice if, tomorrow i always get money back. I don't know i may post this video today i may wait and i may post it until after i have received my refund just to let you guys know the actual day that i receive my refund. But at this point it's just like i feel like, regardless of obviously my refund or not, everybody just needs to know of the horrible experience that i experienced and um i um hold on uh dinero. You got ta cut it out because you're starting like i, don't know what kind of dream you're having but you're like just blow mods um, so the shop that she, i don't even know the shop that she currently works at um, is in. Like woodridge new york. I don't know 1639 center street or something like that. I don't know if there are other stylists in the shop, but anyone who even goes to that shop like i warn you about this girl like she is so unprofessional, completely non-business savvy. She does not care about her customers, her clientele or her reputation. She had done chinese kitty here about three times from the time that i gave her my money to the time that i um messaged her about my refund, and that was something that was pissing me off, because she literally was getting her hair different shades of blue. At that point - and it was just like not only was that i have not received my wig - that was supposed to be the same color, but i haven't even received the message in regards to how my order is going or anything like that and for someone like Me, who runs a business who has to ship out people's package in a timely manner or when something goes wrong. You know, okay, you know i'm gon na refund you for this item or i'm gon na return, your shipping or i'm gon na put something extra in your package. You know you have to let customers know these kinds of things when running a business and as a black woman who runs a business. It bothers me that i have to have this type of negative uh words over another black woman's business, but at the same time, it's like why can't we all be on the same side? Why couldn't? I have received the services that i asked for that i paid for. Why couldn't i receive my refund when you realized that this week has never been made? I'M not gon na make it and i'm gon na drag this out. So at this point, i'm under the impression - and it really looks like you're just dragging this whole situation out because of the fact that you're upset that i spoke bad about you on instagram. But what you have to realize is, i didn't speak bad about you. I told the truth on a situation and people are more than inclined to make up their minds about how they feel about you as a stylist. It'S not my fault that you have had this bad experience with me. You brought this bad experience to me so at this point like i said, this is not a video to bash anyone, but i just would like to warn you guys of the horrible stylists that are out there, and this is my experience of a horrible stylist in New york city located in brooklyn or queens by the name of adore moon, and if you don't want your money to be taken and seems like never returned to you do not book with her at all. Under you know, that's my just tidbit of advice, dealing with the situation and still have not received my refund three months later. There are other hair, stylists and experiences at different clubs and different businesses that i had that are very negative, that i definitely am going to talk about.
