Hello, my lovelies and welcome back to another video you guys loved when I did the most user, most overused easy hairstyles and today I'm going to share with you. Some underrated really easy hairstyles and if you want to know how to do these curls, I will have the video link down below. For me, the first underrated hairstyle is definitely a rope twist any kind of rope to us hairstyle. I love and I think they're actually very easy. They create a lot of texture, a lot of dimension and they look very intricate but they're not. I have a lot of hairstyles that incorporate rope twists. I will leave them down below as well, but let's start with this one, I'm going to divide my hair going at a diagonal from one side going to the opposite side, basically creating two sections of hair: I'm just going to take one of the sections and pin It away with one of the hair crock pins to begin the rope twist. I'M gon na grab a section at the very front you just lochley it then I'm gon na divide that section into pieces. So then how to create the rope twist. Is you want to have each section going in opposite direction? That'S gon na make sure the rope twists is stays in place all day long and it gives a beautiful rope effect. So, starting with the bottom piece, it's gon na go towards my face a couple of times and then top because it's gon na go away from my face a couple of times. So one two three, the top piece, one two three away from the face and then the bottom section is gon na go over the top section, so I'm gon na start adding a little bit of hair to each section. So a little bit from the top to the top section and a little bit from the bottom to the bottom section, so continuing the process so bottom section towards my face a couple of times and then top section away from my face a couple of times. Bottom section always over the top, continue adding the hair to each section same thing, towards my face away from my face bottom section over the top section. Just continue doing that towards my face away from my face bottom section over the top. So you started to see that little rope twist, I'm just gon na continue doing this with the hair. From this section once I reach the bottom, I'm just gon na tie it off. I'M gon na do the same thing on this side. [ Applause ] all right. So I decided to actually make it look kind of like a crown, so I'm gon na take the first section that I finished and I'm gon na, take it to the apse aside underneath this second one takes the mini bobby pins, my favorite, better grip and just Secure it underneath and kind of hide it, the clear elastic and I'm gon na go back in and kind of pull apart this little section of the rope twist just to make it a little bit bigger towards the bottom. Now I'm gon na take this section right here and do the exact same, which is bring it underneath the first one to finish: half the look, I'm gon na kind of look over everything to see. If I need to fix anything, I'm gon na take some of these hairs at the root or the crowd and kind of pick them up, give a little bit more texture and dimension. To finish out this look, if you want, I took out some hairs around my ears to kind of give it more of a romantic look, but pretty much. I am done with this hairstyle if you want add some hairspray to finish off the look and lock it in place this next one. I love if you're an OG of this channel and you've been with me for a while. You probably know this hairstyle. I have done this one, so many different ways and this one is kind of like an old-school hairstyle, but you can definitely modernize it, and this is why I love it super simple: it's really elegant it's classy and I think it's really cute, so we're gon na Do a French twist, what I'm gon na do is just keep it kind of very minimal and very textured and kind of messy, but not really extremely messy. I'M gon na have some hair coming out loose so to give it more of like a modern twist, not exactly sleek and perfect. So most of the hair is gon na go back and I'm gon na pick it into like a lower ponytail, and this is where I'm gon na take some hairs out to kind of help frame the face a little bit. So I'm gon na take the hair and kind of twist it up and then start securing with a little twists or the little pin twists. I'M gon na take this top section and just kind of tuck it inside and bring it over. I'M actually gon na use too many bobby pins to secure the top. So what I did is, I just took some hairs not out too completely, but kind of pull them slightly to make them a little bit more loose and drapey on the sides. Just kind of make sure there's so much even but I kind of just played around with a texturized. The look took some here. Is that one there front a little bit more and that's it! That'S the beauty of this. Look, it's very classy its elegant. It'S timeless! It'S easy and I think he looks cute. What do you guys think of this? One very fast literally takes probably 30 seconds to complete less than at least Topsy tails. They'Re super easy. They last you all day, long, they're perfect for hair. That has a lot of layers because you're utilizing clear elastics - and these are my favorite. These are the last two Q from Amazon, they're very inexpensive. They last very well and probably do we need a bobby pin? No, I don't think so. Alright, so I'm gon na keep it very simple and there are a lot of ways you can create hairstyles using top details. I actually have a bunch on my channel already. I will have them linked down below this one. I'M gon na keep very simple and I'm gon na create kind of like a half up updo. With this, I'm gon na grab some hair kind of doing like a half up updo or a half ponytail type of deal, so you can grab as big or small of a section as you prefer. I'M just gon na take my fingers and run through that section of hair to give it a little bit more texture. Take the hair and tie it off into a ponytail, then take the section of hair and split it in two at the very top right. Above the point tail and just bring the ponytail through the little split section and there we have it for some of my underrated, easy hairstyles, please let me know yours down below if you want, I can recreate some of them for you guys, but for now. Thank you for watching and I'll see you in the next one: bye, [ Applause, ], [ Applause, ],

