Like god, I don't even know I'm looking at the it's for Windows. 95. I don't know if that's actually when it came out but yeah. This came. Ok. 97. I just thought that it would be fun to show you some of these shitty games that girls had to play in the 90s. So this was a game I had as a kid and there weren't a lot of great PC games out there quote-unquote for girls. I don't really see why something needs to be. You know directed towards a girl or a boy based on the content, because I had just as much fun with Magic School Bus dinosaurs, as I did with my wonderful Barbie games. So I thought that we would just screw around and have some fun with this game if you're young - I probably shouldn't, be watching this, because there's gon na be strong language most likely, so you might want to you might want to leave if your parents would not Be okay with strong language, then you'd, probably, but I finally got windows 98 working on my computer in a virtual box, which means I can play all the crappy PC games from my childhood and ones that I didn't get to play and I could not be more Excited to do that because it's so nostalgic for me to play these games, even if some of them are really crappy, so today we're gon na be playing Barbie Magic hairstyle. Should we style next, so we got to choose which one we want to style. So, let's, let's just go with the traditional, let's just go with Barbie for this one, we're going to make her look so fabulous you don't even know, I'm Barbie, you can choose a special event. Costume party dreamed a wedding or career. These are the only events in your life that you will ever need to look nice for. I'M just telling you now girls, because you're, either gon na be going to a costume party or you're gon na have a dream date or a wedding or possibly a career. If you're one of those newfangled career women - because you can't have all of these - obviously so hmm, why don't we do a dream date? That sounds like ready for my dream date. This is the salon of God. You can style my hair by demographic yay, all right, so we're gon na start off with her hair. You can cut my hair straight or at an angle, and you can grow my hair to see how it looks even longer. That would be really awesome. If I had a magic comb that could do that, oh my the loading times are ridiculous. A rotating tray you can choose a straight wavy or curly style. Okay, let's see what we got here. Oh my, that doesn't look like curly hair at all. That just looks horrible there's the only ones I have a part which just looks weird because she has bangs there's not a lot of choices here. All right we'll give her some straight hair just to try it out and we'll get our magic comb click on the magic comb, my hair. Okay, all right like the mouse in this virtual box is crazy. I even slowed it down, but it kind of just goes wherever once so. I am sorry in advance for that, but let's make her hair longer sure. Oh, so realistic, okay! Well, that's as long as you can make her hair that looks cool thanks Barbie I used to do this. Hmm, let's see what so slow. There are two ways you can cut. My hair use the purple scissors for straight cuts and the blue scissors for angled cuts. All right, so we got the angled scissors. Let'S see what happens. Oh, my I didn't mean to chop. I need to chop that I've been chopped her bangs, but you know what I think it looks very edgy for the time. So I think we should just leave it like that, because it's fabulous oh yeah. They make that noise, so you can't cut it like really short and unfortunately yeah we'll just give it a trim down here. No, we just took a picture. Didn'T want to do that. Hey these scissors do not want to cooperate very well, okay. Well now, and then we got that situated, you can brush my hair curl. It use accessories to put my hair up or choose a fabulous hairstyle for my hair style guide. Let'S do the hip! Oh, I forgot they actually did give you hair style. Oh wait! Wait we're doing this one. Oh, she looks like Miley Cyrus, okay, all right um! Oh, I can't cut her hair when she like, when it's like in a style. That'S not fun! I wanted to cut off one of her pigtails. This is really just that was just dampening my creativity, I'm very upset. I can't believe I can't cut off one of her pigtails kind of what kind of game is. This is to cut my Barbie's hair. All the time now they look frightening. You know what fine we'll just leave it straight. I can't believe this has no music. That'S really! That'S really sad. I'M gon na have to put in some music. Can I cut it now? Yes, I can beautiful there. We go because I can't get rid of her bangs. Unfortunately, we can't even cut him that shirt. We can't even cut them above her eyebrows, let's brush it to brush through this beautiful hair, sure always like that noise. If cotton candy were a person, so fabulous, not in your eye so weird supposed to go here, we go stab exactly what I was looking for and we'll make it shiny because reason, shadow tray, choose the eye: shadow color, hmm to apply my eyeshadow hold down the Mouse button and move the applicator over my eyelid all right: let's do it green, let's go if you keep clicking on, it, gets dark, wait, fabulous and then, on the other, I will do a different color, because we're just that cool gorgeous. This is scarily, probably close to the way I tried to do makeup in middle school. You can choose your favorite color and a color for my face makeup. You can even add cool face decorations to remove face makeup click on the tissue box. Who would do that? Oh, my gosh, she is in limba, you ever see someone who, tan to the point where they became an alligator. That'S this! Oh! Oh! I get to put it and I put it on her. I know Oh fab, absolutely beautiful. I think I think Ken is just going to just ask her to marry him like right there, but she couldn't look better. Honestly, it's just not possible. You can change my eye color to any of these fun colors these glasses boy. We can make her eyes. That looks like black, but apparently it's brown. This looks really unsettling. I think we didn't do green to match her lips she's a star. You guys know she's a star great. I like a rainbow ones. I think it just pulls together the whole ensemble. She just have these like trays in her house, like whenever she gets ready for every single thing. Oh geez hmm think we're gon na leave it yep and we're just gon na add this. She looks like a cloud. She really does. Look like a clone. You can choose my special date, jewelry special day jewel how about this? Oh, that went there. Okay and obviously she needs a crown because everybody wears a crown on their first date, if you're not wearing a crown on your first date, you're doing it wrong. I'M just saying okay, so this is pretty much the best I've ever done at this game before and I think we're ready. Oh, what do I do it's this button, one of the buttons Oh favorite picture. Well that was pretty much the entire game in like five minutes. Sometimes I look back at my child. I didn't think it was great, and then I see things like this and I'm like what happened you children are so lucky, oh okay! Well I hope that you had a fun time.