Virlene Guzman: Good morning (when I’m viewing your post)... I’m a more “mature” lady who has rheumatoid arthritis and want you to know that your short hair EASY tutorials continue to help me be somewhat fashionable regarding my hair. It is very difficult to do anything intricate anymore, so I appreciate your detailed and clear instructions. Thank you for your content and time.

TheUniiQue: I always do the rope braids by twisting the sections counterclockwise around themselves and then twisting them clockwise around each other or the other way around. They hold very well and you can make them really tight if you want. You should try it! Btw I really do like your videos

GeeThePea: Could you do some 60s looks inspired by Mad Men?! (It’s featured on Netflix now). The women in that show always have beautiful hairstyles!

krazzylizzy2: Love how easy you make these hairstyles...have already tried a few and am so elated with the results...I'm a senior female but your styles let me be young again. thank you so much

Nicola Coxon: Love the rope twist and the pull through. Wanna try those out this week! think I might actually be able to pull it off. Let’s see how easy it really is!

Jordy Elizabeth: Personally, I was always taught to rope braid with both strands going towards the face and then together away from the face. I find my method easier, it looks more like a rope and it's a little bit neater too. But this still looked amazing.

Evelyn Tapia: I've got and undercut and rope twists are definitely my go to look for the gym! It's the one look that looks awesome and shows off the line of my undercut :) Your take on it is more fancy and sophisticated than mine, lol. Love it! Love u xx

Aevra: I've always done and heard that rope braids should be done by twisting the pieces in the same direction then twist together I the opposite direction. Do you know the mechanics of how the technique you use keeps the hair together?

Loren Polk: Very elegant hairstyles - perfect for work in the summer! LOVE the eye make-up too, Milana!

J W: THANK YOU SO MUCH for that last hairstyle it's soo easy and simple & exactly what I was looking for for my hair I LOVE YOU!!!

Biny: Your hair tutorials totally saved my life, when my hair was shorter! Thank you sooooooooooo much :-*

Fanni Juhos: Dear Milana! I love your hair tutorials and you are the one who properly taught me how to do a dutch braid. <3 But... Now I think you are mistaken about the rope braid. If you twist the sections in opposite directions and then twist one over the other, then when you start it all over you will twist the same section in the opposite direction than before so basically you untwist it. I think that the proper way to do a rope braid is the following: you twist the two sections in the very same direction and you make sure that you twist them over each other in the opposite direction. So for example you twist the sections away from your face (lets say "upwards") and then take the top section and bring it in front of the section below (so you twist it "downwards"). Than add hair, twist them "upwards" again and then twist the sections "downwards" one over the other... and so on. I hope you'll try this technique, I think it works better! ;) Best wishes, Fanni

bricking on a budget- Lego & alt. bricks: Hi! I’ve been using your ideas to keep my hair up and cooler (but still super cute) at Work! I have a request for ideas with different headbands (I can’t do it without looking ridiculous), and also on your “wash schedule “. You always mention what day you are on, and I’d love to know what you do to make it last for four days and how it effects what styles you choose!

mary _17: I love it! Please, do more videos like this! Hugs from Argentina!

Elizabeth Culpepper: Your hair is so pretty! And I really enjoy all of your videos! Thx for all of the amazing hairstyles.

Shelby Ellis: I've always done rope twists where the sections twist the same direction and then you combine them together in the opposite direction. Or is that called something else? It's easier because you don't have to remember which piece goes which direction

Jeza B: Wow. How long did it take you to learn how to do all these hairstyles. I can straighten my hair, and that’s about it. I’ve been trying to use my flat iron to curl my hair, but the curls never stay, no matter what product(s) I use. How can you keep those curls for days at a time?

Kimberley Dawn: I love these videos, easy hair styles for shorter hair. Keep them coming.

Aneesa Hall: You know what would be awesome? Your husband trying to recreate your hairstyles on you!!! By following your own YouTube tutorial!
